They sent in a representative, whose credentials should be questioned, to my father in law's LAST immigration interview to become a citizen, & he did NOTHING to help. 2. He showed up almost 30 minutes late, shoelaces & tie untied, in a completely disheveled appearance. Then he had to audacity to have them wait LONGER because, "He needed a few moments in the bathroom to put himself together." 3. When asked by the interviewer simple questions, that he should have known about the case, the most he could provide were "I don't know," answers. 4. When my mother in law called his main attorney, (the one that didn't show up to his final interview,) he claimed that things could always come up, & he could not have guaranteed them to always be there. 5. My father in law was told to go make a copy of his ID, at the end of his interview. When he went to do that, that is where ICE agents were waiting for him. The firm representative that they sent, was no help AT ALL. He claimed that it was out of his hands, and all they could do was wait. Then ghosted my family & left the building. Any good review posted on here is from paid yelp accounts because this office has failed many people who had put their trust into their hands with very difficult time sensitive journeys. They have failed to notify clients of upcoming court dates in which jeopardizes their immigration status. The employees including front desk are very low level. If you are attorney shopping and for whatever reason & are considering to hire this Walmart level attorney please assure you request all call logs summary of outbounds & In-bounds, requests updates via phone & EMAIL so you have it in writing, request time stamps of when court dates have been mailed out as they will try to certify mail a one day notice to save their ass and blame you for a missed court date, make sure you tell them to CC you on any communication sent to other parties related to your case, send multiple emails requesting for an update as you have not heard from your supposedly attorney & make sure to file a bar complaint against them the first time they fail to comply with your first request. As a client please keep in mind that just a letter being sent out to you doesn't mean they communicated of upcoming court dates. They are required to notify you via phone, email and mail. Also keep in mind your mail notifications should NOT be mailed out to you a few days before or AFTER your court date. Reminder that the mail is also stamped so you are able to notice when they sent letters to you.
