I felt like it was a clean environment and spacious so it wasn't like a cattle ranch, herding all the people you can cram into one space. Clean smell and everyone was so nice! Come here with a friend or two or three as there are plenty of chairs and room. The pedicure I received - Jade was well worth it and it's not even the top of the line. I felt like the quality of top of the line since Kayla did an amazing job with giving my feet a wonderful and relaxing experience. The chair was new since the remote didn't seem so peeled up and it worked! I appreciated the check in and clear instruction. Also I picked a polish that didn't show up too well and we made sure I was on the same page for what I wanted. You can tell they want to give you a quality pedi! I wasn't even the one bringing it up either so I appreciated that. Easy payment and I was on my way out in 1.25 hours. I wanted that attention to detail and care so I was happy! if you're in a rush I am sure they can meet your expectations. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, they always go out of their way for you. I've had Kenzie as my stylist for a couple of years now and trust me... I've run the gamut when it comes to stylists - been to them all. With Kenzie, my hair has honestly NEVER looked better. I leave the salon thinking, "Holy crap, how did she do this!?" She works so diligently and creates all sorts of amazing highlights/shades/undertones. Her cuts and styles are also impeccable. I also asked for short nails, but they ended up much shorter than I wanted. I think she filed them too much. During my appointment my technician accidentally used the wrong product on one of my nails and joked that she needed more energy. She fixed it enough that it wasn't a major issue, but it didn't leave me feeling very confident. She also spent time writing things down and handling cash during my appointment, and the total unexpectedly changed from $53 to $55 at the end without any explanation. I had enough money with me but I thought that was a little weird. The staff was friendly, and I liked the atmosphere, but the attention to detail just wasn't there. The ladies were nice, but this is the worst quality salon work I've ever had and it makes me upset how much money I wasted and that this was the manicure and pedicure I had for my anniversary celebration. I went for gel manicure and gel pedicure on Friday, November 19. My gel manicure is already toast just a week later. Three of my nails are severely chipped and since they didn't do a good job removing my cuticles, the start of the grow out looks awful. Super disappointing. They also do dry cuticle removal, which was the first time I've had that done and I wouldn't do that again. I'm sure they'll say it's better for your cuticles, but it doesn't do the job. Also, the colors I picked out for the manicure both had something wrong with them. The glitter she couldn't get to come out and the burgundy gel color I picked wasn't curing and was wiping off after the top coat and cure. The color I ended up with isn't what I was looking for. But it was too late at that point. As far as the pedicure, there was a small amount of gel polish that needed to be removed. I was fine with paying for the removal. Instead of properly removing all of it, she cut my toe nail down so short to get the remaining gel off that it hurt immediately. Luckily it didn't bleed, but it was so raw that the hot towel at the end of the pedicure was painful and it hurt to wear shoes or socks for the next few days. I have an appointment at my previously nail salon that I have decided I will just have to make worth the half hour drive after moving away. And, unfortunately, this appointment is way sooner than necessary after getting a gel manicure anywhere. I reached out to the salon via Instagram message and the email they provide for contacting on November 20. I didn't get a reply to either message. Update: It is Dec. 21 and I still have not received a reply from this salon. Safe to say I will not go back for a redeeming effort.

QV Nails was just okay for my recent pedicure…read more I paid extra for the next level up, moisturizing stuff in the foot bath and extra massage time - and it was just okay. Staff if about what you'd expect - liked the mural wall art. They had on a typical Friday afternoon show. I didn't use the bathroom. Can't speak to cleanliness of the place based on that. I paid extra for cat's eye nail polish - and it really just looks like glitter polish, but $10 more expensive. Wish they would have told me it doesn't 'work' look good on toenails and I could have tried their nail art or just kept my $10 So it was $55 pedicure + $15 for upgrade + $10 for cats eye nail + 10% tip = about $90 for something I am pretty indifferent about kind of bummed me out a little. The thing that I kind of sit on the fence about is there was an older dog that seemed to have free roam of the place. I'm a dog person - so okay and I get it - BUT what about people with allergies? I kept telling her I wanted them more slim and she said " ok yes! I know! I will do it at the end" gave her some faith but still ended up looking hideous.. I'm so tempted to cut them off but I leave for vacation. my appt was at 4, she had another appt @4:30, and we didn't finish til about 5 so her 4:30 appt was waiting on her and felt like she was trying to get me done and over with so she can go to her next client.. honestly wanted to add some cute nail art or design..clearly by the vibe they wouldn't have time for me. She then Drilled my skin it started bleeding right away. My fingers are currently stinging.. and I have TWO CUTS on my pinky and ring finger.. she then gave me an attitude when I told her she forgot to put clear coat on two of my nails.. overall the whole experience was terrible I walked out so eff'N annoyed. I honestly didn't even wanted to tip her but still did.. I hate going to nail salons where they act like they don't even wanna do nails in the first place. This was my 3rd time but after this experience I will probably not come back sadly.. I wouldn't waste my time or money again especially if I'm paying $70 for plain nails and terrible service.
