Their secret? a) Coconut milk b) Lots of freshly drizzled light Spanish olive oil on top. Does this make a difference? Ask me when I come down from Paradise. As for the rest of the menu ... Neither my wife nor I were enthused about the bacalhau curry. Everything else was completely pleasant - at the level you would expect from a local chef - local ingredient restaurant.
