I took two weed eater to get minor repairs one needed a fuel line replaced the other needed a head put on it he stated he would have them ready on Saturday told me the fuel line job will be 45 dollar's and he would call me back on the pricing of putting the head on the other one so that i would know how much to pay him on Saturday this guy never called me back on Friday to tell me he could fix the 2nd weed eater(strike one)so i showed up at 9:30 Saturday he acted like he did not know who i was (Strike two) After i reminded him what he told me he said i did not tell you that (Strike three) so i am writing in this review on him for very poor customer service read more

I brought my lawn mower in to get fixed and when I picked it up it had the SAME problem and on top of that it started leaking oil. So I take it back and explain that the issue was not fixed and they kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain the issue and started catching an attitude and telling me it was a user error when it definitely wasn't because I've used that lawn mower for years. They took it to the back and "fixed" it.... A week later I go to cut my grass and the issue happens... I have been trying to call them for the last two hours and no one is answering the phone... This company is awful. They returned my saw in a bag with parts missing. I had been waiting for the owner Rick to call me for a week and they were not supposed to do anything to the saw, but when owner Rick never bothered to call because he apparently doesn't care if customers ever come back, I went to pick my saw up. Without my permission, They tore it apart and lost some parts. Now it is seized up. It wasn't when I took it there. I took it there because it wouldn't idle correctly. I took my generator in because the carburetor was clogged up. He took $30.00 up front. Calls me a week later gives me a price of $180.00 for a new carburetor. Never even took mine apart. Gave him the okay to fix it because it was already there. Then 2 weeks go by and I don't hear from them. I call, they say they never got permission to fix it. I said I spoke to you 2 weeks ago and gave you permission otherwise how would I know how much you were ripping me off for. Then he said ok we will start repairs. 5 weeks later still no generator. This guy had my generator at his shop so varied he couldn't find it when I said I want it back. Had to make 2 trips to get a generator that they never even touch. I brought my Ryobi pressure cleaner to be repaired. They said up front there was a $35 diagnostic fee, that would applied to the repair, which is very fair. They said they would not be able to look at it for a few days, because they were busy, which was very honest and reasonable. The charges parts and labor was very fair. When I picked up my pressure cleaner, the owner took his time to give me very helpful tips to keep my unit running smoothly into the future, which is of tremendous value to me. Such a disappointment when someone can look you in the eye and flat out be dishonest with you. Dropped my pressure washer off in November of last year. Told me they would call in a week and then waited...waited...finally called to check a couple weeks later and they told me that the engine had a stuck piston. Quoted me a price to fix. I said it was warranted and they said it didn't cover that. Asked them to check with the warrantee company again and they said they would and I would as well. Waited...waited. Called and left messages, several messages and was told the owner would call. Finally, in March, i call again and they quote me a higher price now saying the entire engine needed to be replaced. I go to the store personally to see what was going on. Owner claimed he called me at least a dozen times. Verified my number, and he had the right one. To sit there, in this day and age and claim you called someone's cell phone, when you didn't, is just ridiculous. No calls on my phone bill, no missed calls on my cell phone. Be honest. You dropped the ball. The cherry on top was when I asked for my power washer back he told me sure and asked me if I wanted him to throw the parts to my pressure washer in a bucket. I said, excuse me?? I paid $35 up front to diagnose the issue and you want to give it to me back in pieces? What kind of service is that? I told the owner to please put it back together and picked it up the following week. I will never use of recommend this place to anyone. Brought my generator in for warranty work. They found me at fault of using bad fuel. I know this to not be true. I am a mechanic and only brought it here because of the warranty. The way they make their determinations is very poor, and their understanding of carburetor theory is weak at best. They cost me lots of time, and money and in the end my unit was not fixed and warranty voided. I now have to replace my factory-defective carburetor on my own dime, after paying these clowns their diagnosis fee. Do yourself a favor, go ANYWHERE else. read more

Do not go here!!! I brought my pressure washer here because it would not start. It was only a year old, and used twice. They advised me that the carburetor was gummed up, and needed to be replaced for $125 when it just needed a simple cleaning. What type of small engine repair shop would recommend this, when it took just about 30 minutes to take it apart and clean it to run like new again? They charged me almost $38 just to take the air filter off, and then didn't even put it back together. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! read more
