I could not be more pleased with my experience with this company. We landed a little early. I called the office and got straight through to the owner. He promptly found my driver and the next thing you know I'm sipping Coronas in the backseat of a beautiful SUV. Price was $140 round trip. Which is cheaper and more reliable than a taxi. Safer too. I want to preface this review by saying that I made an error and mixed up 2 different shuttle companies so I ended up "no showing" on our Arrival ride (from airport to hotel). I understand that this is my mistake, however, what I am leaving a negative review on is the lack of consistency. When I missed my ride, one of Cabo Shuttle Services employees called me to let me know they were waiting and I apologized for my mistake. They let me know that they would email me to coordinate my Return (from hotel to airport) ride, however, I never received the email. I reached out to the company to explain the situation and received a copy and pasted policy response. I asked about the Return ride and was told I was misinformed and that both rides are now considered no-show and I would not be able to use the Return ride or get any reimbursement. Again, I understand that it was my initial mistake for mixing up 2 different shuttle services. However, I tried to coordinate (or cancel if I wasn't able to use it) my Return ride 48 hours prior to the pick up and was told that I could no longer use the ride or get any sort of refund. I feel I should've at least been able to use the ride I paid for, or been given a partial refund. The manager basically told me "Sorry, staff was wrong and in training. I'm the manager and your ride is not available." I will not be using their services again due to the lack of consistency and misinformation within the company. read more

Reliable! That's all you need to know. Expensive? Of course - all of them are expensive. The booking is a breeze - the communication is clear. We booked a round-trip travel and got an email with instructions. Most important part - "Do not talk to random folks". Folks inside the airport will try to tell you that your booking is not valid or some random stuff - simple ignore them. The company operates as 'Nirvanza' in Cabo. I paid round trip fare by credit card as the driver dropped me to my hotel in Cabo. I was hoping that I would not have any issues on my return. I sent a one-liner email "Confirm pickup at 11am?" and got a prompt reply. The car was waiting at the promised time outside my resort. The information about offering beers/water is true. After using Cabo Shuttle Services for years, including last July during pandemic, I have to say Im highly disappointed. En route to my timeshare they stuffed me in the middle front seat of the van. (I'm 5'9) This caused a darling 5 year old from St Louis to be on her fathers lap without a seatbelt in the row behind. En route to the airport, they stuffed a young man in that same middle seat except this time.. NO seatbelt! He was practically eating the dashboard and let me say if we were to get in an accident he would have been head first through the windshield and probably decapitated. Not sure why the quality and service has gone down and to boot safety is clearly not of importance. Wont be using again until they get their act together! read more

We booked a private transfer on our trip. Everything seemed great, got out confirmation via email, etc. we arrived in Cabo and went to #10 as instructed. There were guys there as we were informed in the confirmation email. They had our names down for our reservation, however, we were told it would be another 30-40 min until the driver was back to take us. This is poor service. What is the point in making a reservation ahead of time and providing flight/arrival information if there is no driver available?! We traveled with 2 young kids (under 2 years old) and waiting at the airport for another 40 min was not an option. We ended up going with another company who had an available driver then. I will not book with Cabo Shuttle Service again and do not recommend them. read more

After being shocked how much our hotel was charging for an airport shuttle, I did a quick search on trip advisor and found Cabo Shuttle Services. I booked a totally private Escalade for literally half the hotel price. Booking communication and airport instructions were great. Our drivers, both ways, were very professional and friendly. There's free water or beer to drink during your trip which was a nice surprise. Tip: no matter which private shuttle you book, print out your reservation or something with the company logo on it. There's a lot of shuttle companies gathered around the pick up spot. Being able to recognize they're logo allowed me to quickly find they're representative. read more

