They have no concern about expediting your order when it's placed. I waited patiently for 3 WEEKS and still didn't get my order!! I emailed .... I called the number and the phone rang for a long time and I waited till someone answered. The woman's tone was as if she couldn't care less about my order! The fact that I emailed them on week 2 that I didn't receive the order then called on week 3 only to be told that it was being shipped out that same day.... I waited all day for tracking number by email.... No tracking number was ever sent. Call the following day asking for the tracking number only to be told that there is none. I explained I needed for my vacation coming up in a few days.... And that the order would obviously not reach in time before I leave. I then told her cancel my order and give me my full refund! Her sarcastic response "OK Have a good rest of your day" and abruptly hung up. They don't realize there's other boutiques in Florida selling the same things they are selling ..... I am gladly taking my Money elsewhere. And it's true what other reviews have said... some of their clothing is poor quality for the price and awful customer service plus the strict return policy of store credit only, slow shipping .
