Jim was able to fit us in late in the day, and was able to repair the dryer for us very quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Calling a company as a new customer, it is very unusual to get that kind of service. We were more than satisfied, and will call Jim for any future appliance problems that may arise.

Called the service person on weekend duty (they actually give his phone number in a recording). He answered and was finishing another job in the area and would come over to check. He was there before I could get there ten minutes away. Fixed at what I thought was reasonable price. Now it's 95 degrees on July 30th and guess who calls again? Now I'm thinking every HVAC guy in South Jersey must be to their necks in service calls. Called GM and put right through to the scheduler who looked up my previous call and said someone could be there tomorrow. Sounded great to me. Service person there today, changed a part and fixed the AC at again what I thought was a another very reasonable price. They are my new Go-To HVAC contractors.

we got multiple quotes to have a tankless hot water system installed about 5 years ago. GM wasn't…read morethe cheapest but they were the most thorough. unit installed and shortly thereafter we had a major problem so they had to completely replace the system. it was covered under warranty. since then, the unit randomly shuts off and stops producing hot water. no rhyme or reason--and when I've called to ask that the Owner call me the woman who answers the phone refuses to pass the message along. tells me it's not their issue. it's been a problem for years. the fact I can't get her to pass the message along doesn't mean it isn't a real problem. will never use again.

I brought it to their attention and they corrected the bill immediately. Mistakes happen, no big deal. The second time they came was to install a new starter switch on my glass stove counter top. The technician (Henry) cracked the glass while installing the new piece (Viking Stove Top). Accidents happen, no big deal...... only it WAS a big deal ! Henry acknowledged the damage, but the company would not. Was told several times that Tracey or someone from the front office would call to address the issue. Never received a call, call back or any communication, only correspondence was through Henry. Finally, Henry told me the company offered to install the new glass top for free.... BUT...... I had would have to pay for the part ($800.00) !!! What a bunch of CRAP ! However, not wanting to litigate, I offered to settle with them but they refused any counter offer. Several months later we went to court, it was the last thing I wanted to due. When we got there, I had all my documentation and photographs (before and after). They couldn't write a check and settle fast enough. What a horrible and deplorable way to treat clients ! The mark and sign of any good, quality company is not only the job they do the day of, but the job / service you receive the day after. This Mickey Mouse company has failed miserably on both counts ! Not wanting to end on a negative note, there are good, competent, professional appliance repair services in the area. One reviewer mentioned Art Handler and my personal experience is that they are very good. Also highly recommend "Mr Gee's Appliance Repair" This guy is the real deal - knowledgeable, professional and reasonable (#609-321-4949). Hope this has been helpful and good luck !

I called and Becky answered the phone, found they had only one in stock and offered to have it set aside. I arrived and I had my part (for under 10.00) and out the door in a minute. Couldn't thank Becky in person since she works in a call center so this post is a thank you to Becky and the efficiently run All Brand Parts Store. A over 700 washer averted for a 9.49 part! Can't get any better than that!
