This is our first time back to PCB since COVID, but we knew we wanted to go back to C-Level. We were not disappointed! The food was superb, and the service was excellent despite the fact they were short-handed. Everyone was working so hard, and nothing was lacking whatsoever. We started with grouper bites for our appetizer. So fresh & flaky even though fried. The grouper bites come with homemade tartar sauce that is the best I've ever eaten. For dinner, I got fish & chips - fried flounder & subbed regular fries for sweet potato fries. I thought it only came with the fries, but no - a second side was included. I went with the fried okra. All were absolutely delicious, and I do not eat a lot of fried foods. Hubby got the C-level platter: grouper, flounder, shrimp, and crab legs. All were fried except the crab legs & were outstanding! For sides, he chose red potatoes & hush puppies. My dad got the C-level platter, too, but he subbed shrimp for the crab legs. He also chose the hush puppies, but went with a side salad that was a large portion for a side. My mom chose the SOS shrimp. They were prepared with better & herbs. So good! For her two sides, she selected the saffron rice & veggie if the day - broccolini. We did not get any drinks or dessert this time, but we've had both in the past, and they, too, are excellent. Portions are more than enough & the prices are exactly in line, if not a little low, for all the fresh seafood you are getting, not to mention the sides. Our bill was just above $100 for all of the items listed above. We all drank water, as we usually do. We are thrilled to be back in PCB, and so thankful that C-Level is as wonderful as before. Overall average. $73 for the 3 of us plus a tip. We got there at 4:00pm (opening time) and was seated right away. I ordered a shrimp cocktail and it came out very quickly. Then we waited....and finally got our entrees. The best steak place, No, but a nice change and very cloud I visited. Might be back. Maybe not. Great place for seafood. The building isn't fancy, but the food is plated for presentation and tastes even better than it looks. It will make you think you are dining at the upper end. Shrimp and grits, spicy creamed spinach and roasted brussell sprouts were all first class. Crab cakes were huge.. The key lime pie and peanut butter pie were the perfect ending. We stopped by at C Level by pure accident as we were looking for a place to eat after Gulf World Marine Park. We've never been at or even heard of this spot before. Initially we were sold on trying them out because the host was extremely gracious and accepting of multiple allergies in our family. We've ordered fried cauliflower as an appetizer, gumbo, black n bleu burger, c-level burger, fresh grouper sandwich and various sides, including grilled pineapple. Everything was phenomenal and oh so flavorful! Drinks were fantastic! The service was outstanding - not only friendly and efficient, but also very knowledgeable concerning allergy issues we have to deal with. My husband, who's an experienced fan of a grouper sandwich, said he never had the sandwich with so much grouper. Definitely adding this place to our favorites and hope to come back many times! read more

We were a party of 5. 6 pm reservation on a Sunday. Atmosphere was nice. Service started out good. Appetizers arrived shortly after we ordered and were very good. After that things went down hill. We hardly saw our server (Chris) again. We waited over a half hour for our salad to come out. And then only 4 salads came out. Had to wait an additional 5 mins for the 5th salad to arrive. Bread did not show up until after we were finished with our salads. And then only 4 buns for 5 people to split. 10 min later they did bring more buns after we had asked. We then waited another 20 to 30 min. for our entrees to show up. When the entrees did show up, the food was tasty but warm. Each entrée was luke warm. I have no problem paying for good food, just not warm food. Not sure if I will give them a second chance. read more

Heard a lot about C Level and decided to check it out with family. Bad news: --Serving size in proportion to the price was disappointing. --Fried shrimp were overcooked and luke warm --Crab legs were luke warm and did not release from the shell easily. --fried okra was soggy. --Fried grouper was small and thin on the ends so it was very tough and basically inedible. --New potatoes had no seasoning. --Flounder didn't have much taste. Good news: --Sweet potato fries were hot and had a nice texture. --Smoked tuna appetizer was good --Sweet tea was very Southern (sweet) --Salads were nice. --Our server Sam was nice What I would change: -- Add oysters and scallops to the menu. For the price, wish we had gone to Cap't Anderson's. Probably will not return. read more

Love this place.... we eat here often (almost weekly...the food is that good)... be sure to ask about any specials... and I highly recommend the fontina cheese grits. The owners are 3 brothers who are very actively involved at the restaurant...and have really grown the business...we are so very happy for their success, they deserve it. Came for dinner tonight. The restaurant is clean and not cramped inside. Our waitress was nice and communicated well. Food however was disappointingly mediocre. Ordered grouper bites(little pieces of grouper battered and fried) Came out luke warm so could have been tasty if they'd been hot. Proceeded to wait approximately one hour for our main courses. Waitress was kind enough to come by a couple of times and tell us we would have our food shortly. Once the food came out, everything was lukewarm like it had been sitting under a warming lamp for a while. The fries we ordered were not edible. One of our guest ordered sweet potato fries and they were a pile of greasy limp fries. The waitress was kind enough to bring us another order. The blackened grouper was barely seasoned, and I believe wasn't actually grouper, but rather mahi. We were offered to order something else, but after waiting an hour. I couldn't bare the thought of sitting there for another hour, waiting for more mediocre food. The waitress offered to get the manager, but I feel the more appropriate response would've been to simply have the waitress go talk to the manager and insist on taking the items that we were unhappy with off the bill. We won't be coming back here anytime soon. I've been coming to Panama City Beach for 45 years and honestly there are so many other places to eat I would respectfully suggest you seek them out. read more