Unfortunately you cannot provide half a star on these reviews. I suspect many of these reviews are not from actual customers. I booked my shuttle for airport pickup at Cabo Airport a week in advance. My flight was on time and I didn't have checked luggage. Ended up having to wait an hour for a shuttle when my hotel was only 15 min away. They told me they were waiting on a couple that arrived on the same flight but it ended up being a whole family that just landed an hour after my flight. They don't provide you any compensation for your time (i.e. drinks, water, discounted fare). I recommend getting an Uber. It will be half the price, you won't have to wait an hour, and you won't be hassled by timeshare reps. read more

Anytime I emailed him he responded within just a few minutes. He contacted me before our airport pick up and gave us detailed instructions on where to find them at the airport, this can be difficulty with all the timeshare people and not knowing the procedure. You can reserve a shuttle online with a confirmation ticket sent to you immediately after placing a reservation. Pick up service alone from airport is 70 dollars. I highly recommend doing this or else you will have to wait 1-3 hours at the airport based on other travelers arrivals. Pick up or drop off with other travelers is 23 dollars. My husband and I were travelling with our 10 month old twins and used this shuttle service to take us to and from our resort. Customer Service: Making a reservation was super easy. Both my husband and I thought the other had sorted out the transportation so we called the morning of our flight and still got a reservation. The person over the phone spoke perfect English and everyone was very polite Pickup: When we left the baggage claim, there was someone there holding a sign with the company logo. It was about a 2 minute walk to where the cars were parked and they took our baggage and we left promptly. When they picked us up at the end of the weekend to go back to the airport, they came at the exact time we agreed on. Carseats: we were travelling with our 10 month old twins and didn't want to drag our carseats all weekend so we called to make sure carseats were available for this shuttle service. They had 2 convertible seats available and they were good quality and sturdy. Make sure to call ahead to request them Car: the car we got into was a black Suburban. It was pristine, smelled great and had a cooler in it with complimentary beer and water. The driver, Jesus was very friendly and was a good safe driver. Pricing: in the world of uber when you can get a cheap ride anywhere, this shuttle service may seem a little pricey. For us, travelling with twin babies with a 40 minute drive ahead of us, it was a no- brainer. We had tons of space for our luggage, 2 carseats, room in the car, not sharing a shuttle with anyone else and the price was round trip. If you are travelling with a group of 4 or more and are staying in the Cabo San Lucas area (San Jose del Cabo is closer to the airport) definitely give this service a try! I personally had a wonderful experience with Cabo Shuttle Services. The prices were great. $40 round trip per person for private shuttle. The day before I left for the airport I made sure to confirmed with them about timing. Arrival: outside the airport I spotted a large red sign with my name on it. The greeter was friendly and waited for us while we went to the bar to get some drinks. The car has beer and water but the girls in my group only drink liquor. I helped myself to the corona. Driver: super friendly and engaging and best of all a safe driver. Car: Large black car suburban Timing: they were on time both times to pick us up at the airport and the hotel. The Drive to the resort from the airport was wonderful Hector was very informative told us all the popular places to put on our list. However the Drive to the airport the driver was on his phone and not keeping his eyes on the road. Then he drops us off at Terminal 1 which is for domestic flights, when we were flying international. Sure, it got us from point A to point B, but if I'm shelling out $140 for private roundtrip here's what shouldn't (but did) happen: -Couldn't find our personalized sign outside the airport for about 15 minutes. When I did spot it, the woman wasn't even holding it up, but talking to other arriving guests. She told us too many people arrived at the same time and her driver wasn't available yet, so we waited another 10-15 minutes. - The driver, who was very nice and informative, did not have beverages as stated on the website/in our agreement. -Our departure shuttle on the last day of our trip was MORE than 30 minutes late!!! We called the office twice, and they assured us they'd be there in 5 minutes (it took about 10 more). The driver didn't apologize, and didn't offer any beverages either. The pros: - Shuttle stopped at Costco and helped load/unload our supplies for the week -Shuttles are very comfortable, nice looking, and air-conditioned Our friends used a different company, and I think we'll do the same in the future. read more
