Julie and Ernesto were amazing! They made the process so smooth....highly recommend them.read more

I came to this dealership looking for a reliable car for long-distance travel. I made that very…read moreclear from day one. I was told the car I bought -- a 2021 Sonata base model -- was in good condition and "needed absolutely nothing." Based on that, I trusted them and moved forward. One of the first things that felt off was how fast they ran my credit. It happened almost immediately. Once your credit is pulled, you're basically locked in -- nobody wants multiple hard inquiries. That pressure felt intentional. Right after driving the car off the lot, issues started. The car was shaking, and I found out a tire needed to be replaced -- something that should've been caught in a basic inspection. I had to drive back and forth from Albany, a 3-hour drive each way, more than once, for problems that should not have existed at the time of sale. Then came the brakes. Again, basic safety items. When I brought it up, I was shocked they tried to charge me for it. You can't say a car needs nothing and then turn around days later and push repair costs on the customer. What really bothers me is how quick they were to ask for a photo and a positive review right after the paperwork was signed. People see those smiling photos online and think everything went great. What they don't see is what happens after the deal is done -- once you sign, the care and urgency disappear. Months later, after I refinanced the vehicle early, I found out I was owed the remaining balance of my GAP insurance policy. This isn't optional or a misunderstanding -- it's standard, documented, and legally belongs to the customer. When I reached out about it, I was completely ignored. Calls not returned. Messages unanswered. No explanation. No follow-up. Just silence -- hoping I'd give up or not know my rights. This went on for months. At this point, I've sent a formal final demand letter requesting the GAP insurance money that's owed to me. If it's not resolved, I will be taking this to court. I shouldn't have to threaten legal action to get money that's rightfully mine. As a business owner myself, this whole experience has been exhausting and frustrating. Integrity doesn't stop once papers are signed. How you treat customers after the sale matters just as much as getting them in the door -- and that standard was not met here. If you care about transparency, honesty, and being treated fairly when issues come up, I strongly suggest you think twice before doing business here.

BUYER BEWARE ‼…read more Please see my review on Google and look at these reviews you can find on Cars.com BUYER BEWARE‼ Photos attached‼ I purchased a vehicle from this dealership while living in Colorado and was told it had been fully inspected and only needed tires. That was completely untrue. By the time the car was shipped to me and arrived the day after Christmas, the battery was dead. That seemed minor at first, until I learned they had already installed a new battery before shipping it. I replaced it again, and within a week, a Chrysler dealer had to install yet another one. The issue? A faulty hands-free device causing a constant power drain. The replacement part is unavailable, and now nearly April (!) the car just sits in my garage on a charger. As for "only needing tires"? That's far from reality. The vehicle has severely rusted brakes, control arms, rotors, and more ( PLEASE see photos). To make matters worse, I paid cash and still have not received a signed bill of sale, IT'S ALMOST APRIL. I've requested it at least four times, AND TWICE IN THE PAST TWO DAYS SO I CAN GET IT WHO REGISTERED. I was told by MERO, in December that the paperwork was only for internal use. Now he won't respond and I feel bad that Karly, who is super sweet, has to take my calls THIS is unacceptable, I need a signed copy for my records and the DMV. To date, I've spent nearly $8,000 on what has turned into a non-drivable vehicle, AKA PAPER WEIGHT with missing documentation and undisclosed mechanical issues. Wish I had read the reviews before buying. I've attached one in my photo documentation as well.

I worked with a salesperson with Elite Motors and she was okay. She initially said the car had…read moreminor scratches and offered to send photos, but she didn't and said it had been repaired. I asked and she provided a link to the CARFAX. It showed an accident with "minor" damage. While CARFAX classified it as minor, it was located in the left front-end area, which can affect suspension, steering, alignment, and sensors. I pushed for an independent PPI at my cost. They tried to dissuade me, but I was steadfast and they conceded. I asked for the out-the-door pricing, and they used credit score and financing as a reason why they couldn't provide it. I reminded them that I was a cash buyer. The salesperson passed the phone to the manager named Mero. This man asked me, "How can I help you?" I was thrown off. I told him I did not understand his greeting, and he repeated himself. I asked if the salesperson had told him of my interest in the car and if he was open to negotiation based on the mid- to high mileage and risk from the accident. He said no to negotiation and stated that the out-the-door cost was about $21,000 (car price listed at $15,800 and change). I asked why, and he said "taxes and things." He did not break it down and sounded angry. I told him I could not deal with his energy, wished them well, and hung up. I have never spoken to a salesperson that despicable. I wondered how someone like that had this or any job -- could nepotism be involved? If this is the reception at point of sale, imagine what would happen if you encounter any problem post-sale. Word to the wise: RUN.

These people Never answer the phone, and they text you back whenever they feel like. Worst costumer service experience! I went to their location in 374 Mulberry Street, Newark. I wasted a lot of time, Miles, and gas money. It was so pointless driving up there just for nothing.

When i got here they told me they were the same dealer as 500downnow and even acted like they were the ones i spoken to on the phone. Long story short they told me $5000 down payment and i left while driving home then i received a from called 500downow asking if I'm making it to my appointment. When i arrived to 500downnow's dealership they told me everything about this copy cat dealership and many like them! Then it all made sense to me what was going on. I was at copy cat dealership that copies their business and try to take any customers that googles 500downow's address. Be careful I repeat these are scammers acting like the dealership 500downnow.com. Buy here pay here 500 down was their name & now they are called Pyramid auto sales! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY ARE NOT 500DOWNNOW.COM & WILL SCAM YOU !! Finally after 2 hours paperwork the actual 500DOWNNOW dealership I paid $800 down and $500 for plates on a 2014 Acura MDX. 500downnow.com is 100% the real deal! I'll refer anyone 100% to them because the do what they say 100%. $295 a month I'm paying on a 2014 MDX that's insane! Make sure you speak to someone from the dealership don't just google the address you may end up at a scam dealership like Pyramid autos & buy here pay here 500down!
