    Never ever use this company. The service is the worst service I have ever had in 40+ years of dealing with companies. Often they do not answer the store phone. When you do reach someone, they usually can't help, and defer you to Corporate who sends you back to the store. Nobody ever, (seriously, not once) returns a phone call. When I do connect, Chris, manager of Dearborn store promises to help but does not deliver. I accept delays due to supply chain, no problem. But these cabinets are poorly made and 2 drawers do not work. One stopped closing completely 2 months after install, and the other 10 months after install. Many of the "soft close" drawers did not close softly after a month. I complained to Better Business Bureau, but CTG did not respond to them, so they closed the complaint!

    We had a great experience with the Dearborn store. Brian was professional, yet friendly, and walked us through the process every step of the way. He patiently answered all our questions. Phone messages were returned within 24 hours on business days. We are happy with our finished product. [I would recommend purchasing cabinets, flooring and pulls (knobs) from them. I suggest going elsewhere for trim for the flooring, as the contracted company they use is unreliable (in my opinion). It took over 2 months to be delivered and the quality is low.]

    We've used C2go for two different projects. One was a remodel of the kitchen at a rental property. Second was the countertops for the bar in our home basement. We really like the products as they are a step up from Home Depot or Lowe's without breaking the bank. The butcher block countertops took a few weeks for shipping during COVID but it was worth the wait. We like this business model. Four stars because sometimes the customer service falls short ie not returning phone calls. But overall a good place to do business with and a solid product.

    Horrible customer service! Brian and his team showed little to no interest in getting me my cabinets after I waited 6 months.

    Ill start off by saying writing this review was the only reason I made a Yelp account. I bought my house not planning on renovating the kitchen right away. When i did change my mind I was worried that it was going to cost a ton, so i decided to check out cabinets to go through recommendation by a friend. I can honestly say I did not have one problem with my experience. I primarily dealt with Shaun (hope im spelling that right). First of all, i brought in pictures of my completely torn out kitchen along with measurements and she helped me put together the correct drawing and list of cabinet sizes I would need just off those. Second, She helped me to design a bar area that wouldn't take up too much room in the kitchen since my house is a little smaller. Beyond this, every problem or concern I had Shaun as well as the whole staff quickly helped me to get it fixed. I received way more help than I expected to get at a way cheaper price point than I expected. Heres a list of the big Pros i had with my experience: 1. Excellent customer service from beginning to end 2. Price of the cabinets was way cheaper than a custom cabinets store 3. Quality of the cabinets was far past what i expected to get. All wood, soft-closing hardware, no damage out of the box. 4. Shipments come in every Thursday. I placed my order on a Thursday and had everything I ordered the next Thursday. 5. Assembly of the cabinets was beyond easy. 6. Staff was friendly. helpful and were easy to work with. The only issue I had was that my lazy susan cabinet had a missing hinge. I went into the store to ask what I could do and had my issue resolved right then and there. I have since had about 5 coworkers get their cabinets from this store and have all had great experiences like mine. I will be coming back in the future for any cabinets I buy. Mr. Jaber and I agreed on the 3D kitchen model that's attached below that will be done in one week. We received the order after 5 weeks. Mr. Jaber took the wrong measurements for the cabinets and he had to change the model on the day of the installation. Because the dishwasher wouldn't fit if he didn't do so. The door next to the sink would scrape and scratch the sink every time I opened it. He made damage in the ceiling, cabinet door, fridge box damaged with nail showing on the side of the box. He left the lazy Susan uninstalled and the door not attached to it. The cabinets underneath molding I not fully covered. Do not work with G&M Cabinets they are unprofessional. You will lose your money and time with G&M cabinets. Paid him a lot of money for his unprofessional work. Overall these cons, he is as a person is not respectful and will hang up the phone while you're talking. Not answering phone calls or text messages. I DON'T RECOMMEND G&M Cabinets and if I can give a negative star I would do so because he doesn't deserve the one star. 5 ,

    This company uses predatory business practices. They lure you in with their reputation and their…read morefancy show room and act super professional in the beginning - but the fact is they require $550 for an in person quote, and 50% down before starting... as soon as they received my 50% down payment (you should never do this, 50% gives the corporation far too much power) all of a sudden it's like a switch is flipped and they treat you completely different. That's because they have successfully trapped you, after that all promises of high quality, timely work, and project management that is supposed to be all of high standards, given the premium price points and additional costs of this "professional" establishment, stop existing. They then higher random 3rd party contractors for the bulk of the project for the cheapest prices - while charging you top dollar. They don't hold them accountable, and they don't care. You will have to beg to get them to show up, and beg for them to come back when round 1 ends up being such low quality work that you'll need a re-do. They do this on purpose because a lot of people want to avoid the headache and will accept the low quality work. Avoid this corporate nightmare, they deliberately will try to cut corners on you, they force you to manage your own project, and ultimately you'll realize you got completely taken advantage of. The time frame for the project they present is a lie. The high quality and professionals they promise it a lie. You need to beg to get their experienced pros - they will send you random workers they find who barely know what their doing for the first round - then give you the better workers if you complain. Get ready to get on your hands and knees begging for your project to get focused on while you try to compete with 10+ other people begging for their project to get done at the same time. They over schedule and don't care because all they care about is getting you wrapped up in the predatory contract and then that's it, you're trapped. Find businesses that don't have these predatory business practices, go directly to places and work with them directly. You don't need a glorified middle man to "manage" the project for you, it's nonsense - it actually overcomplicates the project and they don't manage anything anyways, they make you become a full time project manager or things will never get done - or be such low quality that it'll appear your premium priced project was a DIY job. If you respect your time, money, and soul, you won't use KSI corporate nightmare.
