Stopped in here for lunch prior to a ballgame at nearby London Stadium. The place was packed and we had to wait for about 15 minutes for a table. Well worth the wait. The food was delicious and even though the servings appear on the small side, they are quite filling. And the frozen margarita was good too.

While visiting London my husband and I decided to try this restaurant after shopping at Westfield Stratford Mall. We had several options to choose from but this one caught our eye. I'm glad we selected this one. The atmosphere reminds me of some of the nicer American Bar & Grills. They have upstairs seating that overlooks the restaurant, it is a more intimate area. For starters we had Guaca-molho with plantain crisps. This was essentially guacamole with a nice twist i.e. plantain crisps instead of tortilla chips. The two went well together. I'd say it's worth a try especially if on vacation and you want to try some new cuisines. We also had El Draque, it was their version of a Mojito. In my opinion, everyone can not make a great mojito, but Cabana's bartender did a great job with theirs. For our entree, we both had to have the Spicy Malagueta Chicken. This chicken was delicious and tender. It was seasoned well and possibly marinated. They had extra sauce on the table but we did not need it. As for sides, the sweet potato fries were excellent and we also tried the cassava chips with chimichurri sauce. The cassava chips were their version of a potato (according to the waiter). They were definitely similar to a potato and the sauce put me in the mind of a pesto. Again, I'm glad I tried something new, they had a decent taste but they did not outshine the sweet potato fries. We also had some very refreshing Carvalhelhos Still water. I am not obsessed with bottled water, but if I could find this in America, I'd buy it occasionally. Finally, for dessert Nega Maluca Chocolate Cake (flour less cake) with a small caramel fro-yo. I totally enjoyed it. Overall, I enjoyed this restaurant, if it were not so far from our hotel, we probably would have revisited it during our stay.

Worst margaritas on earth. Food is basic, if you know real Spanish food then this food is trash. Dont waste your time.

Good, fast, best chicken ever tried, good cocktails and original. Not too pricy. I recommend it.

The service was quite quick and good. The feijoada was all right, but a bit dry. The biro-biro rice was not bad.

St louis ribs good. Beans with pulled pork very nice. Avoid the mac and cheese options, and pickles. Update 2: chilli watery, lacking in depth. Corn bowl okay. Slaw good but spicy.

The outside and inside decor look like a really terrible American low-quality food chain and I wasn't excited to try it. But! We had the loveliest waitress, very attentive, very happy to walk through the menu and spot on. The guys had banana milkshakes and I loved that they came with little bright green curly straws - cute to see these manly men with their petite straws. The food was really lovely too. One colleague got the hot dog - it was incredible looking, enormous and slathered with stuff. I did think it would be impossible to eat with your hands, but he proved me wrong. My chicken wrap was really tasty and nicely done, and the fries were delicious - possibly the best I've had in a while. When one friend couldn't finish his sausage platter with mac and cheese, the waitress cheerfully wrapped it up for him so he could carry it away. Nice! The music was terrific, a great mix of old blues. So why oh why is there a big screen telly playing current music videos over the bar, complete with naked writhing women and gangsters? Shut it off - you're ruining the vibe you actually got me to like. Is it cheesy? Yes. But it's supposed to be. And it's good. But shut off that damn tv.

They even blast country music over the speakers in this decked out wooden interior. I ordered a brisket sandwich that also had sausage. I wasn't going to expect much from a BBQ restaurant in London, but they impressed me. The brisket was juicy and full of a rich smoky flavor. How did they do this way out here?? The sausage was also juicy and had a delightful flavor. If I didn't know any better, this tasted just as good as a BBQ brisket sandwich back in the US. The sandwich came with a pickle spear and some coleslaw. There was a generous amount of brisket on the sandwich, where some US restaurants only give you two slices of brisket and call it good. I was stuffed with just this sandwich, and didn't need any sides.

I'd say this is a fun place to come with a group of friends and take advantage of their specials.

Baby back ribs: not necessarily fall of the bone type of ribs, but if you give it a good tug , some of the meats will slide off its axis. I enjoyed it for what it's worth. Obviously, the smoker is limited in scope , so I'm not expecting Texas style quality. Was a little chewy in some places, but also tender in others. Had a preference for the chiptole bbq sauce rather than the hickory. Fries were mostly good (minus the tiny bits). So close to the meats, the fries absorbed some of the smokiness flavor. Slaw: low-point of the bbq. They used way, way, too much dressing. Like it was flooded. Also the cabbage wasn't cut finely, but presented as whole chunk slices. Would definitely not recommend this one. Overall minus the slaw, I enjoyed Bodean's

The watermelon margarita that went by the name of My Soul Happiness screamed summertime. Smoke wafted off the bbqs inside a shipping container and made sure my nose knew what season it was as well. Smokey Tails wanted me to forget the miserable rainy mess that was the day before and it was doing a great job. The menu is short but it was still hard to decide between buffalo or bbq wings, ribs or pulled pork. Then you need to choose whether to get them "snack" style or with two veg sides. And if that doesn't fill you up, you can found everything off with American style baked beans or mac & cheese. I'd heard great things about the pulled pork, but I bypassed it for the snack sized buffalo wings and ribs with a side of potato salad and cherry tomatoes. I wished I had a bigger stomach and a higher metabolism because the beans and mac both looked phenomenal and were getting rave reviews from the other tables. The wings were large, juicy things with a sauce that tasted like football Sunday fare in the States. I never thought I'd say this, but they weren't served with blue cheese dressing and I didn't miss it at all. The ribs had a sweet honey note, but one that wasn't cloying and there was a slight building heat in the sauce. Sides were a fresh, bright break from the piles of meat on the table. I washed it all down with a can of Flying Dog IPA. Sure, it was expensive at £5.50, but good bbq demands a good beer. I would have lingered until I was hungry again, but unfortunately the wasps chased me away. The staff tried their best to help, even fashioning a makeshift wasp catcher with two plastic cups and some sugar syrup, but the winged beasts were undeterred. Seems I'm not the only one who likes this place.
