This has to be the best garage I've ever attended. They were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Uly and Gus were very great at what they do there. I had to have some warranty work to be done and they had no issues in helping me get this taken care of. I had bought ball joints from Napa auto and they went bad in less than a year. They did the job and even made sure the old parts were put in the boxes for me to return without a mess. The process for the work was very affordable and wow cheaper than most garage. The service requested for was to the point. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone. They will go over the moon to make sure it is done to the recommended spect. read more

If leaving a zero star was an option I would. I paid $500.00 to get my radiator leak fixed. Under the assumption it was fixed due to exchange of payment I had overheated on my way home from work and still had the same problem. It cost me a tow truck and another $489.00 for another mechanic to actually fix the issue. I had talked to the shop and they wouldn't do anything for me. They basically robbed me, charged me for a service that never got fixed and cost me more on top of the $500.00 dollars. I would not go here they are a scam. Maybe all of us should get together that had similar experience and do a class action on this place. read more

I called and talked to the manager at Hwy 60 motors about being charged for 6 quarts of oil when my car can only hold 4.40 quarts, who said "oh the overcharge of an extra oil is just an over-site, a clerical error." I was told if I really wanted a refund they would do it. At this point I tried to tell them that I had been hearing bad things and was immediately interrupted and he got very defensive. We both agreed to hear the other out, after I heard him out, and I tried to talk he again tried to interrupt. I told him it was my turn. I was not rude nor did I raise my voice. I tried to let him know people in town were upset with their service, but he just decided he no longer wanted to talk with me. I would be happy to talk with the owner about this. I am a firm believer if you don't know there is a problem you can't fix it. The manager didn't even want to listen. We've used them on all of our vehicles for 15 years. I am the one who decides where we get our car's serviced. I guess I will be looking for a new place. Too bad, I wasn't unhappy with the service on my car just the customer service that I received this morning on my phone call. read more

I lost my AC when I was almost ready to travel to Texas! In Globe Arizona, I had heard that Highway 60 auto repair was an HONEST AND TRUSTED place to go. To make a long story short, their service was outstanding! They were able to diagnose the problem as the cooling fan for the AC Condenser or lack there of... I had recently replaced the factory MANUAL fan and shroud with electric fans and temp sensors but neglected to mount a separate fan for the AC Condenser it was not getting the air flow needed as it was spaced too far fro the other cooling fans. They told me there was nothing wrong with my truck just jest another an for the AC that would come on as soon as the AC was turned on. I was NOT Charged a dime!!! Great "Shop-Local" alternative to Big O Tires of Globe. In terms of pricing, I was able to get four new Toyo tires for my four-wheel-drive Explorer and they were slightly less expensive than what I would have paid at Big O for generic tires. That was my first visit. Since then I've been back for a couple of different services for both of my vehicles. I priced an AC service at Big-O vs. Highway 60 Motors - 60 beat the price again. They've performed a couple of repairs and routine maintenance services on both vehicles and have proved to be dependable. They stand behind the work they do. You should check them out! read more

On 7-19-22 my car started overheating and I lost my AC when I was traveling. In Globe Arizona, I looked through the Internet to find a local repair shop. I was most fortunate to find Highway 60 auto repair. To make a long story short, their service was outstanding! They were able to squeeze me in a few hours after I called. They diagnosed the problem as the cooling fan control module; they got the part from the local supply store. I was there a total of only 2 hours. The lobby is clean; bathroom was immaculate. The staff was wonderful and very polite to a frustrated 82 year old gal. I had already spoken with my local mechanic here in Mesa Arizona and he said I could not drive the car as it was. That's why I was looking in the local directories. After the service I received, I called my mechanic and let him know that I was on the move again and was very happy with the results of my repair. He asked me for the name of the shop just in case any of his other customers got stranded in the Globe area. Of course I gave it to him with the best recommendation. read more

They took my money and ran. I tried to understand why they did what they did. The guy at the front counter was horrible. Went back to find out the reasoning. He would not give me the time of day, Was very short with me and rude. I then called to speak to the owner Don. He never called. I called a few more times. Never called me back. I delt with this company a few years back . Put new tires on our vehicle (AWD) for my wife to go to WI. never aligned the vehicle, halfway through the trip the tires were down to the radial. Could have gotten my family killed. Cost us a fortune to make this right so she could finish the trip. I was told by the dealership I just bought my car from that they have changed and are doing the right things. THEY ARE NOT! This is now going to cost me another $300 to do the same thing I paid them to do. I should have known. Ill be going to a manufacturer dealer for now on. Shame on you Don for not calling me back to make this right. read more

Our car quit inGlobe, 60 miles from home. We talked to Highway 60 Motors and they said get it to them. They recommended a towing company who showed up in 10 minutes and got us there. A mechanic ran diagnostics within 5 minutes. It was clearly a dealer only repair. Within another half hour they helped us get the towing company back to tow the car to a dealership close to home and line up a rental car to continue our journey. Then they refused taking our money! You can't ask for better customer service than that! read more

This is as good as it gets. I had a belt go out in my Toyota minivan 35 miles away. I was lucky to find this shop. They took care of replacing the belt in record time, and they were busy already.
