When you feel like a celebrity in LA, you know you've received excellent service! I came across C&W while putting together an extra special evening (anniversary dinner and festivities) for my BF and I. I decided to splurge a little and save us the headache of LA traffic and allow us the opportunity to fully (*ahem, drink*) enjoy the night out responsibly. My agenda included a pick up at my apt in NoHo, dinner in Beverly Hills at one of my man's fav restaurants (Fogo de Chao), and wrapping up with a expertly crafted libation (or two) at The Next Door Lounge in Hwood before heading back up to my place (all-in-all around a 5 hour venture)...so about 1 month before the date I submitted an inquiry on the website and held my breath for the price quote. :-x ...and within 24 hours I got a response from a friendly gentleman, Will, who walked me through the details, pricing and plan for the evening. All in all he was very transparent and was more than willing to accommodate my requests. The night itself went off without a hitch! Will was in fact our driver as well, and picked us up right on time! He introduced himself, helped us into the (freakin sexy!) car and (per my request - had a chilled bottle of champagne for us). First class service and a top flight person!!! Cannot recommend these guys enough! My story is that my car broke down while running an errand. Adding fuel to the fire was that I needed to get home and take my wife to the airport asap. My car is stuck in an intersection and William pulls up in front of me. He gets out and helps me get my car to the curb. I tell him my story and he takes me on my errand and then takes me home. Can you believe it? I couldn't. He said he was killing time before a scheduled pick up so he didn't even want to charge me! Needless to say, I gave him what I knew the trip should cost+++. What a guy! And its a suh-weet car. I contacted several car services for a return trip from the cruise terminal in San Francisco. William was the first to respond and had the best price. It only got better when I spoke with him and was assured that the car would be ready to pick us up even if I didn't have an exact time for our arrival. A few days before our arrival I confirmed a general pick up time via email and William said I could text him when we had our luggage. Sure enough, I texted him when we got our bags and he pulled up right out front a few minutes later in a giant, shiny Escalade that was super clean and in perfect condition inside and out! It really made the end of our trip easy. He is a great, safe driver and has an excellently maintained vehicle. He even put on a kid's radio station for our son and it was really fun. Couldn't have been a better experience. We had lost our ride to the airport so we called C&W last minute for a very very early morning flight that we just could not miss. William was great in accommodating not only us but our dog and a large kennel as well. His SUV was perfect for the job. GREAT service!! The Cadillac Escalade was fantastic, had some fun lights, and was stocked with water and mints. We used the car as transportation for our wedding and I hung out in it for quite awhile with my Matron of Honor as a hiding spot while guests arrived at our outdoor ceremony location. It was very comfortable and the A/C was very welcome in the 90 degree heat. William was an excellent driver and all-around cool guy. He was very prompt and had great communication skills and a friendly, relaxed demeanor. I flew down to LA a couple weeks ago for a night out with some old buddies of mine. This was one of if not the best service we have ever used. We needed two baby seats for a trip and Will came in his super comfy ride with two professionally installed car seats ready to roll.
