We went to C level and Bonita Springs for Valentine's Day. We came in early and all the reservations have been booked. Fortunately, my husband booked a reservation with a couple weeks with anticipation. We sat inside. It is very dim with a lot of Blue lighting but overall comfortable. The restaurant features A lot of seafood, some steak and we did see a lamb option. They had a Valentine's Day special. We opted for the clam chowder the escargot, the crab cakes and the miso sea bass. Everything was delicious. And the service was great, but nothing really wowed us. I don't know if it was due to it being Valentine's Day but we did think the prices were a little high for what it was, but we did enjoy ourselves. We would come here again if they featured a happy hour as the food was great, but again it wasn't in our opinion of regular dine in Location.

C Level a Modern American Restaurant with French influence has been a favorite of mine for since 2012! The "under the sea" ambience and the cuisine are second to none, sure to impress any guest. This eclectic, hidden gem is located very close to Vanderbilt Dr. and Bonita Beach Rd. in a small plaza. Let's talk drinks they have an impressive fine wine selection and very unique, well thought out cocktail menu. We had the Spicy Pornstar Martini Passion Fruit, Vanilla Vodka, Jalapeño and Lime ‍. We started our evening with their famous French Onion Soup which has to be served with scissors so you can cut through the savory, melty cheese topping. OMG it was sooo good! Next I ordered the beet salad which was equally amazing and flavorful, with pistachios and goat cheese. Our main course was the winner with Tuna Tataki, Clevel Shell Combo, and the Rock Lobster Tail with Truffle Fries! Chef Nick really does a fabulous job bringing all the flavors together for an unforgettable experience Make sure to add this restaurant to your list of places to try!

Food was very good. Different types of entrées and appetizers. They even have escargot which is an unusual appetizer to choose form and I'll add that it was very good. Ordered the beat and goat cheese salad and wish there was more goat cheese! Service was on point. Greeted upon entry and service was nicely done. Ambiance was really different with fish tanks and various aquatic themes. Very nice.

Wow... Gorgeous ambiance... Fabulous service by Elizabeth and manager G. The escargot was amazing, my beet salad with goat cheese was fresh and delicious with a sweet vinaigrette,. Filet mignon was cooked to perfection. Presentation is everything and this was pretty perfect. Wine selection is amazing. Elizabeth had multiple tables but she never neglected us. It's so relaxing, so lovely, so perfect. You see the pictures, you need to go....Oh and I had no room but the desserts looked luscious... Next time whatever that lemon cake was that everyone at the table next to me was indulging in..,

I'll be Jean-Claude Van Damme it was a tantalizing tongue tasty moment of goodness. The service was spot on the ambiance made you feel like you weren't even in Florida anymore. I like it the cobalt blue lighting how would that not set you up for a feel good mood. They are kind of standing but they had a three-course meal for 40 bucks multiple choices of dishes and starter and dessert and if you think that it cost too much to get the service and the delectable tasty foods that they serve or one of their special cocktails just remember you are definitely worth it do yourself a favor and do sea level restaurant you'll think yourself for treating yourself

Really great dinner at c level! From the drinks to the appetizers and entrees, everything is great here! First time getting the steak and it was good. It was a special of the night and was covered in black truffles - the sauce with it was amazing. The black grouper melted in your mouth. Highly recommend checking this spot out!

Sat at the bar....bartender was attentive! Outstanding shrimp cocktail ...Large firm shrimp served on crushed ice. Great crusty warm bread....Delicious salmon entree with side of fettuccine. Pricey but worth it

Food was delicious. The pork chop was tender, juicy, and beyond delicious. Enjoyed the salmon and the shrimp cocktail.

French onion soup - served with scissors to cut the cheese!

This is a small venue with perhaps 25 seatings available. Reservation is highly recommended here. Chef Kristin cooking amazing Spanish Paella and tapas from Barcelona and Catalunya with wines and sangria. Cooking class and private catering are available. Visited BCN Paella for the first time for an early Thursday dinner. The ambiance is cozy with simple décor in a small strip mall. There are plenty of parking in front of restaurant. For a dinner for two, we normally ordered two tapas and share a paella with some sangria. For this visit, we just ordered one tapa, Pincho Moruno and their signature BCN Paella. The Pincho Moruno is skewed pork marinated with a spicy Moroccan spice with three sauce, rosemary garlic and aioli sauce. The presentation was well done. The skewers rested on nice bed of lettuce. It is absolutely delicious! A small dish of hand cut fried potato cubes were a great compliment. The BCN Paella with chicken, chorizo, shrimp, red peppers and peas served in the paella pan. We were debating whether to order the seafood paella (Gran Mixta) but wife preferred no calamari and mussels for tonight's dinner. The portion is huge and more than enough for two! It took a little time to prepare paella. It was the best paella we had in a long time! I wanted a beignet with chocolate for dessert but was quickly refused by wife. She said, "Next time!" The staff is very friendly and personable. Chef Kristin stop by and asked "How was the food?". This added a personal touch to our dining experience! Definitely, we'll back for more!

There is plenty of parking and both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a swanky circle bar area in the middle of the restaurant, as well. Service was absolutely delightful. We had a gorgeous friendly waitress and everyone greeted us with smiles. The three course early bird special is everything you need! The burrata starter was phenomenal and a great portion size. The boom boom shrimp was so much better than expected- less breading so it is less heavy than your typical shrimp of this style, but with all the flavor packed in! The NY strip had an excellent crisp crust and perfect seasoning. I took my key lime pie home and it was out of this world. This was a spectacular dining experience, and we will certainly be returning again soon!

The good news is the ambiance inside was much better and we enjoyed the decor. We each got drinks but their prices for some decent bourbon's were pretty ridiculous but I was able to find one that was "only" $20 for a single. They brought out some "cream cheese cone things" which were interesting and pretty good, but instead of regular butter with the bread we got some kind of spread, that we didn't love. The server wasn't very bubbly which kind of dampened the experience but we carried on. One odd thing is they only have family style sides and for two of us, who like different things, it was kind of a bummer not to have smaller side options. The good news is things got better food wise from here. My wife had the filet with mashed potatoes with broccolini (which we just settled on and ended up sharing) and her steak was excellent! I had the Wagyu 12oz New York cut and I will just say it was the best steak I have eaten in ten years, and we've visited a lot of quality places! It was so tender and flavorful and it just melted in your mouth. I was full after half but kept eating because it was so good! It came with a small amount of some sauce on the plate which was incredibly good that I wanted to get a bottle and take it home! The mashed potatoes were also excellent and the broccolini was perfectly cooked! For desert we got the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream to share and it was also phenomenal! We took half back to the hotel and ate it the next day! The food was the star of the show but the challenges come in the service details. It wasn't that the service wasn't good (though our server wasn't very friendly) it was in the little things. For instance, it was our anniversary but no one asked if it was any special occasion, which a place like this should ask. I would've liked more sauce but our server only checked in 1min after we got our food and not again. That should never happen in a place with a $250 bill for two for dinner. There were no management touches. In this kind of restaurant, the manager should be constantly walking the floor talking with guests and checking on service levels, and that didn't appear to be happening. Overall, Five Star Steakhouse food, with 3 star outback steakhouse service and attention to detail
