The other available plumber wanted to charge an extra $100 "crawl space fee", even though the crawl space is almost big enough to stand up (we live on a hill). Because the tile could not be matched, the entire bathroom had to be redone. Not only did I have 6 months of disruption/construction in my house, I'm now going to pay more in insurance and I don't have the ability to change my insurance without high risk to me financially.
