I was charged a late fee because my credit card expired. For 8 days. I didn't use the gym for the 8 days my card was expired. I wasn't even in the state. They could have simply deactivated access until it was resolved, but they opt to get the late fee revenue in the name of "convenience" to their customers.

They have so much to offer, not the least of which is the quick service when I have a medical issue. Their website and member portal are a huge plus. I recently described a medical issue using the member portal. In only a few minutes I received a call from Dr. Herbst, who questioned me and diagnosed the problem; then she suggested what to do if the proposed remedy did not work. Problem solved. Other issues that normally require going to a specialist were handled in house. The Salt Health model is unlike any other medical facility I have seen. It should be replicated around the world.
