I couldn't tell this is a factory store. I fell in love with multiple bags when I walked in. They have lots of fall colors, my top favorites are dark brown monograms and the black leather bags. I personally chose the small crossbody snake skin handle brown logo bag. It fits all my necessities and some. The employees are super enthusiastic to help. This is my go-to Coach store when I am yearning for a new bag. What can I say, I am just one of those people who can't justify paying full price so I will take the factory bags any day! This place can really get packed on the weekend and you can find yourself fighting for elbow room. Admittedly not the most pleasant experience, but one I usually skip by running here on lunch (it is like 15 minutes from 1-25/Dry Creek). Be sure to sign up for their emails - you will get a 20% off coupon every month (or so it seems). Also, if you like it buy it! I have often left to "think" about a bag and a couple days later it is gone! Shucks! If I could give this store 10 stars, I would! I went in looking for a specific wallet that was sold out online, and a nice, young man asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for, and he tried to find it. I eventually found a picture and showed him, which he then led me right to that exact wallet! Walked in wearing jeans and a sweat shirt. I instantly felt like the people there didn't believe i should be there. They kept telling us that their 70% off sale was just for that weekend. Came back about 2 to 3 weeks later and thwy were having the same sale. Great sale but felt very pushed to make a purchase. Went with my mother to find a birthday gift and we talked to a sales person. Let me start off by saying, I AM A LABEL WHORE! Everything I own is a brand name item, but I also love love love a good deal. I absolutely love coach, and come to this outlet store at least once a year for the past 4 years. I literally never walk out of this store without a purchase because the prices are so amazing. For instance, today they had a deal of select items 40% off, and then to top it all off they handed everyone who walked through the door a coupon for 50% off your entire purchase. I got a big, beautiful purse AND the matching wallet for $200 TOTAL. Also, they have amazing customer service there. Everyone is extremely helpful and is always there to answer your questions. Finally, the quality of the product is amazing. I have purses from 3-4 years ago that are in great shape. I also take great care of my stuff, but poor quality doesn't last that long no matter how good you care for it! But, my wife LOVES thier purses so I shop here a couple times a year. My wife delights in the gifts and the store is friendly and efficient and always handing out the phony baloney coupon for 50% off. Really, I have to have this slip of paper to get half off a purse that's marked up 10X normal retail already. OK, it really does say STUPID on my forehead. Because i keep coming back and taking the slip of paper and dutifully lining up at the very efficient counter taking in tens of thousands of dollars a day. Yeah, this place is great. I used to be a handbagaholic. My designer handbag collection is small compared to others, but boasts some pricey labels, the majority of which are Coach, many of which were acquired at this outlet center. Coach outlets used to be pretty amazing, until they became overly popular, and until Coach started producing cheaper products specifically for the outlet malls. These days, it is rare to find a Coach product that sold in a retail store at the outlet centers. You have to know what to look for and how to read the labels. Granted, they have some cute stuff from time to time, and if you're a label-whore, you can find something that screams "I paid too much for this bag!" (Can't state it as a fact, but sometimes I feel as though they falsely advertise steep "original" prices on the bags so you think you're getting a $400 bag when you aren't.) Honestly? Save your money and invest in a higher quality product from the retail stores at Park Meadows or Cherry Creek, OR hit up the outlets during sale time - REAL sale time, not this 30% coupon BS - when you're actually getting a deal. Because most of the time, you're just paying too much money for a lower quality product, label or not. (The customer service is better at the retail stores as well. In the past, I've had great customer service at the outlets, but I'm beginning to feel that it's gone downhill as well. I heart COACH !!!! I was hesitant to visit an outlet store because I get such great service in the mall stores. The employees are always attentive, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. I knew the outlet was going to be much busier. It was packed in there, but the service was still just as good. The prices were great on the handbags! Like others have said, this Coach outlet location is often a madhouse. If you go on a weekend or before the holidays you probably won't have a great shopping experience. But you'll find some good deals. If you find a bag you think you'll probably get, don't set it down. Don't set anything down that even remotely interests you. If you walk around the store carrying seven bags they may follow you around so you don't bolt out of the door with them, but at least someone else won't buy them out from under you. Apparently they get more than a few shoplifters. There are always a couple salespeople positioned at the front door, and they're all watching everyone like a hawk. I've never seen anything crazy go down, but you can feel the cautious vibe in the air. So why not go to another Coach outlet if this one's so crazy? Because this one is where all of the extra jewelry goes. None of the other outlet stores sell jewelry, and none of it is made for the outlet stores. All of it was originally for the main Coach stores. And it's really inexpensive! I've bought way too much jewelry here. Seriously, don't go right before Christmas. They won't have anything really good, anyway, and the jewelry selection is sad. Give it until at least February before you go in, and try to go during a weekday. Caveat: I typically do not review shopping venues. I do food- it's what I know. However, I feel compelled to review this place because I thought it was amazing. My sweet husband really wanted to get me a nice purse for my birthday. (He is tired of my Target collection.) So we went to Macy's and looked at some pricy bags and I was drawn mostly to Coach. I find their stuff very tasteful and it comes in a variety of sizes which is good for me because I am anti-large bags. We happened down to the factory outlets and I found a fantastic purse and wallet for the fraction of the cost in the regular stores. I do not pretend to know one from the other, however, the quality seems great in my opinion. I actually prefer the wallet I found at the factory to the one from Dillards and we paid $90 versus $218. They really do have decent deals here. If you have your eye on a bag and refuse to pay full price, check one of their outlets, it's worth it. As usual, the line in this place was INSANE. If you aren't in love with the bag you have, you'll know it. Your stomach will hurt the second you look at the line and you'll know to just put the bag down and walk out. The staff is friendly and helpful, and sometimes to a fault. But when you can get an item at 60% off the retail price -- I'll deal with it. I did find out today that you can only purchase a total of 10 items in one day and that you can't split the payment on two different people's credit cards -- even if you are both present. read more

