I told him nowhere did I say I had water damage. I asked whim where the actual tech was he said he didn't know and he couldn't help. At 4:50pm I got a call from a woman at Roto rooter telling me a tech was going to come available and giving me a 30-45 minute heads up. Obviously I told her to cancel and that was insane why would I give a penny to this company? 9am appointment and they're telling me they'll show up around 6pm? They continuously texted me to tell me I was next in line from 9am to 5pm which was an obvious lie. Lesson learned call a local plumber, this company is the worst.
