Another wine tasting and dinner and another great experience! We've been trying to take advantage of our membership as much as possible especially since we're out of season now. This Cooper's Hawk location is absolutely breathtaking. The high vaulted ceilings are beautiful. It makes the space look so much bigger. We always make reservations when we come here, so we get sat pretty quick. Our server was great. She was quick with recommendations and got our wine samples out to us quickly. We tried the chef recommendations for the month. Starting off with the Sweet & Crunchy cauliflower for appetizer. It literally does not taste like cauliflower! It's deep fried, so what doesn't taste good deep fried? For entrée my husband and I split the seabass and it was great. The seabass has pesto which has a refreshing herbaceous flavor and comes with potatoes and broccolini. It was a perfect light dinner entrée. The wine of the month Zibbibo is really nice. It is an Italian Muscat white wine. But, not as sweet as a normal Moscato usually is. It's pretty vibrant and pairs nicely with the food. read more

18 days later and not one person has cared to address my concern. This place clearly doesn't care about returning guests, especially paying club members.... I've been a member since 2018 and we've gotten to know some of the staff members. We visit at least once a month and ask for specific staff for our table. We bring many friends in as well and it means a lot to be happy with the experience. We continue to have troubles when asking for a specific section, which should not take place at any restaurant, especially one that is higher end such as Coopers Hawk. Last night was a final straw of where I'm pausing my membership, but after no response from this location or corporate, I'll be canceling and never returning. I get the run around almost every time I'm asking for a specific staff's section, even though we arrive at least 1 hour early every visit, and this is the only restaurant I have this issue with. We arrived at 5:45pm, checked in with the hostess stand for our 7:15pm reservation,  reiterated that we'd like Jane's section as I asked for in my reservation instructions, and attended a wine tasting. 7:15pm arrived and passed by. We followed up with the hostess stand and was told we would have to wait until 7:30-7:45pm. 7:45pm arrive and passed and we started feeling irritation. We addressed the hostess stand, again, to get the run around. By this time, the manager (Cindy) approached and asked what was wrong. I explained that we are having issues asking for a specific staff member's section, again, for I've addressed this with Cindy in the past and she's is always combative. She told me Jane's section has had the same 3 tables for over 2 hours (when we checked in) and nothing was available to us. I told her that was hard to believe and we're going to leave and have dinner elsewhere. All of a sudden they were able to give us a table that Jane was able to serve. Jane has always been one of our favorite staff members for she goes above and beyond making sure our experience is perfect every visit. She's kind, makes sure our food is great, and makes the visit that much more. After last night, I'm hesitant to return, especially if Cindy is working. She should not be in a management position, and the restaurant needs to learn how to organize tables, especially for reservations. read more

Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday and engagement. The service was great and the ambiance was nice. The only thing I wasn't impressed by was what I ordered. I ordered the smoked brisket hash and when it came out it wasn't what I expected. It also was supposed to come with potatoes and I'm sure my dish didn't include them. This was probably some of the best gnocchi I've ever had, and I've been to Italy a few times. The service was exceptional; we tasted several wines before we chose which bottle we wanted. The overall look of the restaurant was also quite nice, but not uncomfortable at all. Would go again! read more

We are on vacation and had reservations here. It was a wonderful experience. The pre-dinner cocktail was delicious. I had the baked shrimp scampi for my dinner. It was so good! The service was great. Very friendly and knew about the wine, cocktails and food. We will definitely visit again when we are in Naples. read more

Just like any Cooper's Hawk, this restaurants vibe is very elegant inside. However, we had an 8:15 reservation made for our large party and had a long wait regardless. We also found the service to be subpar compared to other locations, the food took a very long while. When the food came it was still amazing. We ordered Arancini, pistachio crusted grouper, and the sauteed onion burger with fries. All was good except the burger bun was stale which ruined the burger for me but was enjoyed by my partner who I shared with. We likely wouldn't come back to this location. read more

Our last night in Naples Florida and this place never ceases to amaze me. Beautiful place for a dinner. Spacious inside and everyone was so nice. I like the layout of the place where it has a mini store, bar tasting area and the dining room. Best location by far. We tried the wine of the month which was zibbibo which is a white Italian wine. It's so refreshing which we paired with the fried cauliflower which paired perfectly. We also had the sea bass and split it but it was perfectly cooked and flavor is amazing. Come try it this month. Visited Cooper's Hawk in Naples yesterday and overall the service and atmosphere were enjoyable. I ordered the filet, and as someone with prior cooking and restaurant experience, the steak raised some concerns for me. The texture, grain, and the way the meat separated when cut didn't resemble what I typically expect from a whole-cut filet mignon. It appeared more like a restructured cut (MEAT GLUE) rather than a traditional filet. I may be mistaken, but it was enough to take away from the experience--especially at this price point. I wanted to share the feedback respectfully because I genuinely hoped for a better dining experience. read more

