What took me three days to pull out of my cabinets was put back in less than two hours due to ease of access, organization and much more space. The repairs were done quickly, and we were especially impressed the repair person took time to find a brass-colored turnkey to match the lamp. The repairs cost a very reasonable $40 for labor and material for the first lamp and $43 for the second. But the cost of bringing gas into my home was prohibitive. I didn't want another glass cooktop, but several salespeople told me that coil burners were outdated and hard to find. He suggested an induction convection range. I had never heard of induction, and he explained how it worked, and the similarities to convection. The only problem was that they don't sell them, so of course the next step was a big box store. Gregg was not only honest enough to give up the sale, he educated me about a choice I didn't know I had. I'm off to the big box guys, but not without gratitude to Gregg. I wish I could have given them the business and bought my range from them, and highly recommend them for the excellent sales service they provided.
