We waited over 1 1/2 hours after being seated to get our food. When we did get our $30 plates, the food wasn't even luke warm. Our server wasn't attentive to us other than filling our drinks. She never asked us how our food was or if we needed anything at all. We asked for the manager and he said he was aware of the issue and kept rambling on about people not wanting to work. He didn't even offer to comp our meals at all. Only offered us a free dessert which was crap. The food was mediocre at best and me and my husband ended up sick during the night. First time. I believe that most of the hype is very overrated. I ordered fish tacos. Blackened mahi. One pc on each toco which is ok. But it's loaded with store bought shredded cheese multi colored and lettuce and a fruit salsa. Fish was over cooked and over powered by the other ingredients. My wife had wedge salad and it was a home run. I also had a side of fried shrimp and they were over cooked and rubbery Didn't taste fresh. Wife had crab cakes and they fry them. They were ok. None of the meal can hold a candle to Captain Anderson's! I might wanna give the prime rib a try, however when we come to Florida we want seafood and they are a c-level at best on the seafood we had. Very disappointed. We were seated rather quickly. Server was nice enough - but did not refill any of our drinks unless we asked. It took an hour and 1/2 to get our food. It was terribly overcooked. The crab legs were so rubbery and tasted so bad that we had to send them back. I had the truffle potatoes - they were very mushy and overcooked. My husband couldn't eat the grits as they were awful. We have been to their old location several times and recently visited the new location after the hurricane. The place is remarkable and very beachy beautiful. We had four in our party. We ordered steaks, prime rib, and their crab legs. One steak was quite underdone. My husband thought the prime rib was dry and a lower grade of meat. My daughter's crab legs were perfect. The meat snapped right out of the shells. This restaurant caters to locals so I'm going to continue to be a customer. I think this may have just been an off night. Everyone in town knows C-Level is a restaurant with delicious food. On top of that, the owner is a nice guy and cares that his customers are satisfied. TWO FOR TWO TODAY. 5 flippin stars. WOW. this was great. We ordered the Nacho crab dip that came wirh very fresh tortilia chips. Sweet. Jenners got the mahimahi tacos with sw fries and a sald. (wth. tacos with 2 sides? awesome) Michelle - our waitress was spot on with everything refilling. recommended favorites. being charming and extremely helpful. I had the ribeye with extras which were spot on. Perfect medium rare and the lobster truffle sauce was grand. I cant express how delicious our salads were. The first time the service was ridiculously slow and today we called ahead waited thirty minutes and the hostess was rude and when asked an estimate she told me she couldn't give me one. The food and service was very good. My boyfriend and I are in town for a few nights so we did not know where to go have a good dinner at. We googled places and narrowed it down to 5 places nearby with fair to great ratings. Ratings can be tricky since you are not always sure if they are legitimate or not but it is all we had to go by so we chose to try out C Level Bar & Grill. When we pulled up we were not blown away by the exterior but we know that great food can come from a place that either blows you away or leaves you questioning if you made the right decision. So, in we go, and the place was nice inside with a beach style decor and mellow alternative music playing. The candles aglow on the wooden tables was a nice touch. The bearded guy who was behind the bar greeted us promptly and informed us that the Prime Rib was the special, and he told us about other popular items that guests enjoy. I love this place; the food is delicious and consistent, the service is always so friendly, and although I liked the old location, the new location does C-level so much more justice. It's airy with a beachy feel and it flows well. I have not sat at the bar yet but it's inviting and the community table looks perfect. And it's on my way home from work- thumbs up!! My go-to is that excellent tuna steak. I just love it. Perfect sear to keep it rare as it should be. Perfectly seasoned. The saffron rice is very good, but I prefer the broccoli. However, in all honesty, the rice pairs better with it. I do think that a ponzu would be better with it instead of the soy, but I prefer ponzu. Another reason that I look forward to my meals here- the vibe. Yes, I mentioned the beachy feel of it. But if you come in and listen- lot's of Foo Fighters which is one of my favorite bands. And Chazz reminds me of Dave Grohl (if Dave Grohl had short hair). I'm sure he gets that a lot :) I like how the brothers work together and their honesty about how things are rolling each time we walk in is refreshing. They're still getting a foothold and they'll tell you when you walk through the door; it's not an excuse, it's to let you know what to expect. I sent this to them on october 12th, no repsonse as of October 17. Highly disppointed in the food, more disappointed with the ownership. Tue, Oct 12, 7:54 PM (5 days ago) to clevelpcb I wanted to share our first time dining experience with you.  For the past couple of years your restaurant has been the talk of a Facebook Group dedicated to Panama City Beach.  Whenever a question came up, specifically about Steak and just overall great food, CLevel was brought up a large percentage of the time.  My wife and I were intrigued.  We wanted to visit your place March of 2020 but a LOT occurred then and we weren't able to get there. For the next 18 months we awaited our return to PCB.  I made a list of must do things, yours was at the top.  Excited is not a big enough word for our visit to you.... First off we are a family of 5, so eating anywhere isn't cheap.  Secondly, we chose a place that I would say is near premium pricing for it's entres.  With tip we dropped $136 for 2 Ribeyes, 3 crab cakes, a burger, sides, and two glasses of tea. (everyone else had water, that's typical for us). My son ordered his medium rare, came out medium well.  I ordered my medium, came out well done.  We aren't ones to send food back typically only because of the horror stories you hear (and see video of) of disgruntled staffs "getting back at the customer."  The fries were unseasoned krinkle fries, zero pizazz.  I think we were supposed to get bread as well, that didn't happen.  Neither my son or I finished our steaks.  He is a 17 year very active kid....he EATS...he couldn't finish his steak it was so bad.  I was in the same boat.  This was one of the toughest Ribeyes either of us have ever had. I also found 2 hairs on my plate, this doesn't gross me out like it does a lot of people, but someone wasn't taking the appropriate measures to keep this from happening.  Combine this though with the rest of the experience, and we are far below "par". Now....my wife ordered crab cakes.  Her comment was, "it was good."  Not great, not spectacular, but good.  My 13 year old son ordered a burger and his comment was the same.  It was good.....thats it. I really thought about speaking to a member of leadership however by that time it was packed and we had other things to do....keep in mind, we planned to go to your restaurant, we didn't just drop in.  This was in the works for a long time.  We were severely disappointed with our meal.  I was pretty upset and very disappointed, but I just wanted to leave and move on to something else for our day. Before I move forward with anything else, I wanted to get your thoughts on this.  Believe me when I say this is NOT the experience we expected nor desired.  We are fortunate, I feel, to be able to spend $136 on a meal for 4 people (my daughter didn't eat, she is really picky) on one single meal and not think twice about it.  But with that comes and expectation of elevated quality. Food was great but service was not. We have been going there since they were in the old building and never had to make reservations. We called and asked to make reservations and they put us on a wait list and told us we were first on the list. We waited for 3 hours for a table for 9 people. We offered to split our party up and people who were on the wait list behind us and people who didn't have reservations were getting seated before us. Every time we asked they gave us the same story about reservations getting seated first and they couldn't tell us how long it would be. We have been going there for several years and never experienced this kind of treatment. We will not be going back. If you can't handle large walk in parties then change the way you do your wait list. read more

