What turned out to be an average repair cost me close to $10,000.00 and he did not even paint the vehicle yet or finish the body work. He completed the quarters and doors in primer only before I had to pull the car out. Needless to say after a few years, all the work he did needs to be redone once again. Rust everywhere. No restoration shop will try to repair the quarters. They have to be replaced. So if you have a lot of money to spend and don't mind doing it over and over again, Hot Rod is your place. Having been to several car shows with my other Trans Am that was not done by them but rather Rainbow Collision, I have not heard anything good about Hot Rod. My heavy duty guard and plate more secure than when it was first installed. My daughter was so upset about her favorite seat door handle not working, and she refuses to ride in the car with us. We don't ever want to come back because of the poor service. We also had some strange noises coming from our car when turning, and when you start up the car a news thing pops up and it never did before the service. We also noticed that our gas had a different number of miles left on the gas by about a hundred miles, so we are wondering were all that gas went. Because of their dishonesty we are also questioning if our bumper is a new one or just painted over. I and my husband are really dissatisfied with this.

I drove over to Derek's. I was greeted with an intense aroma of paint and primer, as expected. A very kind polish man came out to my car with me, looked at it for a second and then went into the shop to grab a couple things. He returned and quickly buffed out the side of the car, no questions no anything. His only words "No Charge, have a good day". And that was that.
