The front desk lady Laura or Laurel has a horrible attitude. She is extremely rude and belittling. She makes going there unpleasant. I don't know why she's allowed to work there when she talks to people like trash. She should not work a customer service job at all. Mark and Robert were helpful. It took a month and some days for my car to be fixed which is a long time. Overall customer would be a 9.5 or even 10/10 but that front desk lady is so rude and makes the whole experience bad. read more

The first time I was sent to Auto Art, it was for my Tesla that had been rear-ended and recommended by that driver's insurance company for repair. I admit to having had some concern that they could handle a car body made from aluminum. But when I got the car back, it looked as though it had never been hit in the first place! So it was after this stellar experience that I decided to bring in our Lucid after it had been side-swiped in a parking lot and we had to pay out-of-pocket. The car looked like it just came off the showroom floor! I felt very spoiled by Mark, his front desk folks, and really everyone there. The work itself is good, in terms of vanity. They made my car look brand new after it was totaled. everything else is questionable. I'm not sure where they keep the cars but rats destroyed EVERYTHING inside of my car. My belongings, chewed spots of leather on my seat. Waiting for an appointment to the dealership to see if any wires were chewed etc... I can only imagine how much this is not their responsibility when I bring it to their attention. They had my car from July to December. More so the insurance fault. My deductible was 1000. I had to pay auto art 1500. No matter what, they said the 500 was "betterment charges" that they were unable to provide an itemized copy of. Car was dead when I picked it up. I asked the woman if she had any idea why my car was dead, she said "probably because it's been sitting since July." I'm not sure why they would have me pick up a car that they just spent 12k repairing, without turning it on or maybe test driving around the block??? They also took my custom license plate holder that was special to me and replaced it with their advertising plates My jacket that I shouldn't have left in this car is also gone. Worst service ever!!! Unprofessional and rude staff! My car was in this shop for 3 month only for bumper, 1 light and 1 wheel change, so guess what!? After 3 moth I finally got my car back and in couple days I got two error on dashboard: 'low tire pressure' and 'headlight problem'. Okkk... I took my car back to service again and those errors pops up again in a few days... it happened 3 times back and forth and I still have this issues. I'm so tired of this. Manager Jack wasn't helpful at all. Hi just told his staff to remove errors, but NOT to fix my car !!!!! After all my complains he still didn't do actual fix, even I have warranty for 90 days !!! I was just in there today and not a single person was wearing a mask. When I asked the girl at the desk why she said the guys work outside so they're not required to and when I asked what about her she said oh I already had covid. What?!?! But listen to this, they have a sign on their door that asks people coming in to comply with the government mandate or whatever. One of the techs wanted to go in my car to check mileage and I asked him to put a mask on if he's going inside my car and he gave me the keys back and said no. I asked why he didn't have a mask he's like well people don't come in here normally because there's a pandemic. Again, what?!?!?!? This is the very first time this whole pandemic I have seen any business not wearing masks. Not a single person who crossed paths with me in the common waiting area had a mask. I was introduced to this place by my insurance. Eventually i decided to pay for the repairs myself. Initial impressions: The managements is very knowledgeable and they are very customer oriented. Initially i was very hesitant to trust them because of my previous experiences with mechanics and body shops. However Auto Art guys were very helpful no BS type of guys. (I never dealt with the assistant at the reception desk) Repairs: I had to replace the rear bumper of my car. The new bumper fits just like the old one and the paint matched the rest of my car to perfection. You cant tell the bumper was replaced and i am very happy with the repair. There was one delay due to something not fitting correctly but they took care of it before i picked up my car. I wouldn't even know about it if they hadn't told me. Post Impressions: When i picked up my car i noticed there was some "Over Spray" all over my car which was strange since i just had a bumper replaced and no repairs done on the rest of my car. However after speaking to Tom (I might be spelling his name wrong) they took care of it and didn't charge or give me hard time for that. I was very pleased with their customer service. Overall Impressions: I had a good customer service and the repairs are good enough that you cant tell which part of my car was from the manufacturer and which part was replaced. The younger technicians there can be easily flustered but talk to management and they will treat you fairly with no BS. read more

I was referred here by my insurance in September, once the insurance mailed them the check the whole process was a 3 month nightmare having to deal with their RUDE unprofessional receptionist. When I finally took my car in they said it would be ready in 4-5 days, 3 days later the owner calls me to tell me it needed additional things and it would take another 3 weeks! A week later they call me to tell me it's ready to be picked up. ??? " and don't forget to bring your deductible cash" And nothing additional was done from first estimate. While they did a great job fixing up my car, their customer service sucks all the way around. 1. When I picked up my car a couple things were missing in my car including chargers, my snow brush, my boyfriends hat, etc that I'm pretty sure were stolen as they were nowhere to be found in my car where they last were. 2. The receptionist is clueless. She told me my car would be ready for pick up on a "next friday" I called to make sure and verify that it would be ready 3 times and she said yes. That Thursday rolls around and I had my boyfriend call for me to verify that it'll be ready for pick up the following day and she says "no next Friday is the pick up day." He said no that we were told that last week it'll be ready by this Friday. She said "hold on" and my boyfriend waited on the line for 10 minutes before talking to some European dude. He said there were delays. So my boyfriend had to call a day before said schedule pick up day to find out himself there were delays. NO ONE called to tell us after repeatedly telling the receptionist to call us DIRECTLY if anything changes if there were delays etc. nothing. We were lucky we called a day before otherwise I would've left work early to pick up a car that wasn't ready yet. They don't care about their customers and how we have jobs that we have to work around for our cars. I harassed them afterwards calling every day until the next scheduled pick up date to make sure it was ready the day we were supposed to pick up. Sure enough I finally got my car. 3. CASH ONLY FOR A REPAIR SHOP!???!!!! I've honestly never heard of that in my entire life and because it was all cash that was another stressor added to this already stressful time. Luckily it was less than a grand but if it was I wouldn't know how to pay for that at all. Do not go here. Not sure about the other review... Martha is just the receptionist so I never really had to deal with her. However, Mark great guy... my car has been to this shop several times throughout many years and never had a problem. Trust worthy knows the business and will not bs you around, does not try to dig deeper in your pockets for unnecessary repairs. For a body shop this is the place to go, I have referred several individuals to Auto Art and while 1 thought they were someone on the high side for prices the rest were satisfied. I had my Honda repaired there after small accident and instead of replacing the front fender (for which they charged) they put a ton of patch over it and told me it was brand new fender! This is a repair shop as well as a Hertz Car rental location. Its very small. Does not hold many cars. Martha the receptionist was highly insistent on me taking their insurance. I told her I bought other insurance. When I returned the car in perfect condition, she went outside on her own and there suddenly was a new scratch that magically appeared. It looked fresh. To add to that she didn't want to deal with my insurance she just charged my credit card some random price immediately.?! My insurance said that that is not how it works, Auto Arts should have dealt with them directly. Martha the receptionist then said, I told you to take my insurance..... Fraud Alert. They took my car in earlier than my appointment date as they had an opening and I was eager to get my car fixed. We followed up the following week and it was close to being done but took a little longer than expected. A week and a half later they advised my car was ready and when we went to see the car, there were a few things that were not 100% perfect and we asked them to correct it. Even after hearing our complaints, the manager stood by his word and said he would take it back in to fix these issues. Couple days later the car was ready again, and it was PERFECT. It looked brand new and we left very pleased. I applaud this shop for correcting an issue that we had and not just returning a car to get it out quickly. This is what customer service is all about!
