I had to have some warranty work to be done and they had no issues in helping me get this taken care of. I had bought ball joints from Napa auto and they went bad in less than a year. They did the job and even made sure the old parts were put in the boxes for me to return without a mess. The process for the work was very affordable and wow cheaper than most garage. The service requested for was to the point. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone. They will go over the moon to make sure it is done to the recommended spect.

The most relevant detail she left out is that it was actually her people who purchased and had the motor shipped, any delay was a result of the purchase made by the vans owner. When the motor arrived later than expected, Melanie expected the shop to install it in one day, her personal timeline was her first priority, with no regard for the work that goes into installing and testing a used motor installation. In her review she starts by complaining about the condition of the office and the people in it. Yet when I asked her about this, she said she never mentioned that, we see in another review that she did. She doesn't mention that she was not the one traveling in the van for business when it broke down, she was actually called by a family member asking her to go to Arizona to pick up the van. She expressed great irritation about having to take the time to come to Arizona to pick up the van. Melanie was already irritated about having to come to Arizona to pick up the van, spend time in stinky shop, angry that the motor shipped later than expected causing a delay in the van being ready (totally out of the shops control,) she gets more upset when she has to get hotel an stay a couple more days. When the motor finally gets to the shop, she is at the end of her rope, she doesn't care that it was not the shops fault the motor arrived late, she is mad and she is taking it out on whoever is around, which was the shops employees. This might explain why the employees at the shop were short with her. In another review of the shop, she scoffs about the mechanics saying they needed more time to be thorough, she didn't allow mechanics that time, just one day and she took the van. What do you get when a mechanic says they need time be thorough and you don't allow it? You end up "broke down having to rent another van to finish your job. Melanie's review doesn't give any pertinent details about the actual repair, she doesn't say it was "USED" motor purchased by the van owner, she doesn't say that there was a delay in the motor being shipped, she doesn't mention she wasn't traveling in the van when it broke, she doesn't mention that she was already mad because she was called by family members to pick up a van that wasn't hers. There is more deception that truth to Melanie H.'s review. I have asked her to either include important details or remove the review, she has not responded after I asked her to be more truthful.

I discovered, as I was preparing to replace the master cylinder, I had noticed the cover panel under the hood of my Lexus IS250 had a very distinctive crack. When I returned to the shop I mentioned this to the service representative. To shorten the story Big O made it right. They ordered a replacement part. Not only did they compensate me but they did not charge me for the fluid flush. Thank you Big O! I have found that the staff is very customer service oriented.
