I don't post reviews much, but I absolutely feel the need after my experience. I just purchased a brand new 911 GTS in black, literally a week ago. After taking it home, I was agitated on the scratches the dealer left on the paint. Mark did an assessment and provided a paint restorations and detail same day. To say I'm impressed, is an absolute under statement. After sweating it out for 4 hours, the GTS looks like a piano and better than what I imagine it looked like when it left Germany. Simply amazing! He also took care of my wife's Model X. My wife and I both agree this is the best any of our vehicles have ever looked. I called to get a quote for a deep clean detail of a Nissan pathfinder. When I say deep, think 3 little kids, over a span of probably 10 years and it looked like every mess had been there from day one. (Not my car, it was a hand me down for a kid from someone.). The quote I received was fair, considering they had never seen it and i tried to explain they were going to have to just hose the inside down. He stated that it would probably take about 3-3 1/2 hours. The poor guys were there for 5! They really took their time to make sure it was done properly. Let me tell you, they did a STELLAR job. It looked brand new inside. Every crack and crevice was clean. Every spot and stain from the headliner, seats, and carpets...Gone. I couldn't believe it. I have an F150 that was in need of a lot of love. There were sap spots on the paint, the trim was faded, chrome had water spots, tires looked dirty from a cleaner that went wrong, there was an oil spot on the fabric seat, and the engine was filthy from off-roading in the mud. Mark and Gabriel meticulously detailed the interior, exterior, and engine compartment. My truck looks new. I am completely happy with every area they took care of. So how about an update? Two guys in a van show at my house, both guys are awesome! they actually showed up early. I had them clean up two of my cars. Both cars turned out great, I have never been happier with a car wash company. I walked out and found one of the two guys under my truck with a water pressure hose cleaning my undercarriage. Now I'm not sure that this is something that they normally do but the guys were basally awesome. I have been suggesting to YELP that I personally think that Yelp Elite's should have the ability to give out a SIX STAR review once a year or maybe once a QTR. If they ever started that this company would be the first to recieve my SIX STAR review. I will post a few pictures of both my cars to show you how great of a job that they did! read more

I was looking for a detailing company for our car that really needed a good clean, inside and out. We looked at several companies but what stood out the most with CA Coast Mobile Detailing was their detailed responses about their process, which made me comfortable choosing them. I knew that our car would pose some challenges but they rose to the occasion. After walking through what they were going to do, I let them do their thing over the next couple hours. When it was all said and done, our car looked like a completely different car, in a great way. The engine was unbelievably clean and looked brand new. The interior looked excellent as all stains and debris were completely removed. They did a great job with the exterior, treating it like a luxury car. Do not look anywhere else! If you are looking for a mobile service than these are your guys. I called them because my SUV was in need of help! With two small kids it gets pretty bad. I called them- they responded quickly and worked with my schedule. They even came early, which was great. They are meticulous and really care about the end result. My SUV never looked so good. The dog hair-what dog hair?! The endless food- gone. They even took out my kids car seats and put them back- locked and all! Amazing. They spent 4 hrs on the expedition and it shows. I was a little skeptical at first tbh just because it had so little reviews (couple reviews at the time of me writing). But Mark was super responsive and seemed actually enthusiastic (rather than copying and pasting answers) when I requested a quote. So I decided to give it a shot. Then when Mark and his team arrived, they did a fantastic job. My car is still fairly new (2021 model) but had some tough stains on the seats here and there. It's all GONE. Interior smells nice and the seats feel refreshing again after their shampooing. They did a pretty good job on the outside too and shared some tips and ideas on maintaining the car condition. The car is 7 years old and it has never really gotten a detailed cleaning before, inside and out. Mark and his crew do a fantastic job! They quoted me for a detail with a fast response and very reasonable price. They arrived on time and walked through the entire car asking about spots I was concerned about along with pointing out areas of focus like headlights if I wanted them taken care of. Before they started they said the car would look like it just rolled off the dealership lot and let me tell you, they did just that. My SUV has never looked newer than when I bought it. They took their time to ensure every each of the car was perfect and even made sure to ask about moving the car when it started to lightly rain so that there weren't any raindrop stains on the car. Mark and Jay were absolutely amazing!! My 2016 convertible Mustang (Jolene) had been severely neglected. She was parked on the street and barley for en for almost a year. I reached out to Mark and told him the situation and that I was more than likely going to sell her. They were able to fit me in quickly and worked on her for 4 hours. They cleared the cataracts out of her headlights, brought life back to her black cloth top, cleaned the whole engine to where it looked when I got her. Messaged Mark about doing a regular exterior/interior maintenance wash on my Audi RS5 and he replied later that same day explaining his services to me. We went ahead and scheduled the wash but when the date got closer, I saw some more rain was coming so I asked if he would be able to reschedule and he was very accommodating. After the wash was completed, I walked around the car and was immediately satisfied. From my experience with some other mobile car washes, I was prepared to spend another 10-20 minutes continuing the job myself but Mark and his team did an excellent job. He mentioned beforehand he likes to focus on the wheels of the car, and he definitely did. They came out looking amazing again. There were a few extra small wipes needed to get leftover water drops, but overall, he was very, very thorough and had high attention to detail. Pricing is fair and on par with other companies but the quality and effort put into this wash is at a much higher standard.
