I couldn't tell this is a factory store. I fell in love with multiple bags when I walked in. They have lots of fall colors, my top favorites are dark brown monograms and the black leather bags. I personally chose the small crossbody snake skin handle brown logo bag. It fits all my necessities and some. The employees are super enthusiastic to help. If you don't see what you want just ask, they'll check the back. Highly recommended! Will take my mom here when she visits :)

This is my go-to Coach store when I am yearning for a new bag. What can I say, I am just one of those people who can't justify paying full price so I will take the factory bags any day! This place can really get packed on the weekend and you can find yourself fighting for elbow room. Admittedly not the most pleasant experience, but one I usually skip by running here on lunch (it is like 15 minutes from 1-25/Dry Creek). Be sure to sign up for their emails - you will get a 20% off coupon every month (or so it seems). Also, if you like it buy it! I have often left to "think" about a bag and a couple days later it is gone! Shucks! Oh and thanks to Melissa P's review now I know I need to cozy up to one of the associates to learn the numbering system! Good tip :)

My beautiful new purse and wallet my amazing boyfriend got me for an early birthday present! So in love ;)

Let me start off by saying, I AM A LABEL WHORE! Everything I own is a brand name item, but I also love love love a good deal. I absolutely love coach, and come to this outlet store at least once a year for the past 4 years. I literally never walk out of this store without a purchase because the prices are so amazing. For instance, today they had a deal of select items 40% off, and then to top it all off they handed everyone who walked through the door a coupon for 50% off your entire purchase. I got a big, beautiful purse AND the matching wallet for $200 TOTAL. Also, they have amazing customer service there. Everyone is extremely helpful and is always there to answer your questions. Finally, the quality of the product is amazing. I have purses from 3-4 years ago that are in great shape. I also take great care of my stuff, but poor quality doesn't last that long no matter how good you care for it! If you want quality, beautiful bags for great prices this is where you need to go!

I do not write reviews like this lightly, but my experience with JT Leather Crafter was poor enough…read morethat I feel obligated to warn others. I paid $80 for Jen to repair the handles on my bag. Within 28 days of receiving it back, the handles were already falling apart and began failing upon first use. Instead of using leather in the correct color, she used the wrong color and painted over it, which is not what one would expect from a professional repair. This was particularly upsetting because she charged me 25-50% more than the prices advertised on her website, citing increased material costs, and then proceeded to take shortcuts and use the wrong materials anyway. The issue was not limited to the quality of the work. The repair also took weeks longer than originally quoted. I was understanding about that delay because Jen said she was dealing with a personal emergency. But when the repair almost immediately began to fail, I requested a refund. She refused. Instead, she initially suggested that I drive the bag back to her home so she could attempt the repair again, which would have required over an hour of driving on my part. Since my husband and I are in the middle of a major move, this made that proposal particularly unreasonable. Only after I objected did she offer to cover shipping. By then, my confidence in her work was gone. I had no desire to send the bag back, and only agreed because I no longer had the time or energy to continue a completely unnecessary debate over an $80 repair that had already failed. What followed was an exhausting exchange in which she remained far more committed to defending her "policy" than to resolving a problem she had created. At one point in her extended messages, when I explained that I wanted a refund because having to go to the post office to send the bag back for another repair attempt would be very difficult, she responded, "I have nothing to do with your situation on moving to a different state." Later, she criticized me for not showing enough sympathy for her personal emergency, even though I had shown her nothing but understanding in my earlier messages. In fact, I had written, "I'm sorry you're dealing with so much right now and I completely understand. Please take care of what you need to, and whenever it's ready I'll come by and pick it up." What became clear is that Jen expects customers to extend grace and make allowances for her personal circumstances, but is unwilling to show the same consideration when someone else is in a difficult situation. During this exhausting back-and-forth, she repeatedly defended her refusal to refund the money, even though the repair had already failed. When I finally told her I was done discussing it, she continued messaging me until I explicitly asked her to stop. The most telling part of this experience was not just the poor workmanship. It was the complete unwillingness to take accountability afterward. Anyone can make a mistake. What matters is how they handle it when their work falls apart. In this case, the answer was excuses and refusal. Small businesses often ask customers to value craftsmanship and personal service. That cuts both ways. If you want people to support a small business, you also have to provide competent work and fair customer service. I did not receive either. The bag finally came back after Jen's second attempt to repair the handles, and, once again, the workmanship is subpar. The color is still wrong, and each handle was supposed to have a double leather strap--something I explicitly told her when I dropped the bag off. Instead, she only added a single leather strap to each handle. I would never use JT Leather Crafter again, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering leather repair in the Denver area to look elsewhere. I would rather pay someone else to redo the repair properly than deal with this business a second time. In summary, Jen's ethical failures are threefold: she accepted payment for a repair she did not actually deliver, she attempted to shield herself behind a policy that does not absolve her of responsibility for defective work, and then she shifted the cost and inconvenience of her own mistake onto me, the customer.

Jen was very responsive, and then suggested a creative way to fix the inside of a small clutch that…read moreaccompanied my leather purse. The purse also needed cleaning and repairs that were beautifully done. I am very happy! I appreciate the workmanship and thoroughness of her skills!

Prices are better than Amazon, although they have sadly increased. I don't do leatherwork, but they carry everything that anyone could possibly need. Tools, leather, buckles, stamps, EVERYTHING. They have a wonderful selection of hides and skins at decent prices. I needed leather to replace some on a coffee table that had been destroyed by a carelessly-deposited pumpkin. I found the perfect piece. Then I went back because I'm going to cover an antique (late 19th century) trunk with leather. It was formerly covered in canvas, which can get filthy. I bought a side of navy that should do nicely. I wish that I made clothes, or purses, because some of the leather and suede, in turquoise, rose, and deep black, were just GORGEOUS. But I don't. They carry all kinds of textured leather, as well, and occasionally have exotic skins. They also have rugs made from full skins. They do not cut pieces of leather. So you might luck out finding a piece suitable for your needs, or end up with a lot of leftover leather. But they have several sizes available, which is a plus. I bought a double shoulder for the coffee table and a side for the trunk. I need to come up with other things to cover with leather.Or maybe just sell the leftovers. The quality is wonderful. There are various grades of leather, priced accordingly. The staff here is exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable.
