Oh my goodness we had such a wonderful dinner. I had the ribeye with Brussels sprouts and green beans it was fabulous. My husband had fish tacos. SIL had crab cakes and trussel potatoes and BIL had grouper and grits he probably would have licked the bowl. And we had the berry salad so good. Our server Sarah never let our drinks go empty and was on top of ever need. We ordered key lime pie it was wonderful and cheesecake it was ok but wow such a great dining experience. 10/10 read more

Disappointed from start to finish. We had a 6 PM reservation but still waited 15 minutes to be seated, and then they squeezed us into a table too small for our group. The table we were supposed to have sat empty until we flagged down our server, who had to find someone to help her move it. After finally placing our order, we waited nearly an hour for food while several tables that arrived after us were served first. We were a group of 11, including two toddlers, and most of us ordered simple dishes. They weren't overly busy. The delay just didn't make sense. When the food finally came, the burgers were undercooked, the prime rib was overcooked, and my gulf grouper was topped with a sad excuse for hollandaise and crab. It was a $10 add-on that made the dish inedible. When the server placed the plate in front of me, she must have seen the look on my face because she said, "I'll see if I can get you some more crab." I could tell instantly the hollandaise was off. Instead of being smooth and creamy, it was a watery, orange, oily mess poured over the fish. I told her right away that it was inedible. She asked if I had even tasted it, which I had, but there was clearly no need. It was obvious something was wrong. She eventually took it back, and the replacement came out in under five minutes. That only made us question why we had waited so long in the first place. Mediocre food, disorganized service, and no accountability. It was clear no one in charge was interested in turning the experience around. Not a single manager came to the table to check in or even acknowledge the issues. They removed the $10 charge, but that was the only gesture. We won't be returning. read more

Not good. Awful in fact. I had the grouper cheeks. I've had halibut cheeks before and they were delectable. These came in a slice so rich I couldn't have more than a couple bites. And to top it off, the cheeks had bone fragments or scales attached. So each cheek.....hard shellfish piece. I had a couple and was done. I mentiined this to the waitress and sge said she had never seen this. She asked the kitchen and they said it happens. That's it. My husband had prime rib......it was very well done and super fatty. We have been to this place many times and would have given it 5 stars before. Last night, a Monday night in October during the down season we had the worst experience. We didn't get a drink menu so I just asked the server if she could get me a chardonnay. She said I'll see if we have that. It's a full bar with tons of wine. She doesn't know if she has a basic glass of white? We ordered an appetizer of fried mozzarella and 5 entrees. After 45 min to an hour I asked if our appetizer was ever coming out. The server said , let me see. Sometimes the kitchen sends them out with dinner. I said no they don't. It's an appetizer. The very purpose is to have it before the meal. But she insisted "sometimes the kitchen does that". A few minutes later we had the app. An hour and a half into being there and repeatedly asking the meal arrived. Food was good but dang. None of the three owners were there that night. A lady came over and asked how everything was and we said terrible...explained the ordeal. She immediately started making excuses. He immediately provided us with the Menus and took our drink orders. I was very happy to find the had Tempranino; a Spanish Rioja I enjoy! Yay! After carefully reviewing the Specials for the night; we shared Tuna Tataki as appetizer; my husband chose one of the salads on the menu and I, lamb chops as entrees; (at this point I had seafood or fish dishes for 10 straight days!). The Tuna dish represented! The freshness, taste and presentation were great! We both enjoyed this dish! My husband found his salad okay, nothing special. The problem was the lamb chop dish! I ordered it medium rare; it came out well done.. I sent them back. I've never been treated with such a dismissive attitude and lack of respect at a restaurant. We had visited C Level before and enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. We showed up at 5:45pm with our family 6. The parking lot was half empty. We noticed several empty tables in the dining room. The hostess asked if we had reservations. We were unaware that reservations were accepted, so that part was on us. We were offered a high top table in the bar. This is problematic for my wife due to back problems. It's understandable that a restaurant can be busy near dinner hours. So, being told that there would be a wait would have been understandable. What was not understandable or acceptable was the complete dismissive attitude by the hostess and the other staff member she asked for help. It was borderline rude and soured us immediately. For a restaurant in a vacation destination it was shocking. We will not return. read more

Pretty good flavor and nice tasting marinara sauce. Nothing spectacular once again but it was good overall. My wife ordered the C - platter which was a ton of food that had everything from fish to carb legs to shrimp. She enjoyed her meal quite a bit. My oldest daughter got the half order of crab legs and she was a big fan. She loves crab legs so she was pumped. The younger ones got the kids mela chicken tenders and they seemed ok with it. Overall they did a great job of hosting our large party. Food was good to above average. Pricing as expected at a seafood spot in a tourist town was really high.
