Friend replied back that they use AV Action Air, have for YEARS and they have NEVER had a problem. They've ALWAYS been taken care of professionally with the highest degree of Quality. We decided to give them a try. Called up, the next day McGuire came over to diagnose the unit. Found that the compressor went south, and some of the wires were BURNED as well. We scheduled and appointment with them to have a new compressor installed, wiring replaced and new refrigerant put in as well. Luke and Jose (I hope that is correct) were the two of the FINEST technicians anyone could ever ask for. They worked feverishly, got the kinks out, put QUALITY ahead of actions and got it working beautifully! It was amazing that there is STILL SOMEONE that takes Quality seriously!! I called at 7:15am and Elvis answered right away. I explained my dire situation and the urgency of getting the a/c fixed for my mom. Elvis said he had a few stops already but that he could be there between 11-12. He showed up right at 11am. He was professional and courteous and explained everything to me.
