This is the last time I give them an opportunity. Came in before closing time and they refused to do any type of service. The sign says 8pm and I came before. As I am writing the location is already lights off. If that's the case just close at 7:30pm. Avoid any problems. Anywho, prior to this visit I had already came twice. Both times I walked out because the wait was over an hour. On the first time, I waited patiently on the seats inside the location. Everyone was already done and it was already going to be me next but then a group came in, apparently they signed in left then came back. SMART. I should of done that. Then the time prior to today, 4 people were in the list prior to me, again, took me 45 minutes before walking out. I try very hard to support local. Gave them many opportunities but today was the last straw. It was the lady being rude that really got me to write this. I hope the owners understand that their business is being run by people who do not care about policies and the business. At one point long ago, this was the place to go. 10am on a Saturday, came in right when they opened and the lady took 20 minutes to do a full face thread while she had 2 people waiting in the lobby. The owner can staff this shop better, their wait times are too long and they are not transparent or friendly enough to let you know they will take forever with one customer. I came in to get my brows threaded on 12/16/2023. The person who was doing my brows seemed new because I have not seen her there in the past. I told her I wanted my brows just cleaned. I felt her going over the same area multiple times during my service but didn't think much of it. Hours later, I notice two cuts in my brow area right in the exact spot I felt her going over multiple times. Now I have 2 cuts on my brow that are clearly visible. This is not acceptable! read more

I hate leaving a bad reviews, but I have no options six or eight months ago, with the previous owner this business was my favorite place to go for eyebrows, and waxing, but I have to say that after trying a few times with the new ownership, I have to say that they have the worst service, One of the ladies that work there, not the "older lady" hurt my under arms, I went for a waxing, and she was doing it over and over and over until I had to tell her to stop, she hurt my under arms to the point that when I got home I was bleeding, not recommend it go somewhere else. I was skeptical because everyone kept giving 5 stars, but let me tell you I understand why. 4 reasons why I would come back. 1. Attention to detail - This place is very clean and spacious. I've only been to small shops that have that lame clipboard sign-in sheet and give you their business/rewards card after. She had a digital sign in sheet and it will automatically let you know when you get your rewards- I thought it was pretty cool. 2. Gentle- She was very gentle and sanitized before touching my face. I can say it was one of my less painful experiences by far and I have think hair. 3. Precise- I like having my eyebrows thick, so when they cut to much - I am pissed lol. She did what I asked and more. She sculpted, kept my eyebrows thick enough, and made them look like twins when they weren't. 4. Price- for $5 something this was a DEAL! I would pay $15 at other places and not get this kind of work. ***I do not recommend coming here on your 30 min. lunch break or coming if your in a hurry. She takes her time perfecting and eyebrow at a time and she may come back to that eyebrow if she feels it's not looking good. I've been procrastinating in writing a review for a long time, so now is the time. I've been going with Raina for approximately 2 years and half and she has NEVER disappoint me with the service. She's very humble and friendly she doesn't make you feel like she needs to rush and get you out. To the contrary she takes her time to listen what you want and than proceed by doing what you ask her to do. Secondly, her prices are very reasonable for being Orange county so it leaves some flexibility to tip her more for her great service. Also, she tries to memorize her clients name every time you come in to get a service from her. I definitely recommend her work. Stumbled upon this place while making a quick stop at the 99 cents store, and im so happy i did. I was greeted warmly by Tia, and felt really comfortable and welcomed. I opted to get the eyebrow and upper lip threaded for only $10! I am so happy with my results and loved her careful attention to detail. She really took her time to make sure both my brows were even and I think she did a better job than many more expensive salons I've been to. Very few places are able to give me the arch I want while maintaining its fullness. I also got a quick blowout here, which was $20 during their all day Tuesday happy hour. Anyway, my mom and I came to this threading salon this evening and we were super happy with our visit. We did not have to wait since it was just us when we walked in. We were greeted by the employee with a genuine welcome. I forgot her name (vidi, viday? She said she was from Nepal) Anyway she was very kind and friendly. Not to mention she did an excellent job. The prices for this place are great too and for the quality and careful detailing of their work it's unbeatable. I will definitely be coming back to this place and highly recommend it. My sister recommended this place to me and I don't regret coming here. It's a nice spacious area, and there was only one lady doing eyebrows; I'm assuming because it was slow. At first I didn't think I was going to like my eyebrows because she wasn't so gentle. She would press against my skin too hard it became irritated. She also threaded really close my eye, which scared me because no one has ever done that. I only asked for a clean up but I don't think she heard me because she shaped them without me asking her. My favorite place to get my eyebrows done. I won't do them anywhere else actually because when I first came in I was originally getting my brows done closer to my home and she told me that one eyebrow was higher up than the other, so they were uneven and she was going to have to let them grow out a little in order to even them out. I also think she pays a lot more attention to my eyebrows than other places typically will.
