They out to my house two times, I was charged almost two hundred dollars each time and was told to leave the fan on to keep it decent until they replaced a computer board to the tune of over $500. We hadn't gone back down after that so I didn't have the board put in. I wanted to get a second opinion, so this season I called Clerico Heating and Air Conditioning. The guy was there less than an hour. Had to rewire what Elliott McElwee did last year. Clerico charged me $111 and I have AC! So apparently I didn't need that computer board after all!!!!! He immediately sent out an extremely knowledgeable technician arrived he dound the problem with the condenser and tried to repair it but it had seen its last days. The owner of the company called me back that evening to ask about the replacement. He promptly ordered it, told me it would be in Monday morning. At 7:45 am Monday morning, as promised the owner again called and said they would be arriving shortly to remove the old unit and he would be bringing the replacement. The team he sent was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. The installation went perfectly. They cleaned up the work area better than they found it. One of the technicians even made a custom door dor the filter housing and labeled it with the dimensions. Who does that? Clerico Heating and Cooling that's who!
