I did not expect to find this little gem in a little town like Chatfield...but I'm glad we did! We opted for a iced mocha drink (complete with whipped cream)-which I would challenge any chain coffee store to replicate! Not too sweet and I could taste the coffee. If you're looking for good coffee that's not a bigger chain (yet), check out Cabin Coffee! We actually discovered Cabin coffee when we used to live in Colorado and loved their drink and food selection. The coffee is super fresh and always a refreshing cup of jo. I usually go for the tumbleweed but the couple other drinks I've had are great too. To me, the prices are right where they should be on the quality of drink you are receiving. I could see how they could be a little pricey though. The inside areas are always warm and inviting. This location did have a meeting room which was neat to see in a smaller community location. Lastly, their slogan is fun and not always the easiest but it is what people need embrace more nowadays "just be happy ...and have fun"! read more

First, I do not think I was at the Chatfield location. I'm not sure where I was though! This was a cute little place, we stopped in for ice cream after a hot hike at the state park. It was delicious and a generous serving. Places like this are definitely great for local communities, giving locals some tasty treats and a place to hang out. read more

A couple of years ago, a buddy and myself were going from Rochester, MN to Dyersville, IA and it was early morning and we didn't know where to get coffee and breakfast... then there it was, Cabin Coffee! This place was awesome. Everything was fresh and homemade. The coffee was plentiful and they weren't cheap on how much we got for breakfast either, and it was delicious! Should we ever go back there, it would be a definite must stop again! It really fueled us up for the remaining drive ahead of us, so the location was perfect! read more

Came through here on military orders, and I was itching for some caffeine. Got scared when I saw there was no Starbucks nearby, and I've been trying to ditch the Monsters, but, anyway, Cabin Coffee came to save the day. It's a cute place - if you're into those sort of things. The workers are friendly... like... really friendly. They laugh and sing a lot. Not sure why; kind of odd if you ask me, but I think that's the sort of thing people appreciate. Coffee is great, and it did the job easing my caffeine twitch. Recently started coming here 2-3 times a week and they are always friendly and quick. I always use the drive thru so can't say much about the inside atmosphere. I was very curious but hesitant about trying a different drink and the lady assured me by offering a free drink if I didn't like it.
