This was our Valentines Date night and having been here before, we were looking forward to this visit. The atmosphere here is stunning and perfect for this kind of event. Our server was great. However the food, mine, was horrendous. I ordered the scallops and the presentation was excellent but the salt/sodium content was so high, the scallops and everything with it, was uneatable. At first I thought it was me but I offered 1 of the 4 scallops to my date to see if she had the same reaction and she confirmed the excessive salt content. I ate 2 of the 4 scallop's served and just had our server have a meeting with the chef and owner/manager. They discounted my meal 50% and offered complimentary dessert but we passed on that. My date had the lamb and she was very pleased with everything served her. Mine was the disaster. Last time here I had the miso sea bass and it was amazing. This place is a vibe! From the minute you walk in, to your seat at the table/bar, to the restrooms. Very moody, cozy, comfortable, "under the sea" feel. We had a great first experience at the bar. We've actually tried to get a seat here without a reservation a couple times in the past with no luck so was happy to see it quieter on a Monday night in season. Crab cakes and shrimp scampi were good, and we enjoyed the bread service. The cocktails and dessert (lava cake) were delicious! Very friendly and attentive bartender. Prices are very expensive for what you get, in my opinion, so this would definitely be more of a special occasion spot, but we enjoyed our date night out - thank you! read more

We went to C level and Bonita Springs for Valentine's Day. We came in early and all the reservations have been booked. Fortunately, my husband booked a reservation with a couple weeks with anticipation. We sat inside. It is very dim with a lot of Blue lighting but overall comfortable. The restaurant features A lot of seafood, some steak and we did see a lamb option. They had a Valentine's Day special. We opted for the clam chowder the escargot, the crab cakes and the miso sea bass. Everything was delicious. And the service was great, but nothing really wowed us. I don't know if it was due to it being Valentine's Day but we did think the prices were a little high for what it was, but we did enjoy ourselves. We would come here again if they featured a happy hour as the food was great, but again it wasn't in our opinion of regular dine in Location. read more

First of all this restaurant is hidden in a small shopping plaza behind the Palm Trees and Blue lighting! Great ambiance ! It was a bit cool and the outside seating had plenty of heat lamps to keep the patrons nice and toasty! We had to sit outside becuase we had a small dog. That meal was a joke. The prices they charged for mediocre food were outrageous. The entrees were between 55-75 dollars. It was absolutely insulting. They have incredible nerve. Looking back we should have just walked out. I have been to many Michelin star restaurants and would gladly pay those prices for great food and great service. The music playing was good, lots of 70's and 80's- accompanied by the videos on the tv over the bar BUT also really loud and lighting is hard on the eyes. The walls have mini fake aquarium things with neon lights and fish. I felt like I was in Vegas, or the bar you go to after the first bar. If this place served burgers and casual food it might fit, but they are very high end cuisine and it misses the mark. Dirty martini was not dirty, I had also asked for extra olives and didn't get those either. Took a few asks to get water as well. We kind of felt like we had crashed a private party and we're not really a priority. Realized quickly we wouldn't be staying long because the bright blue lights and 80's music were a bit much to start the evening. Had a shrimp cocktail which I could have made at home. Slow and bad service was the first thing i noticed when my wife and i dined here. Something as simple as a Medium-Rare steak is too hard to do. Fine. Some places can't cook steak that good. From the moment you enter you feel like you're in an intimate and fancy restaurant, not in a strip shopping center in Florida. The lighting and ambience is fun. There is a variety of seating from outdoor seating out front, bar seating, high tops and regular tables. Though the menu doesn't really include many straight up vegetarian items, they can make things vegetarian, which is what I did. Service was great. Food was great, portions were massive. The atmosphere is eclectic and funky and we absolutely loved the vibe that the decor and the lighting was giving off! The staff was amazing and made us feel like we were one of the regulars back for another visit! Our server Amy was Amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed conversing with her. The food was spectacular and the escargot was tremendous and I can't wait to order it again. The French onion soup was delicious and we loved the little scissors to cut up the crouton and cheese. My eyes hurt!!! It's pretty for like 10 minutes then your eyes become crossed from the lighting. Got the grouper and it reminded me of frozen fish sticks and the taste wasn't that far off either. When we arrived I thought it was going to be an upscale unique experience. In my opinion this is a great place for some apps and a good bottle of wine outside. Humid inside with all the open air. Entrees were underwhelming and the bar area is cramped- people behind us (2 different groups) couldnt sit without continually bumping into our chairs. The chairs also don't both fit under the table when people are sitting in them. I think it's a bit over priced for the experience. Service was so awkward too. Not personalized at all- quite abrasive and abrupt - only saw her to take our order and deliver our check . We had dinner here for NEw Years eve and it was delicious, they even have a kids menu. Food took a little longer than expected but it was fine since we had some appetizers. Very long list of good wines. The place is absolutely gorgeous, service was awesome. We will come again next time we are visiting. read more

What a find! Went here for a special birthday dinner. The restaurant really took care of us from start to finish. We had a great table in the rear of the main dining room. The dining room itself has a lovely ambiance and is very nicely decorated. The food was excellent all round with no negatives from any of our party. The pate was so good it converted one our party who declared they did not like pate. That soon changed when they tried this one! Some of us had steak & we all agreed it was the best steak we'd had out for some time (even better than some of the fancier Naples dining spots). The manager very generously presented us with a serving of tiramisu as a birthday treat. We also enjoyed the knickerbocker 99 immensely.