Food was good but you have to have a reservation to not wait over 2 1/2 hours to get seated. We even called before we arrived and was told we were the first on the waitlist. Been coming here for years and have never had the issue till this last time. We were seeing and hearing people who came and put their name on the wait list after us and got seated before us. We probably won't return after this. When we arrived we were also told we were the next table to be seated, that did not happen and they would not give us an estimated time of being seated. All they would say is reservations come first. They have no clue how to handle reservations and waitlists at the same time. It appears they take on too many reservations and not think about the fact that the waitlists people are paying customers too. If they can't manage both do away with reservations and do first come first serve. read more

My wife and I tried C Level for the first time and were served up a treat! We were welcomed at the front door and promptly seated where Theresa took great care of us. She gave us some great tips on the food and introduced me to a couple of local brews that were fantastic. Their smoked tuna dip with jalapeños and tortilla chips was off the chart and barely left enough room for me to finish my sizeable grouper dinner with red potatoes and broccolini. Been driving past this restaurant for a couple months now and decided to stop and try it out. We went on a Thursday night around 6:00 pm. When it wasn't terribly busy. We were welcomed and seated quickly and then sat and waited 7 minutes or so when another server came and took our drink order and again waited again until our server finally came and took our dinner order. We ordered crab cakes, gumbo and a romaine lettuce wedge. The wedge salad was very good tasting but was saturated in blue cheese dressing the crab cake was ok and the gumbo was very unseasoned and bland. The waiter wasn't very at tentative. The meal was ok, the service was mediocre. With all of the great restaurants around Panama City Beach, this is a drive by for us. Too bad. read more

Well as our vacation continues in PCB...we did not have a not so great experience at CLevel. Again, what is all the hype about the food?? I ordered the Prime Rib which is supposed to be their #1 go to and was shocked to fine it about as tender as the flip-flops I wear to the ocean! While sometimes the perimeter of a prime rib can be a little tough but all the way through it?? We asked for additional napkins and I do not lie, the server brought us attached PAPER TOWELS off the roll and laid then on the table!!!! At the end of the meal I asked the others at our table their opinions of what they ordered and the response was "just okay." Not one person could use any other word to describe their food. Finally the crowning blow was the check. Before payment was presented they added a "CC Service Fee!" BEWARE...Look at your check before paying with cash as you will pay this fee which is a real cost of being in business!! Why do businesses feel the need to FURTHER TAX THE GUESTS with such fees when you pay $40 for a piece of meat?? I don't mind paying for great food and great experience but when you are seated in a back room that local Rotary Club would meet at there is no experience. This is not what I expected. We just got home from PCB and ate at C-Level 3 times! 2/3 times we had larger parties and they accommodated us with no hesitation! Called the restaurant repeatedly only to get busy signal. The next morning when I called they said, "yeah when it gets to busy we turn off the phones and cancel Grubhub and UberEats orders." The only positive I can provide about this restaurant was our serving. When my group first arrived (after we called ahead) we were seated momentarily and our order was taken soon after. After an hour of waiting we questioned the status of our order, only to find out there were several tables ahead of us and it would be longer until we were served. We patiently waited, as our server did her best to hurry the process. After three hours we were served. Most of our dishes were barely warm. One of our dishes was truly inedible; to the point it was sent back after one bite. After the frustration, not one manager attempted to console us. Our server was a messenger and to us this was embarrassing for the business. The manager sent a message through our server offering three free deserts on a ticket that was well over $500. To us this was a true slap in the face, especially since a manager had yet to attempt to come out to resolve the issues we had. Despite our issues our server was very empathetic and attentive. She went out of her way to help in any way she could. My family will not be returning to this establishment!!!! read more

Service was great and the beer was cold. Chaz, one of the owners took personal care of us. The grilled grouper and fried shrimp were excellent but don't miss out on the key lime pie.
