I swore I would never go back after I was left with injuries on my face TWICE but I was right across the street on Wednesday the 29th and decided to give them one more chance out of convenience to get my eyebrows tweezed, and my lip waxed. I used to go all the time when the owner was working and she would do a great job. Unfortunately the girl who helped me on the 29th is the same girl who injured my face the other two times and this time, I walked out with a half-inch chunk of skin missing off of the top of my lip. Imagine going in to get a little bit of embarrassing hair off your lip, and then being stuck with a huge scab/scar in it's place. My face has been hurting so bad since then. I keep trying to treat it with neosporin so the scar doesn't stay too bad, but my hair has already started growing back, and I can still see and feel the injury she left on my face. I went in the following day and she gave me the money back, but that $21 doesn't make up for the fact that I have been in pain and embarrassed to show my face since Wednesday. I'm extremely upset and will never be going back again, I've learned my lesson. read more
