I was effectively dismissed without any alternative solutions being offered. If the right company presents itself, I may in the future switch my oil purchasing but doubt very much that Daniels will be considered. Unfortunately my first interaction with this company did not leave me with a very good first impression. I will let my neighbors know their recommendation should be reconsidered.

They apparently neglected to replace the oil filter and we had to call in an emergency repair service when our boiler stopped working, which also cost hundreds of dollars. The repair person today said they probably didn't replace the filter because it was so clogged it was difficult to remove and they didn't want to bother. Obviously, we'll never be using Cromwell to service our boiler again.
