I am increasing my initial rating from 1-star to 3-stars now that Cabinets To Go is making an effort to resolve my issues. Brian responded to my initial review very promptly. He immediately began working on getting our missing items delivered to us. He and Cassie have been absolutely wonderful. The service from them is night and day from our previous interactions. Had their service been like this from the beginning I would've given them a 5-star rating. The cabinets themselves are of good quality and look great. Our previous complaints had been with delivery issues and lack of communication. It seems that this warehouse has had some major management changes since we ordered our cabinets. I anticipate future customers won't have the same problems that we did. read more

After some self demolition of my kitchen I was SO excited to get the new cabinets and counter tops going. I have visited the actual store once met with Jesika and was dreaming of the lay out. The layout via email never came after an attempt to remind her. I then asked to work with someone that was less busy and Rick took over the design and I again was excited to get this going. No email, no call, and no recollection of our conversation. At this point I do not find these employees to be helpful or very client service oriented. Cabinets To Go has left a distasteful experience with me and a major let down. Good luck but you may find there are other businesses that actually do what they say. Buyer beware! I ordered my cabinets over six months ago and I still have not received my entire order. I have been trying to get Rick's (the manager) attention for months to get the last pieces of my order but he keeps ignoring me. Rick ordered the hardware separately and sent it to the wrong address not once but twice and had the nerve to ask me to go and look for it. One cabinet was broken in the package as it arrived and it was clear that the construction was not 100% wood as they advertise. Additionally, three cabinets have already cracked after being used for 2-3 months. I am now contacting the CEO Tom but he is not responding either. Stay away from this place. Quality of service and product is horrible and they know once you order/install your kitchen, you can't return it. I wish I had known.... read more

I agree with Heather. Rob is very rude. I am currently awaiting one cabinet I am missing and have been told that the cabinet will be in in two weeks many times now (it's been two months, so I called today and it is the fourth time I am told to wait two more weeks... He never apologized for the delay, and has been rude throughout. Of course I am stuck now, since the rest of the cabinets are installed and I am waiting to do the side panel and crown until after I get the cabinet. Next time I am remodeling I will take my money elsewhere. read more

DO NOT buy cabinets from here if you would a kitchen within a year. Rick will be super pleasant while placing your order and then they will ignore your phone calls and not call you back when you're wondering several months later where your cabinets are. When (only some) of our order came in we had to call before we found out they even had it. We still dont have the rest of our cabinets and they cant even tell us when to expect them when you can actually get someone on the phone to talk to you. read more

Had Cabinets To Go to furnish and install new cabinets for our kitchen. Travis from this store called before the install was complete to demand payment. During this call, I requested a receipt of the work be emailed to me and I would make sure the payment was made. Travis refused to send me a receipt, then started screaming at me to make the payment. He then called my spouse to tell him that he was just calling for my email address and that I because hostile. I made a call to the coorporate office to complain about the way that we were being treated and the poor quality of install. Then Paul at this store called my spouse and sent over the receipt. He told me he wouldn't listen to the previous call to hear how i was treated, and that if i wanted the correct number of knobs or for them to be installed, then i could purchase more and pay for them to be installed. I became upset at this time because I felt as though there was absolutely no customer support here. I told Paul that I wasn't interested in purchasing anything else from this store if this is the way they treat customers and that I didn't want anyone to come back out to install the knobs. The installer then started texting my spouse and even personally showed up to our house one day threatening my spouse. We called and made another complaint to corporate. A couple days later, my spouse received a call claiming that they have decided not to work with this installer in the future, but we received absolutely nothing to fix the issues we had. I never even received any apology for the way I was treated, and our cabinets still aren't installed correctly and they all don't have knobs. They have made absolutely no attempt at correcting this. read more

The cabinets are great, in terms of price and quality. THE SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!! Expect to call at least 3-5 times to get anybody to update you regarding the status of your order, which is always late and missing pieces. It doesn't matter if it is Rick, Dante or Tyler; nobody calls you back or knows what is going on! Be prepared if you buy from them to start taking deep breaths and Valium if you don't want to go crazy! I would not recommend them! read more

We were recently looking for a vanity and went to the website. We were really excited as they had at least 5 different vanities advertised at great prices . We weren't happy however when we were told that NOTHING on the web site was available of course the much more expensive ones were. The salesgirl acted like it was the norm. We asked to talk to the manager and were told that he might have found one somewhere and would call us the next morning.which he didn't. Classic bait and switch. don't go there!!!! read more

I came here in January to price out cabinets for a crusty old 1928 bungalow I was trying to buy and eventually flip. These guys were awesome - they whipped up my kitchen plan using their design software and gave me an estimate that included everything even hardware. After shopping this estimate around, we found out that Cabinets to Go was cheapest by far (less than half off even the cheapest crappy cabinets at Home Depot!) with decent quality solid wood construction and soft-close doors included. We hemmed and hawed and they offered us 10% off our order so I bit the bullet. I put half down on credit for them to place the order and was told I could pay the rest when I picked up my flat-packed cabinets. They even let us keep the cabinets at their store for a few weeks because our deal dragged out. Eventually, our house deal fell through and it took a 30-second phone call for them to credit my card in full, no hassles. I will for sure use them for my next kitchen remodel - their customer service was well beyond any other cabinet shop I checked out. There were other stores nearby who I set up appointments with and they didn't even show up or return my calls or emails. A lot of the HGTV and DIY tv shows use Cabinets to Go, you can see the boxes laying around. If you ask, they may even have fully assembled returns in their back room they can sell at a discount. Another plus is that they are open Sat/Sun unlike a lot of other stores in this area. Worth checking into! read more