I love Cooper's Hawk and I love the manager here so much, but I've dined here a couple of times now and the service has just been so poor. I'm not sure what's going on! The food and wine are incredible and consistent with other Cooper's Hawk locations. A couple of months ago, we came for dinner and had abysmal service. Used plates and glasses left on the table, our waiter nowhere to be found for 30 min spans of time, and no refilled water, and errors in our orders. We couldn't even flag him down to order more wine. That waiter seemed like he just didn't care at all. The manager was so kind to recognize it and gift us a bottle of wine for our troubles. I didn't want to leave a review after that visit just in case this truly was a fluke with the one apathetic waiter. Most recently, we came for brunch. The food was amazing! Our waiter was bright and kind, but made so many errors and there was such a long wait in between when we would see him, and when we ordered vs when our food came. We ordered lattes, and were served alcoholic coffee drinks. This is a pet peeve of mine, as I am very mindful of those who don't drink alcohol for a multitude of reasons such as pregnancy, addiction, preference, etc. I just think this error was appalling! He apologized and didn't charge us for our lattes, bus still... The smoked salmon toast was light and refreshing! My husband ordered the breakfast carbonara which was rich and creamy. We typically enjoy the lettuce wraps and filet trio for dinner. I've also enjoyed the scallop risotto. Overall, it's a pleasant environment similar to the other chain locations. I do truly enjoy Cooper's Hawk and feel this place has potential! I'm just not sure what's going on with the service unfortunately. I would be willing to give it another try in the future with the hopes that service would improve. read more

Usually a go to for us. The food was ok but the service was great! Very friendly staff. Same ambiance as other cooper hawks we've been to.

The server was fantastic -- if her skills and positive attitude could be replicated everywhere, we would all have perfect service. The unfortunate parts were the food and atmosphere. Right as you enter, merchandise is shoved in your face, and of course, this is where you exit, too, so they are not even trying to be discreet or classy about their sales. In addition, some of the wine tastings take place at the front, and the acoustics are so unsuitable for a crowd to be there -- it's just loud, chaotic, and unwelcoming. As we were seated outside, I thought the atmosphere would change, but it was about the same. The food itself was a disappointment. It was simply not good. None of our meals had taste -- at all. The portions were big enough, but that's irrelevant when it's unenjoyable. read more

We got a free pitcher of the house sangria which was sweet but hey it taste better when it's free!! The pierogi breakfast with eggs was tasty and different. The bartender was helpful and served us with a smile. The ambulance was warm and inviting. read more

I had the prime rib sandwich. It was plain grizzly and not very good. I also had french fries which came ice cold. I sent them back and got hot ones and they were fine. I also ordered the seafood best soup. And it never came. So the food experience was not very good. Service was good at some point and then we didn't see her for a long periods of time. She blamed the soup, not coming on the kitchen. My friend also ordered wine that never came. The ambience has a very nice appearance, but it's so loud. It is painful. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience here. The manager did come to our table and apologize and gave us desserts on the house. I should say my wife had the tortilla soup and she enjoyed that very much. I wanted to say something positive. Ha ha. read more

If this was our first visit, we wouldn't return. We came for thanksgiving, and maybe that's why the service was just so bad. Actually it was only noticeably bad from our waiter who was non existent for our entire dinner portion. Our reservation was at 4 pm, and didn't finish until 6 pm since we couldn't get our server attention. We actually got pretty good service from all the other service staff we had to seek out since we couldn't find our waiter. It came to the point when we kept asking for assistance from anyone with a black uniform that one server asked us where our server was since she had her own tables to serve. We said we don't know we haven't seen him since he delivered the appetizer portion. We had to ask the person who was clearing the bread plate if we could get water. We asked another person for refills for our drink while we were waiting for our dinner. When we got our Turkey dinner delivered, we didn't get any gravy. Waited for 10 minutes, until we had to ask another server for gravy. Finally someone in management (iPad in hand) asked us if we needed help. We said yes and finally got gravy for my meal that was getting cold. Our server finally arrived after our dinner plates were cleared and asked us if we wanted our desserts to go since it has been 1.5 hours since we sat down. We told him that we would like to eat our dessert at the restaurant, as well as coffee. He arrived with 2 black coffee that had grinds floating on top, and again disappeared. He didn't come with any sugar, cream nor spoons. I finally had to flag another server down to show them that our coffee had coffee grounds floating on top and if we could please also get cream, sugar and utensils. Fortunately, this was not our first visit to Cooperhawk. We used to be wine members and have visited this locations, as well as others many times in the past. The food tonight was very good, as well as all the other times we have gone. Consistently very good, especially for a reasonable price point. But today was a holiday; a special occasion and we were NOT here just to get a reasonably priced meal. We came for a great holiday experience that unfortunately we didn't get. I had planned for a retirement party at this location's wine room in January 2025. Due to this experience, I don't want to risk another special occasion that maybe ruined and will change to another venue. Disappointed. read more

