I sent them a detailed message explaining EXACTLY what I wanted done to my Mustang -- full exhaust setup, how I wanted it mounted, clamps, O2 bungs, everything. I literally did their job for them and made it easy. All I asked for was a rough price range before driving OVER AN HOUR to their shop. Not an exact quote. Just a simple "around this much depending on fabrication." Any decent shop can give a ballpark estimate. Instead, they ignored most of my message, barely communicated, wouldn't answer straight, and kept pushing me to drive all the way over there just for them to look at the car for 10 minutes. I called multiple times and it felt like they genuinely did not care about wasting my time. Then they acted like what I was asking was unreasonable and basically said no shop in Arizona would do what I wanted. Funny enough, less than 10 minutes later I found another shop that actually knows how to communicate, gave me a price, and scheduled me immediately. What made it even worse was seeing them joke on Instagram stories about "if you're not a good customer we don't want to work with you." Meanwhile I was being EXTREMELY clear, respectful, transparent, and serious about spending over $1,000 with them. So if THIS is how they treat someone trying their best to be a straightforward customer, imagine how they'll treat everyone else. Communication was trash, customer service was trash, and they lost themselves an easy customer because of their ego.

He is highly professional, knows exactly what he's doing, and quickly pinpointed the real issue with my exhaust system. I had failed the emissions test with a P0420 code, which usually means the catalytic converter needs replacing. I went to several VVRP-authorized auto shops for quotes, and all of them told me I'd need to leave my car for 2-3 days, with repair estimates ranging from $2,500-$4,500. The problem? My car is only worth about $2,000! Rosco turned out to be a lifesaver. Using his diagnostic tools, he determined it was only a sensor issue. The part cost just $100, and he replaced it in about 5 minutes. After driving 75 miles on the highway, my car passed the emissions test without any problem. It's rare these days to find an honest and ethical mechanic, but Rosco is exactly that. Go here first--you'll get a clear, honest diagnosis and save yourself from breaking your wallet. I reached out to CarWorks and Kristina replied almost immeadiatley to set up an estimate. Kristina was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She knew just as much about the repair that was going to be needed as she did the corrupt insurance company's that we had to rely on to get the repair done. My car was a 2018 Subaru Forester XT with 45,000 miles and in perfect condition. It was determind that the B Piller on the passenger's side was bent and needed to be replaced. Liberty Mutal and their appraiser 'Snapsheet' pushed to have the B Piller just repaired but at my request to have the car only repaired back to Subaru specs, Kristina wouldn't budge demanding that it be replaced. After 3 months of Kristina and myself going back and forth with Liberty Mutual, literally hundereds of emails and phone calls, they totalled the car. It was heartbreaking but at least there was going to be a resolution as Liberty Mutual was now refusing to pay for my rental car any longer. This seemed to a positive thing at least for me but CarWorks got screwed with this total. Liberty Mutual refused to pay and pick up the car from them, disputing storage fees that started the day my car got dropped off for repair. Liberty Mutual's postion was that they start paying the storage fees once the car is deemed totalled leaving CarWorks holding a $17,000 bag. After all of this Kristina still continued to help me navigate the closing of the claim. I cannot thank CarWorks enough for helping me navigate a really bad experience and learning lesson with car insurance company's. I absolutely recommend them if you need any sort of car body work done.

I recommend going some where else, anywhere else…read more Just showed up to check on my cars progress after 11 days of almost zero communication only to be met by Jason who was immediately defensive of my fair questions about what my options are/were. Jason was only interested in telling me about his extensive knowledge, how he had a Porsche (still not sure why that was important for me to know) and how he couldn't really tell me anything, nothing was their fault and all I could do is call my insurance company. He made fun of my frustration pointing out my hands were shaking and seemed to just want to win an argument in front of my wife and another man hanging out in the office. Jason seems to know very little about customer service, and could care less about the client. He was constantly interrupting me while complaining that I wasn't letting him talk enough. (At this point my wife literally walked out of the office in frustration) Jason did everything but refuse to give me a way to give me my car back. I'll be sure to update my review once this gets resolved. Jason cares a lot more about being clever and making you wrong than really listening or helping.

The pick my car and I up and brought us to Big O tire in San Tan I went in to inquire if they had my tire size. They didn't and i immediately came out and told the driver to please don't drop the vehicle as they didn't have my size tire. The driver dropped my vehicle anyway and said he had another call. I explained to him that my insurance would pay to have it taken elsewhere. When I called the company to find out when they would be sending back a tow truck and I kept getting the run around. The dispatcher, Makayla was rude and showed zero compassion regarding my situation. Mind you this whole thing started at 10:05 am and it's 4:35 pm and still waiting for a tow truck. I had to have someone pick up our kids from school because of this bs. I guess in today's society they don't care about leaving a disabled female alone in a parking lot for over five hours. Let's add to this review I told them I'm over a hundred miles from home repeatedly and they don't care!!! I don't recommend this company and I put in a complaint with my insurance regarding this issue. They prioritize AAA over insurance calls EVERY time!! So, if you're using insurance for roadside DO NOT CALL THEM they'll leave you on the side of the road for hours.