The prices in here seem reasonable, compared to the actual Coach store. Total bonus that the prices are reduced and there is usually a woman handing out an additional coupon at the front door - today was 30% additional off. I received a bag as a gift and a couple weeks after owning it the zipper closure came off. I went into coach and they shipped out my bag to have it repaired and mailed to my house which was great but then after that the strap broke. I went back in to have this repaired and was told I could only get a new bag and they would give me 10% off. but to repair it would cost more than the bag. not happy that I had a defective bag and the best they can do it 10% off a new bag. read more

I had a return for Coach today, a purse I got for Mothers Day, it was so big, I never even tried my stuff in it. I just sat it aside until I could get down to Coach and find something smaller. Today I took it in, the door greeter took the bag at the door and told me to look around. I quickly found another bag. I went up to pay as the new one was much more expensive. As I approached the register, I was met by this snotty rude girl, who informed me the purse had been used and i was stained on the inside. I politely told her, I never even looked inside it, she informs me it is impossible I got it that way. Well let me tell you this smart mouth, it was a display, it was the last one, and you are 100% positive no one looked at it with dirty hands who had just eaten at the food court, or had snacks in the stroller they were pushing. Coach encourages you to try your stuff in the purse, how do you know someone did not have some make up or something in their purse that left the little marks. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. She scolded me like a child, I am 62 years old and have purchased bags there since they opened and then she said as a ONE TIME courtesy they would let me exchange, but and I quote: you did use the bag...FYI: the tags were still attached, I hardly think I carried a bag around with the price tag hanging on the outside. I will never ever shop at Coach again. HOW DARE YOUR EMPLOYEES TREAT SOMEONE LIKE THAT. How dare some little minimum wage snot nose girl speak to me like I am a child. How dare you assume there is no way the bag got stained before it left your facility. Oh and by the way, I did look inside after she said that and I saw no stains, she informed me they were light and could only be seen under certain lights. GIVE ME A BREAK. read more

I understand that this is a factory/outlet store which means they don't have the latest and greatest or the trendiest. Been in here a few times and they almost always have somebody at the front door handing 50% coupons for anything in the store. I wish they had a bigger clearance section or a section just for women's clothing. Store is very clean and organized. Store associates won't seem to leave you alone and always come up to ask if you need help. One associate came up to ask if we needed help after seeing us with another associate on the other side of the room! Seriously?! I know they're trying to be helpful and what not but there's a way to do it, demonstrate good customer service but not drive them out of the store. She seriously wouldn't bothering us and kept on talking WAY too much even as we were trying to walk away from her. Every time I go to this store, I come in more optimistic hoping it will be a better visit then my last. I've been there three times. Each time, the snoody employees have made degrading and snotty remarks to my questions, as if I was just a waste of space because they assume just because I am younger I wouldn't have the money to buy a bag... as I walked in with one around my arm! I look around and see that their prices are well, but this brand has really let me down when it comes to staying in style. Michael Kors has such a better selection, and extremely nice employees. I was just here today. I had my heart set on a Coach purse at the Park Meadows Coach store but it was over $400. My husband was going to get it for me for Christmas but after a horrible day at work yesterday my wonderful hubby wanted to make me feel better and we both had today off we drove down to Castle Rock, an employee at the door handed me a 30% coupon as soon as we walked in I bought 2 Purses, for the price of 1 the first one I did put down but it was there when I picked it back up later, 5 cash registers were open there were alot of people in line but the wait wasnt too long. The employees were helpful I had a Coach purse that I bought at Dillards this summer and the quality was the same. I had seen a few at Dillards that looked cheap inside but these were good. Although the one at Park Meadows was a higher quality for the price we paid I feel we got a good deal. The only thing I didnt like was after we purchased the purses, the sales girl carried them and didnt hand them to us until we got to the door like she thought someone else would snatch them or something or we were gonna drop another one in there that we didnt pay for. The 3 sales people I dealt with were a bit arrogant but no more than Park Meadows I had never been in there before, Christmas 2011 my husbands boss also bought his wife a Coach purse at this same outlet store and she loves it, he recommended it to us I will definitely recommend it to freinds but I did go on a Friday, Christmastime and Saturdays are probably alot worse than the experience we had . read more
