The difference is night and day. Think of your average diner compared to a Michelin starred restaurant. They worked magic using aluminum coil, plywood, and two thicknesses of rigid foam to make my house look phenomenal. They were even able to replace any rotten wood, and just added the cost to the invoice. They kept the site clean, and were pleasant to have around. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, but you need a relaxed timeline. November 2020 - I called them and left a message. Never heard back. November 2023 - I saw one of their signs, in town, that said "Email us for a quote.". I did and actually heard back. Within a few back and forth interactions we settled on the scope, type, and signed a contract in December. At the time, they were estimating around 10 months, putting us into October of 2024. In late August I got a call that a number of customers in queue in front of me were waiting on material, and if I was interested now. I told them that there were things that I needed to get done, and that I wasn't available. I managed to get everything done in record time, and called them back. They said that someone else was booked for that week, and we settled on the following week. Once they started, it took a little over a week.

AP solutions applied blue stone to our driveway. They knocked on our door and said they could give…read moreus a deal because they wanted to use the stone leftover in the truck before it cured. The price was WAY higher than we estimated based on the $/SF because they said they needed to add more than one later in certain areas. We were told the blue stone with cement fines would cure and would be a solid surface we could shovel off in the winter. It never cured and the stone washed out. It is still under warranty but AP solutions is impossible to reach. one time a called and someone said they should have seal coated the driveway but never got back to us. I've called the number online and since then it goes to the previous owner who says he has no information on how to reach them. There is no website or email address. This feels like a total scam - stay away from AP solutions and don't believe them if they say they'll offer you a deal.

We had looked for 3 months to find a fence installer that still did wooden fences. After searching…read moreand reading reviews ( which need to be read with care ), I decided to go to Bruce fence. Melissa in the office was fantastic and very personable, went through the options I had looked at, gave me the good, better, best run-down, and helped with an initial ( ballpark ) quote. We set up a date for the next week for Will to come get a site review. He arrived right on time, listened to what we wanted to do, and then proceeded to measure, make notes, and head back to the office to work up the quote and email it to me. The quote was received in 2 days, and I went to place a deposit that day. The installation was set for 2-3 weeks later, but they ended up having a hole in the schedule and were here in a week. The installers were to remove and dispose of the 136' of existing fence, and then put the new one up. Initially estimated to possibly be a 2 day job. The crew arrived right on time ( crew of 3 ) at 8:00 in the morning, re-walked the site, confirmed the placement of the posts, and proceeded with the work. One member of the crew went about removing the old fence and digging the new post holes, and the other 2 placed the posts and sections of the fence. They seemed to work straight through, with just a break for lunch and one or 2 short breaks. Levels were used to make sure that the posts were placed correctly, and when all was done ( by 4:00 pm), the new fence was in. I walked the fence with the lead foreman and pointed out 1 or 2 things which were rectified right away. When they left, there was no trash, yard waste, or leftovers to dispose of. I am immensely pleased and would recommend them based upon my experience. Bill M. 10/19/23