This place is a hidden gem on Panama City Beach! You can take a hard pass on Captain Anderson's and Saltwater Grill and go here instead. The food and service are so much better! I ordered grilled shrimp here before Hurricane Michael and I was so disappointed. It was greasy and cold. My husband's too. My parents had fried shrimp and after tasting it, I had to agree that they made a smart choice. It was delicious. I was with a large party and the guy that seated us told us we'd be better off going elsewhere however fifteen minutes later, we were seated. They weren't that busy and he didn't seem nice when we said we'd wait. I'm actually looking forward to them reopening because when I'd drive past them before the storm, the smell of steaks cooking was amazing. The atmosphere and staff were nice but the food was subpar. I had a party of 6 and 3 of us had our ordered messed up. Two of our guests did not get their second side with their entree. One of them was given the wrong steak and I received the wrong side as well. My friend got his steak fixed. I didn't cause a fuss about the sides mixed up. I know people make mistakes and the place was packed. No big deal. But the food itself was not good. I got the grouper sandwich and it was it was very bland. The fish itself was soggy (even though I got it fried) I could tell it had been sitting out before being brought to the table. I couldn't eat it really. My other guests complained about their sweet potato fries being bad and overcooked. I am very understanding the repercussions the pandemic has caused to the service industry but things need to be worked on in the kitchen. Not sure if the staff is being overworked or we just came on a bad night. read more

We had the C Platter delivered tonight via Uber Eats. While there are some obvious drawbacks to having fried food delivered, this meal truly exceeded expectations! Not only was the seafood seasoned perfectly, but I could tell it was fresh. Too often I feel like either what is advertised on a platter is not what you get, or it's just not very good. The grouper was really grouper, the flounder was really flounder and the shrimp were jumbo as advertised. And it was all really delicious. Snow crab can also be hit or miss for me, depending upon how it's been treated before it ends up on your plate, but this stuff was excellent as well. This is my 3rd visit to this restaurant because of its delicious food great waitress and waiters,also the atmosphere. I recommend the Caesar salad which has the perfect amount of toppings dressing and lettuce,the burger is the juiciest burger ever the flavor is exquisite,the rolls,and the cheese sticks. We ordered our food through Door Dash. After receiving the food, our son complained that his burger tasted funny. We looked at the burger and it was completely raw. We then called the manager and her response was to say her customers eat the meat raw all the time. She stated it would be fine. She also said that there was nothing she could do about it unless we went through Door Dash. She was very rude on the phone. We will not order from this restaurant again. read more

Enjoyed dinner tonight with the love of my life. The atmosphere, waitress and food was very good. Teresa, our waitress was a true professional, friendly and very knowledgable. We started with the fried pickles and cocktails, and dined on grouper and crab cakes. Too full for a dessert, but I bet the key lime pie is awesome! I would have given this place 5 stars had the wait staff been wearing mask coverings. There was little social distancing going on, and even now, I think it's still important for all of us to participate to rid this country of this horrible virus. Be safe. Eat well. Amazing crab legs and excellent service! Every time we visit PCB we visit C level and have never had a bad experience! A must try!

It was great. We had a big family dinner with 9 total and 4 of those being young kids. Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious.

We have eaten there 3 times in the last couple weeks. Food was great. Had the C-legs, shrimp and grits, fried grouper. All were excellent. All three times we had the same server, Valerie is the best. Food was good, but we waited over an hour and half for our food. While times are tough with not enough help etc, please also be kind to your patrons, tell them the kitchen is running an hour and a half behind, not the kitchen is behind your food will be out soon. Give us the option if we want to stay or go. Kindness works both ways. read more

Vacationing in PCB and learned about C Level from a Facebook group. It was so delicious, we went twice. Not only is this the best restaurant in PCB, it's one of the best restaurants anywhere. Every single thing was top notch - service, fresh ingredients, delicious and unique sauces, efficiency of the kitchen even though the place was packed. Over the course of our two visits, we had grouper bites, grilled shrimp, crab cakes, prime rib, blackened grouper, new potatoes, fried okra, brussel sprouts, and key lime pie. We have been here for two hours. Half of our table has their food and half of them don't. Our waiter messed up every single order. He can not read his own writing. I absolutely regret choosing this place. Our waiter should be fired. This has been the worse experience ever. I'm highly disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.
