So I call home Depot and they give me the whirlpool number and they schedule a repair with buckos appliance since they are an authorized dealer. They gave me Monday November 20th and an eight hour window. Fine So I get a call on a Friday before from buckos and they said they were scheduled and they would not be able to come till November 29th which is 9 days longer than Whirlpool said they would be there. So I called them out on it saying I guess he doesn't make as much money working for a home Depot as he would on his own so that's really the reason. There is no other reason because it's all about the money. He shouldn't be an authorized dealer and take the responsibility if he can't honor his contract. I can't really say anything about their work but I can say if you're looking for somebody reliable and if something goes wrong and buckos was the one that ran into a problem, this sends up a big red flag to me about buckos and I have to question his character and honesty.
