The support and communication from NexGen Auto Transport employees was fair but they contract with shady carriers. Och Trans is a carrier company that have partners with broker company NexGen Auto transport. I had a car shipped cross country from one state to another. A heavy duty tarp/car cover was provided. The broker company requested several times to the OCH driver to apply the tarp. The driver himself spoke very little english and was very hard to communicate with during the transportation process. Upon delivery, the car arrived was extremely damaged with scratches everywhere and cracks in the window. The driver pointed to his insurance and recommended to open a claim. The drivers insurance company was BetterBind insurance and they said they can move forward but they need OCH Trans to start the process. OCH Trans refused to start the process. Highly not recommendable and shady company. If you use a brokerage , make sure it's not OCH Trans Fair warning read more

Scheduled transport of son's vehicle to be transported across the country for his summer internship MONTHS in advance. I followed up weeks, months, and days, day before in advance because we had a lot riding on this transport (flights, hotels scheduled) to be there to receive the car. Day before still no driver available due to "no drivers available, high gas prices". However this company was referred to me from a business associate who used them often for transporting logistics vans. I had trust in this company due the referral. I was so stressed out for my son that I had a panic attack the day before. He ended up driving the car 19 hours by himself and had to also get a hotel room. I understand stuff happens, but this was planned months in advance and if I had had any inclination of this, we would have planned accordingly. Do not trust this company. read more

Run away from this company! They don't deserve any star. They bait and switch. They quoted me $770 to transport my car from IL to CA, which was the only reason I went with them. After a weekend they hiked it up to $1200. At that point I had to go with it because I already wasted three days waiting and I am on a time crunch to transport the car. Also something phishy that after I gave my email to them, I got hundreds of spam emails the same day, and my credit card had three fraud charges the same day. I want to believe it is coincidence, but I really don't know. Don't use them! I wish I checked their reputation ahead of time. They called me after I tried to get quotes from someone else, and gave me a price to get me hooked. They are not honest! Run! read more

SCAM They told me they would have my car towed today by 6pm and took a $103 deposit. They never even got me a truck. I quickly found out online they were a scam company and asked for a refund. They said no, even telling me I would owe them another $100 if I wanted to cancel. What a joke! Now that it's after 6 and they haven't gotten me a truck, they're trying to tell me they have up to 2 weeks to find me a truck and that I am not eligible for a refund. These people are SCAMMERS. Do not do business with them. read more

Run away, quickly! I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give -10. This company is a scam, and you will be highly disappointed in both the customer service and their inability to follow through on weak promises made. If you're like me and have never shipped a car before, please be aware of companies like this, and there is no shortage of them online, preying on people who have never done this before. I contacted this company to have my vehicle shipped from California to Atlanta. They asked for a deposit with the remainder of the money to be due at the time of delivery to the driver in cash. They listed my car to the national load board on 8/1 for double the amount they quoted me for, and on the day they promised pick up and told me they had a driver, they didn't have a driver for my vehicle AT ALL. After I expressed that I felt uncomfortable moving forward with them, they refused to give me my money back. The only possible way this company is still thriving is because they refuse to refund your deposit even when they under deliver. There's no shortage of unsatisfied customers but as you can see, they somehow erase their reviews. If you want proof of the scamming and conversations, I have a record and you can contact me personally for proof on IG beyondthematatl. They'll probably somehow delete this but my goal is to save another family from unrealistic quotes and the stress of losing money/having to deal with these awful people. I've saved this in my phone just to repost every time I notice it's not there because they should be completely ashamed. I am definitely seeking legal action and reporting them to the BBB. I had to close down my entire bank account just to make sure they don't take my money without my permission since they clearly lack morals and professionalism. Save yourself the headache. I ended up choosing a much better company and my car was picked up on 8/3. read more

Shipping a car can be nerve racking and let's be honest we all want the most for our money. I was lucky enough to deal with Henry Ortiz on my car shipping and can't say enough about my experience. This company is a Scam. They gave me a quote to transport my 2 cars out of state. They gave me a quote lower than others just to get you and when the time came They raised the price almost doubled and saying it is a holiday and snowed. They knew the dates and ofcourse snows in December so this was just an excuse. Beware of this company of crooks. read more

