Alex initially stopped by to assess the situation and offer a time and cost estimate in advance. Given some of the challenges my first contractor had encountered, I was skeptical about the estimate given, but felling a bit desperate I agreed. True to good business form but unlike past home improvement experience, this work came in under budget and took less time than projected (90 minutes actual, 'a couple of hours' estimated), including clean-up. I understand this is not likely to happen with every project, but it was a most welcome introduction to their business practices. I found this company through google and called them. They were quick to answer and explained all the micro details in advance and came by for a quick approximate. Next morning they were there on time for the job. I hired them for a project to remodel old kitchen at my father's house and i can't say how satisfied i am by the work done. Really good quality of repair and paints and every little detail was taken care of, this is a good example of their professional service and experience, their technician was a very friendly guy and he did all the work in 4 days and after the completion Alex personally visited and inspected everything and asked my opinion and if am satisfied with everything or would like some more improvement, that's what i call customer centric company. I was making a redesign of my kitchen and I have come to decision that cabinets should get some renovation as well, otherwise they simply don't match and should be replaced. And actually that's not a secret that it's cheaper to refresh your existing stuff rather than to buy new. So my neighbours shared to me this contact and I have never worked with them before. I just want to show an example of how it was before and how they made my kitchen shelves. It is rather more modern and suits perfectly the design of the kitchen. I found this company through google and reached them out, Alex was quick to answer the call and the same day he passed by and saw our old kitchen and we discussed with him the project and how we want it to look like, he carefully listened and offered his suggestions and advice. Next morning he called and provided the price estimate and told us how many days would it take to complete, same evening his workers arrived and started the work, they were very organized and did all the work very efficiently and reached the deadline of time. I am amazed by the results and beyond happy with the work, craftsmanship and attention to details. I would say their price is quite reasonable for the quality of work they provide. Some days back I have requested from Alex to provide an estimate of handlers replacement for my kitchen cabinets and it was pretty reasonable. One point was very important for me. Recently a friend of mine ordered kitchen stuff painting from another contractor and it took them at least 3 days to paint just a couple of kitchen shelves! so this friend of mine was suggesting me to use the same company for my kind of issue. And though it's a smaller thing I told "No!" and I was right! Why to wait for three days for a thing which can be made just in one? His design helped us visualize and plan efficiently the project and gave a close idea what end result would be like. I had a broken drawers that needed to be repaired and damage on the island made by my dog :) Alex gave me a very good quote very quickly.