Cooper's Hawk is our favorite winery in town. It's great from all occasions from birthdays, anniversaries or even a fun night at happy hour. They have a wide selection of wines to choose from. If you're group has mixed pallets with some more into sweet wine while others prefer a dry red, plenty of options. If you can't make up your mind, the staff is always happy to make suggestions. You can also try samples of two wines before making your decision. They do feature different monthly wines and have a wine club that offers different tiers to the memberships. Although, I will admit, we go mostly for the wine they also have delicious food. They do offer seasonal specials. It is worth checking out throughout the year to see what new items they have. read more

Unusual experience. The meal was fine and our food server was great. 5 stars for that! It was the earlier experience at the front wine bar that was annoying. As an aside, my wife and I typically dine at the bar wherever we go as we enjoy interacting with bartenders and glancing at a game if it is in. I am not really a wine drinker (more of a whiskey guy) and my wife doesn't drink at all. Tonight the bar was full so we wanted to kill some time to see if spots would open. The front wine bar seemed liked a good idea. I got one 2 ounce comp tasting and my wife got water. The bartender was initially kind but quickly jumped into a sales pitch for the monthly wine club. We politely declined as we don't dine here often and only drink wine on occasion. The female bartender persisted with her pitch throwing out statistics on the number of CH restaurants around the country and how many members join each year. "everybody joins because it is such a great deal." We declined again. She then ramped up the pitch by offering a better deal including a discount on the meal tonight. She inferred we would be foolish to pass it up. She stood directly in front of us yammering on about the wine club for the entire time we were there. I made up a reason to leave and left a tip. We took an available table in the restaurant just to get away. Obviously she is compensated for every membership she sells. We were simply not in the mood for a timeshare-like sales pitch. Enjoyed a long dinner here with my parents. We arrived just in time for happy hour, so we had a few appetizers and drinks before ordering our main meal. Portion sizes here are enormous. Very generous wine tastings. Our server Tracy was wonderful. Very knowledgable and friendly. We booked a spot for early dinner, so by the time we left the dining room was packed. Wow, we booked a reservation for our holiday gathering and we were so looking forward to our party. This location is busy, it always is, but with good reason. They offer complimentary parking as self parking spots are limited. Even though they were busy, the staff was so nice, welcoming and patient and we never felt rushed. The menu was somewhat extensive but the waitress was great at making recommendations and breaking down the menu. We all ordered, I got the surf and turf from the scratch menu and it was delish. She intuitively asks and says just the right thing to make our meal and our day even better. The food is good, although I always have to ask for lemon when I order fish. The plating of the entree could be more thoughtful. Who wants a big chunk of broccoli on your plate that you have to struggle to cut through the branches? Plus everything on the plate was stacked like a mountain. I had to move my fish off to one side, then the broccoli and alas, there laid the mashed potatoes. The waitress we had was ignorant of cocktails and liquor brands. Frustrating. She had a cocky attitude that put me off. I had to explain the ingredients in the cocktail I ordered. I expected her to tell the bartender the name of the cocktail. Instead she said we don't have that. Now I've always have gone for lunch but last night we reserved five of us for dinner. We were delegated to an ancillary room and it was very noisy. It was difficult to hear my husband sitting across from me. So I won't be going back for dinner. read more

This was an overall great experience tonight. We had a dinner reservation and when they couldn't seat us for 15-20 minutes (because it was insanely busy) they got us a small wine tasting to tie us over. Shout out to the 3 hostesses for their attention and planning. When we were seated outside the atmosphere was nice. Our server brought me a gluten free menu and offered me a gluten free bread with the normal pretzel bread they bring guests. She was attentive and kind. Had the gluten free chicken carbonara (was so amped to see this on a gf menu!!!). It was amazing. I can't wait to eat leftovers for breakfast. I'll update if I have any gluten cross contamination symptoms, but it was an awesome experience so wanted to type this up. read more

Yuck. Wine was off and the food was, too. The house rose was okay. The Pinot noir was horrendous. My wife sampled the Al Briantte. It was fizzy. And vinegary. Her chicken picatta contained a week's worth of sodium. My gnocchi carbonara was soupy. Our friend's salad was large but uninspired. On the plus side, our server was generous with wine tastings, but blah, the wine was awful. Pretzel roll wasn't bad. Restaurant was overly bright, cursed with a large retail space at the entrance and a hidden hostess stand, where we waited despite our reservation. Will not repeat. Ever. read more

The hostesses often seem lost in their own private world so we just chose to skip past and sit in the bar area on both visits and had a very pleasant experience . Service was great and food was very good . If you love Brussel sprouts try the appetizer . It's crispy brussels sprouts with cashews, mint, sweet thai chili and sriracha aioli. If you like spicy I love the ahi tuna sashimi with ponzu-ginger vinaigrette,avocado,wasabi cream and sriracha. For entrees my favorite is pistachio crusted grouper ...it is delicious! read more
