So this was a review on the experience not the food as I didn't personally eat here. I found this restaurant through Yelp and wanted to try it on a Saturday night in the summer with 5 people in our party. So we were fully aware there would be a wait and were happy to do so. I would like to also note this is a small restaurant with a bar and high tops along the walls and some tables in the middle. We put our name on the list and asked for a wait time and the hostess said she could not tell us as she was instructed not to in the event it was vastly different from the actual wait time. A little strange but there were only a few parties waiting outside before us, so we stayed. I noticed that certain tables that had patrons there earlier would be cleaned but wouldn't have patrons seated there after. Strange again as this empty table thing had now happened to half the restaurant. Then we noticed a bridal party and a bride show up to the restaurant to have her reception there and that is why those tables were kept empty. Literally, five minutes later another bride showed up (different from the first) to have her reception there. With two receptions booked and more than half the restaurant occupied from these receptions, it became very apparent we would not be seated for a while so we took our name off the list and went elsewhere. My negative experience does not come from the fact there were two wedding receptions held here, it is from the fact that this is a small restaurant and the management was fully aware they would be held here and didn't inform patrons there would be a much longer than expected wait due to 2 wedding receptions occupying more than half the restaurant. I hope this restaurant can use this review moving forward on setting more accurate expectations for patrons and being more transparent. read more

They were able to quickly seat our party of 9 on a Thursday night at 8:30pm. We travel with a few picky eaters (meat and potatoes) and a few seafood lovers. This place was a happy-medium. I personally ordered a sirloin and crab legs (surf and turf). Crab legs were good, so were the broccoli. Salad was delicious. My steak was over cooked. I ordered it medium rare and it was medium or medium well. However, the waitress was extremely attentive and accommodating. Lengthy beer list and even though the wine list was short it was solid. Glass of red wine, salad, broccoli, crab legs, and a sirloin steak for under $40. I would definitely give this place another try. read more

Don't order Uber eats. They apparently "only get paid from Uber eats once a month" and do not fulfill Uber eats orders when they are busy (5:35 on a Friday night) we spent $54 dollars to not enjoy dinner on our last night of vacation. The staff said and I quote "we don't know what you're talking about" when we came in and asked for our order. And then the owner came to let us know we wouldn't be getting our food because his kitchen and staff can't handle a Friday night dinner rush in a tourist destination. What a gem. After a lifetime of vacationing at PCB, C-Level has easily become one of our top three go-to restaurants for a great meal. Before getting to the seafood, let's talk about the wings. You know a place is legit when my dad--who's been traveling for work for over three decades--proclaims that C-Level's "might just be the best wings I've ever had." I'm not even a huge bone-in wing fan myself, but this place knows how to cook them right--and on "Wing Wednesdays" they're only 50 cents each. They're crispy without being fried, and the sauces are delightful. My favorites include the Dragon's Breath (a mix of their dragon seasoning and the Teriyaki Booyaki), the T-Mack (add jerk seasoning to the Dragon's Breath), and the Thai Chili. The XX hot aren't bad either but are definitely a little bit more standard. (If you aren't a wing fan, you might consider going on Taco Tuesdays instead.) The entrees are also impressive. Our favorite was the grouper, which was of superior quality and tasted excellent with the blackening seasoning. The fresh vegetables that come with it are just that--fresh--and make for a great accompaniment. The mahi was also very good, accented well by the saffron rice and the wine garlic sauce. The flavors just really came together. Plus, entrees come with a hefty salad--a refreshing healthy addition. On top of all that, the beer selection is super, featuring several of the "big" names in craft beers like Dogfish Head, Victory, and Lagunitas. And they're reasonably priced. Overall, this place is great, and you'll see locals hanging out at the bar, which is always a good sign. Sure, it doesn't have the ambience and advertising of a lot of PCB tourist traps, but the quality is awesome. read more

After a long road trip to PCB this was what we needed. It sits in a plaza with other seemingly delicious places to eat if you want seafood! It opens late and was a lot busier than we thought. We had a round of Florida flavored water and went for the Friday night blackened steak special, blue burger, double burger, and blackened shrimp. All served with sweet potato fries. You can pick sweet or regular fries. The steak and shrimp dishes came with salads. All fresh and crisp. That was enough for me to get antsy for more. That and because we were starving. Everything came out hot and fresh! Everything came out well portioned and plated nicely. We ate everything except the sweet potatoes. Not because it wasn't good but because it was a lot! We checked into the Holiday Inn resort for the night and were ;pretty dismayed by the lack of dining choices surrounding us. C-Level was definitely worth the drive from the main strip. Our waiter/bartender/ club promoter was an excellent host and the food was very, very tasty. We did several courses and found the steak to be tender and the tuna salad quite fresh. Our son's sundae for desert was flavorful as well. If you are looking for an adult meal in the midst of all the beach craziness, this is the place. read more