I purchased cabinets in late August 2015, and picked them up with no issues. When I was installing the handles for the drawers, the facade cracked. I contacted the store, hoping to just exchange the two drawers, and was told that since I had drilled through the front, it "voided" the warranty. Though I was inclined to argue, in the interest of time, I just ordered the two drawers for $65.00. That was on 9/15/2015. I still have not received the drawers, despite NUMEROUS attempts via the store and their customer service department. Both refuse to elevate the issue, and just keep telling me they are "on order." Both the store and the customer service department REFUSED to give me the name or contact information of the Regional Manager, leaving me no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB. Utterly terrible customer service, and borderline illegal business practices. I will quite literally tell people to spend more on cabinets elsewhere- Cabinets to Go will screw you at every opportunity, and it's not worth the hassle. If it were possible to subtract points from other reviews, I would do it. read more

I ordered one of their most basic products, a 24 inch bathroom vanity, and was given an arrival date of the end of October. October came and went and I had to call multiple times to only be told that my order had been delayed. Now when I call, they can't even give me an estimated date that my vanity will arrive. What kind of service is that? Who takes payment for a product and then doesn't even tell you when you might get it? If you want a lot of great promises but no actual fulfillment, go ahead and shop at cabinets to go! Otherwise, I highly suggest you spend your time and money elsewhere. read more

The quality of the cabinets is decent when considering the price and I have no issue with how they look or the ease of assembling them. However, I am still using plastic plates, bowls, etc 4 months after receiving the cabinets due to delays with some issues needing resolution (waiting for replacements damaged during shipment, etc). The communication is terrible. No one, from the store manager Rick, to Dante, to the customer service center is held responsible for anything that is promised or said. Everyone is very nice but nothing gets done for weeks and weeks and weeks. This includes the installer that they use. The cabinets were within my budget, but the stress and frustration of trying to work with this company was not worth the savings. read more

While the quality of these cabinets is good, the service is not! We had read reviews stating that Cabinets to Go tends to run late on estimated delivery time. We were worried about this because we had a timeline to meet on our house remodel. We talked with them about this, and they assured us, they rarely ran late, and we would have out cabinets on time. NOT TRUE! It took 5 weeks (not 2 as originally quoted) to get our cabinets, and when they came in, we were missing a bunch of them. It took another few months to be able to get everything in, but each week we were told they would be in the following week. It was very frustrating. Also, when I went to pick up my cabinets, Rob (the manager) would only lift the pallet of the cabinets into the moving truck I had rented, then told me I had to get in the truck and take them off the pallet myself! I am a small woman, and these boxes were heavy! I was able to do it, but I was angry!! When I had called the day before to say I was coming alone, I was told they had someone to load them into my truck for me. I guess I should have demanded that they do it for me, but I was in such shock and so angry, I just wanted to get out of there. We had a good experience working with Josh, but Rob was continuously rude. Also, if you plan to put these together yourself, think again. We decided to hire someone to assemble and install them, and it was clear that it would be very hard to do if you did not have experience building cabinets. I typically am not one to voice a negative opinion regarding a retail establishment to everyone I know, but this outfit takes the cake. My first visit was just to get an idea of what they offered. (went well). My second visit was with measurements to get quotes (went very well). I spent $7000. Then "well" ended!!!! Mike had given us 2 quotes, 1 was "required" and the second was the "fancy stuff". (Glass doors, crown, trim). I requested everything. The original delivery for the complete order was 2 weeks. RIGHT!!! The first part of the order was 5 weeks. Then it was lip treatment from there. After 7 weeks I received my "required order" as Mike put it but none of the fancy stuff. I was awaiting the install of the kitchen before I could have an appraiser in for a refinance on my home. After 11 weeks of countless calls to Mike, emails to the store, calls to customer care and emails to customer care, I finally received the balance of my order!!!!! By the time I completed the kitchen install, the locked interest rate had expired. The end result of the the kitchen purchase and missing out on the refinance rate may cost me in the neighborhood of $50,0000. The sales experience was great, but it stopped there. To their credit, they did spend a lot of time with us designing and redesigning our kitchen. But they'll tell you what you want to hear to get the sale. After that, they'll tell you what you want to hear but it won't be true. There were multiple things I was misinformed or lied to about. First time, I thought it was my miscommunication. 2nd, 3rd, 4th time, I knew it wasn't me. Received half my product in one shipment, with no date on the rest of it. Then I was told the regional manager said it's on a truck and I'll have it in a week. 1 week later, my stuff was still not shipped and they had no date.. Once you put down your deposit, be prepared to be given the run around. I was able to find a contact at Corporate and escalate to expedite my shipment, but that was luck. Some of my items were cracked or scratched and while Corporate told me replacements were being shipped, it's been 3 months and I still don't have them. You can't beat the price, just don't have any timelines in mind when using them. Wait until everything shows up, open it all and inspect it right away, and call immediately. Even though, be prepared to wait wait wait. Not worth the frustration. read more

I ordered over $4,000 in cabinets, they were so helpful and friendly until they received payment. My pantry was damaged during shipping, I didn't want to take it, but 2 sales associates insisted that I take it and that Customer Care would send me a WHOLE NEW ONE and I could throw the one they gave me away. on 8/24/15 I called Customer Care, they started a claim for the damage and said that they would send me the replacement parts that were damaged. NOT what the sales associates said. NO where in any communication was I told I would be sent parts and I call today to see if they were delivered only to be told (for the first time) that extra parts take 90-120 Days to receive. WHAT? I also ordered the butcher block for my island FIVE weeks ago and keep being told next truck, next truck. was promised that it would be here 9/8/15, guess what.. It's not! Let's not forget when I ordered my island, he quoted me a price, then called me back and said that it would be $800 more because he "forgot" the back panel. HORRIBLE customer service and business.
