I called the Co. and asked to speak with a manager (who was not available,) and it has not been two days and no one has returned my call. I called and they said someone would call me by the end of day. CSR's have been non responsive and curt. If it keeps up this way, I'll take them to small claims court.

As soon as Brian walked in, he diagnosed the issue in about five minutes, it turned out the problem was actually FPL's fault and the meter needed to be changed. Brian clearly explained what was going on and confirmed that nothing in my house was causing the issue. He was professional, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. To my surprise, he wouldn't even charge me for diagnosing the problem. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. This company is honest, quick, and truly looks out for the customer.