We went to C Level for dinner and we were seated right away. Shawn was our waiter and got our drink order and mentioned the specials for the night which were a rabbit pork sausage and crab stuff lion fish that was lightly fried. My wife got their blackened prime rib which is excellent and I tried the lion which was also excellent. The service and quality of food is outstanding. This is worth the drive down front beach....does not look like much from the outside of the strip mall. Once inside look at the menu and think fresh seafood. We had the grouper, Mahi Mahi and a shrimp sautéed in white wine all enjoyed their meal, the jumbo shrimp were indeed very large and tasty. The grouper done just right. We also saw on Friday/sat they have delicious prime rib. All were nice sized portions. The side salad was fresh and dressing good. This is a neat place that looks rather unassuming from the outside. The inside is nicely decorated and clean and has a smaller, relaxed vibe. Seat yourself is nice as well. Our party of 8 went on a Thursday night about 8:30pm and were able to push a couple high tops together to get seated right off the bat. We opted for drinks and appetizers here which we all enjoyed. The Old Fashioned was great and they have a nice selection of beer. As for food, we shared the Grouper Bites, Fried Pickles, Tuna Dip and a double order of Wings. All came out quickly, hot and fresh. Portions were just right for all of us to get to sample everything and not come away too full. We tried almost every wing sauce as well - good stuff! Now, with all of that being said...I couldn't give this place 5 stars because the attitude of our waiter/bartender was pretty terrible. So much so that after putting in our drink order, we had just about decided not to do food there at all. Not to mention his attitude started from the moment we arrived and were attempting to get the tables pushed together. He asked how many people we had and when we didn't immediately answer (hello there are 8 of us and we are all talking and deciding how to sit), he basically looked at us like we were idiots and asked again rudely how many we had in our party. By then we were pushing the tables together to get our party settled and he waved us off like "whatever". Yeah...we didn't feel the most welcomed after that. When it came time for our drink order he acted like we were a burden to him and said how he had other tables and a full bar to take care of. Nonetheless, we decided to give it another chance and he actually turned his attitude around and even apologized for how he had acted the first half. We were all grateful for the apology, but it didn't change the fact that the first half of our visit was marred with discomfort and negativity. We all have bad days, I'm not sure what was going on in his day, but I do know that if you are going to be in food service or any service industry - especially in a vacation town - then you need to be able to suck it up and put your game face on! I was really hoping for this place to be great. It was OK but not great. We had a party of 8 and had a variety of things from the menu. Steak, Fish, and Shrimp, all just ok. The steak seemed to be low grade cut of meat. Shrimp and fish were just frozen from the store stuff. It's very loud and don't complain about the music because they will tell you that's what they like to hear. We are visiting from GA. We have been going to Hunt's for many years. (Long wait unless you get there super early) A friend told us to try C Level. We got there at 6:00. We had about a 5 minute wait for 2 people. Our server's name was Emily. She was a very sweet young lady and attentive from the time she came to our table until we left. We shared the C platter. (Plenty for 2 people) It was amazing! One of the owners (Chaz was his name I think) sat us and came by our table before we left and thanked us for coming in. We told him that we really enjoyed our meal and that Emily is the best server that we have had in a very long time. We were very impressed to find out that this is her 3rd day on the job and 1st day without a trainer. We tipped when we paid our bill as always but I felt like she deserved more so I came back in and retipped and thanked her again. Very impressive! So glad we picked this place over some of the more familiar seafood places in PCB. The outside may not be very inviting, but don't let that fool you. The food will more than make up for the exteriors shortcomings. I highly recommend the Smoked Tuna dip, the Gulf Grilled Shrimp, the Wings and the Fish and Chips. My family and I enjoyed all of it immensely. I tend to like the smaller restaurants just because they seem to put more heart into their cooking. My family and I went last night and were seated right away. My husband and I both got the fried grouper with broccoli both were amazing!! Perfectly cooked! My dad got the grilled grouper and it was also amazing!! My mom got the fish and chips and it was good and what you would expect. She says cooked great but she would get the grouper next time. Brother got the fried shrimp and it was good he says a 4.5. Their hot sauce was awesome! We also got the smoked tuna dip. I love tuna but not the smoked flavor. To me it taste like potted meat and my family agreed but I don't eat meat. I was just kinda hoping for more of a tuna taste since someone had said the best tuna dip in PCB. This was a very pleasant surprise! The food was great the wife had shrimp which was tender sweet genuine Gulf Coast Florida shrimp! I had fried grouper which was plentiful and excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and professional. No waiting! The only draw back is the building. You could not possibly get a more sparse ambiance. The floors were concrete and not "polished" concrete like old sidewalk concrete. The walls were paneled half way up and buckled in places indicating this place had flooded at some time! Hi tried C level bar and Grill. We were seated at 7:30 we never got our food until about 940 and we just ask for them to put it in a box to go. When we got home my prime rib was overcooked the tacos were over cooked. Our meal consisted of two plates of prime rib a ribeye steak bloody a chicken plate and fish tacos and after two hours we finally got our meal . All that was said was I'm sorry we're understaffed. Yeah most of the night three gentlemen stood there at the podium they work there and people all around us were getting their food eating and leaving. I would never go back again.
