We successfully sued him in Small Claims court (refer to case 2021-SC-054387-O, County Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County FL ) but he has refused to pay the judgment and has ignored all communications from the court. We hired a collection agency to pursue collection and have been unsuccessful to date. In the process of skip tracing while pursuing collection we learned from public records that David Wayne Phillips of 104 Canada Drive in Altamonte Springs FL 32701 has an extensive history of arrests, convictions, fines and in at least one case imprisonment with over 50 documented offenses dating back to at least 1985. My advice is to completely avoid doing business with David Phillips.