SCAM!!!! They are the absolute worst! If I could give 0 stars I would. I was originally given a quote to have my car shipped but once I signed all the paperwork they upped the price a couple hundred dollars than the original. I was told that someone would pick up my car but then the shipper called me and told me my name was removed from his system. I immediately asked for a refund on my deposit and was given the runaround and was told someone would get back to me but they never did. Please do not do business with these scammers. read more

What I loved was that their price was in the middle of all the ones that I called, but most importantly came with twice as many workers & they did not charge for packing up the boxes I did not get to! As of February 2026, H-town movers provided 4 movers for $155/hr , with a $120 one time fee that covered the truck & travel. That is all i was charged! (They have a minimum of 2 hrs, but anything after that, they only charge at 15 minute intervals). I provided the boxes, tape, and paper-- you can get their packaging packet, but I found all of my stuff cheaper & they used the kitchen towels, wash rags etc that i left out for them also! However, they do provide unlimited plastic wrap & moving blankets to wrap up all furniture. They were very careful packing up all my fragile items (large dresser mirrors, China plates, mugs etc). I was very relieved with their detail to that . They were extremely efficient (did not purposely "dilly dally" to rack up hours) and had a great attitude the entire time! I could hear them singing or telling jokes to each other, which helped relieve a little bit of my stress by creating such a pleasant atmosphere. They were also extremely kind with our toddler running around. I did not have to micromanage them at all. The only thing I did have to remind now and then was if a certain section was going in storage or to our new moving location. They did not charge for making 2 stops. At the first stop, they would ask where we wanted the box or furniture item, and they happily brought it to whichever location. They do not charge for stairs, which is nice. They were also extremely efficient in packing up the storage unit where we had a ton of space left over! i would highly recommend this company & their movers and I would definitely use them in the future! Having more hands on board at a very reasonable price helped get everything done in one day and in a shorter time span than I had anticipated!

Jesse from NexGen Auto Transport has been great from beginning to end. He was very up-front with me and explained how the whole Broker/Carrier Bidding Process Works. (i.e You offer to little and risk not having any drivers wanting to bid on your vehicle, you offer too much and you get 1st Priority but at a higher cost to you, you offer a fair/reasonable amount and everyone Wins!!). He's great with keeping me up to date via text which I really like and doesn't play any bait and switch games. FYI: If you're getting quotes from other Brokers for hundreds less, don't be a sucker and think with that price you'll get first pick and highest priority. I strongly advise caution when dealing with Nexgen Auto Transport LLC. At first, they offered an attractive low quote to win my business, which seemed like a good deal. However, after I agreed and paid the required upfront deposit, things quickly took a turn. Just one day before the scheduled pickup, they contacted me with a completely different story -- suddenly the original price was no longer valid, and they demanded more than **double** the initial quote. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is dishonest and unacceptable. If you're looking for a company that values transparency and integrity, I suggest looking elsewhere. After receiving a TON of phone calls from different services offering to ship my car I became nervous about selecting the right one. From the initial phone call all the way thru their checking in on my satisfaction after delivery I was pleased. In fact, I have another car to ship and I will be calling NexGen Auto Transport to do it. They were not the cheapest, but there is safety and security in selecting the right company. I will say that for my specific vehicle (disabled and also in a tight spot for a trailer) the pickup did not go smoothly to start. That being said Leo was persistent and timely in checking in with me and the drivers for status. The first driver was not able to make the pickup and Leo tracked down a more experienced driver and made it happen. Again thank you to Leo for getting everything squared away despite some issues to start (mostly on my end). I would use this service again. read more

I highly recommend NexGen Auto Transport as an excellent car shipping company. After placing my delivery order, they promptly picked up my truck the following day before noon. To my surprise, they delivered it to me in less than 24 hours, exceeding their estimated timeframe of 2-3 days.
