Short wait on a Friday night. Simple decorations with a friendly atmosphere. We got the mahi mahi tacos and the special which was shrimp in a pineapple. Both were really good. The corn bread bites were exceptional and the sweet potato fries were a nice complement. Drinks were also good.

Went for lunch today I was unaware they were opened for lunch. What a pleasant surprise! our waiter was great and the service was excellent. We love this restaurant, and make it a point to visit when we are in the area. They also have inexpensive special on the lunch menu.I highly recommend C Level.

"Friends don't let friends eat at franchises". I was nervous to step away from the usual Panama City spots, but all my worries were put to rest with this stop in at C Level. They took reservations which was a great surprise (most of the beach spots don't!). Our first surprise was when the waitress went out of her way to get a member of our party a gluten free dinner roll when she happened to overhear she was gluten free -- this really made the visit special. The food was delicious. We ordered the ribeye, the tuna steak, and the fish and chips. We all ate our plates clean. The Parmesan fries were a great side dish! We will definitely be back!

We have been here a few times. Each time we go we like better than the last. The crab legs were fantastic! The grouper with crab on top was perfect. The sides were good too, especially the brussel sprouts. Best brussel sprouts I have ever had. The restaurant is cute and can accommodate large groups. The staff is very friendly. This is a go to restaurant when we are in the mood for a nice easy going seafood dinner.

Delicious food and great atmosphere! The crab legs are meaty. I recommend the brussels and cheese grits.

Great prices and perfectly cooked seafood. Hard to find crab legs cooked to perfection like here.

Just go to Saltwater Grill, it's pretty the same price anyway, and you won't have unseasoned undercooked food

What are their hours? Maybe it's because this is the off season, but place is bare but shows it is open until 2a?

5-9 Sun-Thu, 5-10 Fri-Sat. They changed their hours at the end of July.

After a so-called "fine dining" restaurant completely failed to accommodate our party (with reservations), Hunt & Gather stepped in without hesitation and made our evening unforgettable. Our table ordered a little bit of everything, and every dish was outstanding -- elk burgers, baked fish, bolognese, filet mignon, and the quail quesadillas were all incredible. The lamb lollipops remain my absolute favorite, and the flash-fried Brussels sprouts were perfection. We also sampled all of the desserts, and not a single one missed the mark. Their beer and wine selection is fantastic as well, and the blackberry cider was especially delicious. A huge shoutout to our server, Paul, who was warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient. He seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even had to ask. If you're looking for consistently amazing food, excellent service, and a restaurant that truly knows how to take care of its guests, do yourself a favor and visit Hunt & Gather. Your palate will thank you.

I usually sit at the bar with David, who is hands down one of the best bartenders I've ever interacted with. The service and atmosphere always make the experience even better. I also really appreciate the exclusivity of the concept and the farm-to-table approach. It's clear that quality and intention are at the center of everything they do. The new bar next door for cocktails and appetizers while you wait to be seated is also an excellent touch and adds to the overall experience.

The first thing I noticed is that they scaled the menu back which was a blessing. I remember before that you had to read a book to get through the menu before. The new menu has a great variety of items and I didn't miss anything that they might have had before. The restaurant itself is fun. Lots of memorabilia on the walls but not in a claustrophobic way. Tables are nice and clean and the bar is beautiful. Everyone looked like they were having a good time. Our food server was nice, friendly and talked to us like we were regulars (loved that). We started out with drinks and we had the Sangria, and a couple of their signature cocktails that I can't remember the names. All were very refreshing. Food: We started out with quite a few appetizers: Coconut Shrimp: Great big shrimps, coating was perfect but I would use a tad more coconut (IMO). Tuna Dip: Wonderful smokey flavor and tasted really fresh and came with homemade chips. Pimento Dip: Oh my gosh it was delicious. I didn't even want to try this one but one of the people in our party likes pimento, so we did. It was sooooo good. I found out it has 4 different cheeses in it and it also comes with the homemade chips. Onion Rings: These onion rings were in the perfect batter. They were not greasy but they were crunchy and they used great tasting onions. I remember the previous onion rings being so thick and greasy I was so happy with the new version. We also had the Spinach Artichoke Dip and once again it was very tasty. Entrees: Pot Roast: So delicious!!! Tender pot roast and it came on a bed of mashed potatoes and cooked carrots and onions and I think celery. The gravy was delicious and they gave you plenty of it. Steak: It was a pretty big steak and very tender. Hubs gave it a 4 out of a 5. Baked potato was loaded and could have fed a family of 4. Catfish Basket: I had never had catfish before and I nibbled on our friend's entree and it was really really good. I give this place a 5 out of a 5 and we WILL be back.

He was friendly, helpful, and accomplished. He made some helpful suggestions and made sure that we enjoyed our evening from start to finish. We had a nice table, but there are a handful of small booths that sit across from the oyster bar and have no view at all, so I'd request something near the water when you make your reservation (something I highly recommend.) We chose the calamari for our appetizer and it was simply delicious!!! It was so good we hated to stop eating it so we didn't run out of room for our entrees! I had the grouper piccata, grouper perfectly cooked to flaky goodness, on top of some savory spinach and tasty mashed potatoes. My husband ordered the prime rib which was a generous portion, served with mashed potatoes and green beans. Delicious! I wish they offered a baked potato and some sort of bread. They have hush puppies but they are not complimentary. Small details but would be much appreciated. Hunter said he had a surprise for us and brought a complimentary dessert for us to share! Such a nice touch! (Again, since it was our anniversary.) it was their praline bowl with fresh fruit, ice cream, and a bit of chocolate sauce. Again, soooo good! I highly recommend Grand Marlin. Parking is plentiful, service is excellent and the food is top notch. Dinner begins at 3 and they also have a Sunday brunch. Enjoy! And ask for Hunter. He's an exceptional server!
