Gave them a chance to fix but they didn't have enough boards at Canton store to send! Oh, and they forgot on 20' boards and ask us to come and get it. We paid for delivery! Finally they actually told us to go to Northville lumber cause they couldn't help us. So we did and same order was $500 less there. Boards delivered next day and are great. In the show room we worked with Rich and he knew everything about the products and made us feel comfortable. He did not pressure us and made sure that we were selecting the best product that would work for us and our needs (which is unlike other larger companies in our area). Wonderful products and service. His son did the installation. We had a complicated project with nice hardwood laminate that was put into several rooms. First they had to tear out several different types of flooring and make sure all the rooms were all level. This was complicated because we had several years and layers of laminate from the previous homeowners. His team was on time, worked hard and in the end their work was beautiful! This is the best flooring company in the canton, Livonia, Plymouth and Westland area. You will get individual service because the people care about their customers and it is family owned. I will be using this company for all my flooring needs in the future as well!
