I hired the owner, Andrew Shevchuck to do a custom walk-in shower tile job and flooring job. It was…read morea $10,000.00+ job. At first, things were great. He showed up, did great work and the work looked beautiful. Upon final inspection, we discovered he forgot to put in the corner foot step (used to put your foot on while shaving your leg) I have the product, a Schluter step. It costs a hundred dollars. He said he would be back within the week to install it and to fix a small crack in a floor tile. So we are talking 30 minutes work in total. But now that he has his money, he is ghosting me. It started out with, "I got tied up, I'll be there tomorrow" to "Sorry, I didn't make it, but I'll be there this weekend." Well it has been three months and still he is a no show. Now I get his voicemail every time and he never calls back. So in short, he got his money and ran. He is not a man of his word. I'm just glad the project overall went smoothly. I had two other people who saw his work ask me for his number, but I can not in good conscious recommend a man who does not stand behind his word. What a shame. Imagine if you hired him and a problem arose. Sadly, he is proving he will cut an run.

I wanted to give them a chance despite having no prior reviews, but unfortunately my experience explains why. I hired them to paint and clean my property. The painting was decent overall, though several areas were missed and needed touch-ups. The cleaning, however, was poorly done. Throughout the project, there were repeated delays with both the cleaning and painting repairs. I remained patient and flexible, working around their schedule. Trusting that only a few minor items remained, I made the mistake of paying before everything was fully completed. After they left, the property was in worse condition in several areas. There were paint footprints, dirt on floors and carpet, and the fridge, kitchen, and bathrooms were not cleaned as agreed. They also left behind additional dirt that was not there prior to their work and did not return to clean it up. I reached out multiple times to schedule completion of the remaining items and received nothing but the runaround. With tenants scheduled to move in, I had no choice but to hire another cleaner to finish the job and clean up the mess they left behind. If you choose to use this company, proceed with caution and do not make final payment until you have thoroughly inspected the property and confirmed that all work is 100% complete. Do not rely on promises to return and finish later.
