I was charged a late fee because my credit card expired. For 8 days. I didn't use the gym for the 8 days my card was expired. I wasn't even in the state. They could have simply deactivated access until it was resolved, but they opt to get the late fee revenue in the name of "convenience" to their customers.

They have so much to offer, not the least of which is the quick service when I have a medical issue. Their website and member portal are a huge plus. I recently described a medical issue using the member portal. In only a few minutes I received a call from Dr. Herbst, who questioned me and diagnosed the problem; then she suggested what to do if the proposed remedy did not work. Problem solved. Other issues that normally require going to a specialist were handled in house. The Salt Health model is unlike any other medical facility I have seen. It should be replicated around the world.

When she made the first cut I realized she did not understand what I was looking for at all. I made peace with the new length of my hair but it wasn't until the first cut of my bangs that my heart sunk. I literally felt sick. My bangs are well above my eyebrows. Straightened. I shared my needs that I wanted to focus on. The recommendation was spot on. I felt a tremendous difference right after the IV Therapy. Ok, so we moved on to the Cryo machine. I HATE being cold and Morgan does too. Well, I got in anyway! Honey Child!!! Honey Child!!!! What an experience. Your provided a robe, socks, slippers and gloves. They walked you through the steps and reminded you, at any point you can get it out before the 3 minutes is over. And to our surprise, the farmers market that spans for blocks, every Saturday 7a-1p, is literally right outside the front doors. Okay, lets get down to it. Beautiful hotel with fun and artistic decor. Beautiful, clean, large rooms with all the amenities; even robes and a Nespresso maker. More than most hotels. Nicest staff on earth, even the cleaning crew was delightful. I truly felt like a guest of honor at this hotel. It also has the cutest restaurant and bar inside. They restraurant offers room service too! You just can't go wrong with this hotel. Look it up before you go, they have some great Tik Tok reviews. 10/10 across the board!!!!
