A few weeks ago we had Ryan from Air Stars out to perform an annual service on our HVAC. They didn't charge for the service call and had an estimator, Omar, out here the same day. He laid out all the options and we chose our new HVAC. They scheduled our install for the following week, which is unheard of in this post-pandemic world. Randolph and Bryan showed up on time and were quick in their work. They completed the install and clean up by early afternoon and took measurements for a new custom door to cover the HVAC system. Today Andrey came to install the custom door. He was also quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, everyone involved from start to finish was top notch. The entire process only took three weeks, as compared to five months to replace a broken garage door in 2021 and a year to replace our kitchen in 2022.
