We appreciate your patience, and I will text you when the technician is on the way." I check their app at 11:45 it says my technician arrived and "service was in progress" which is funny because no one was at my house. 12:30 hit I called and spoke with someone who told me to be patient they assured me I was next in line. Another few hours passed, a tech showed up for "water damage assessment" there's no water damage I have a clogged pipe, he said it was a "free service"... I told him nowhere did I say I had water damage. I asked whim where the actual tech was he said he didn't know and he couldn't help. At 4:50pm I got a call from a woman at Roto rooter telling me a tech was going to come available and giving me a 30-45 minute heads up. Obviously I told her to cancel and that was insane why would I give a penny to this company? 9am appointment and they're telling me they'll show up around 6pm? They continuously texted me to tell me I was next in line from 9am to 5pm which was an obvious lie. Lesson learned call a local plumber, this company is the worst. If you want to waste your whole day call them, if not call literally anyone else. Since they're corporately owned I'll provide my feedback to their parent company as well. Waste of a day
