Had to wait what felt like a life time for a shuttle to take us to our hotel. I get it, it's a busy weekend, there's probably a lot of people in front of us. The first shuttle was a nice luxurious SUV, no complaints there. What I'm upset about, is what picked us up from our hotel was a beat up old van. No air conditioning, and because of how the seats were set up, I lost my water bottle underneath the seat. When I called Cabo transfers to see if someone could come back or at the very least, arrange for shipping of my bottle to me as it had a lot of sentimental value, they told me they could come back to bring it to me at the airport. Then called again 40 minutes later to say the driver was no longer in the area, and wouldn't be able to come back to the airport, oh and they couldn't find the bottle. I had an excellent experience with Cabo! I booked my round trip private transfer with them based on reviews so my time to share my experience. They picked me up from airport on time, in a sparkling clean Lincoln SUV! Gorgeous! The drivers were super friendly in both occasions to my resort and then on my way back home from resort to airport. My driver, Raul Luna was so nice & gave me good Information. They also sent email and text message reminders. I didn't have to worry about anything after booking my round trip based on my flight schedule. In fact, I missed my fight on the way there so I had to change my arrival and they were super easy to re-plan based on my new flight, super nice and helpful. BEWARE!!! Epic Shuttles and Cabo Transfers ruined my birthday trip. I paid in advance for a round trip shuttle from airport to my hotel. Upon arrival, The Epic staff told me they had no shuttles available and to call my hotel and have them pick me up. I would have been fine with this after a long flight as I did not want to deal with frustration but not only did they not provide the service i paid for but they would not refund me my money paid for shuttle service. Aldo, Francisco and The older man in yellow shirt from Cabo Transfers began yelling at me until the police arrived and tried ti have me arrested and thrown in jail. HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE. Cabo Transfers was NOT a good experience for us. I am confident there are more reliable airport and transportation outfits. I booked online, 2 weeks prior to arrival. I paid for a private vehicle, round tip. In the confirmation it was a luxury SUV. What we got was an inexperienced driver who missed the exit to the resort. Sorry his sad story didnt work for a bigger tip. Its even worse on the return ride to the airport. Cabo Transfers was about 10 minutes late. I called the number on my confirmation and spoke to a woman who kept telling me "hold on"...then she hung up on me. Literally. I was so upset. The staff at our resort stepped in and called Cabo Transfer. It was another 25 minutes before some smelly, old van picked us up. This is not what I paid for. Never a call, never an extended apology or even acknowledgment of the incident. We did make it to the airport but ....this was definatly not what was asvertised or what I paid for. I was recommended by a friend about this company and they're were amazing, we decided to do a private car to our resort due to long flight & we had a toddler and I wanted to get to our hotel verse the shared shuttle. Easy to find and we reserved the transportation online prior to arriving & it was easy to find. We waited at most 10mins for our vehicle to arrive and got a drink & Luis Arellano was our driver and he was very accommodating and I requested for a car seat & they were able to provide it for us. He drove us around the city to view it instead of driving through the desert w no scenery. Overall great services I highly recommend them & when we return we will most definitely be using them again. read more

I highly recommend using this company for your airport transfer. The price is less expensive than the hotel transfer but this company is super reliable! The price is listed on their website. There's no surprise! The service is awesome. They had someone waiting right outside the airport with my name. Their communication is impressive. They answer my emails within 30 minutes and they send a reminder text before every pick up. By the way, follow their email instructions once you land at Cabo's airport. Don't stop to talk to anyone regardless of what they said. Yet, I was fooled and made a mistake of talking to someone who claimed to work for the airport. He was so believable! We used Cabo Transfers to and from the airport during our stay. The cars were very nice and clean, but more importantly, the service was exceptional. The drivers were incredibly friendly, offered us drinks, and did a great job. Sergio drove us to the airport on the way back and he was awesome, unfortunately I do not recall the driver who took us to the resort, but he was excellent as well. I have used this company for years. It is not the same as it used to be. Yesterday, they didn't show up to pick up my party of 6 from the airport. First time visitors who were lost and confused. Driver didn't show up until after I had to call them and they were all standing outside waiting and waiting. The link they sent didn't work either. Sent an email for assistance and they simply said sorry, the driver is on the way. What???? Why make a reservation if they aren't going to be there?? Should have used a different transport company. And the time before, they said they couldn't accommodate bc I didn't give 72 hours notice?? I'm done with them. There are a number of other companies in town who will attend to your needs and take care of you. Don't get stuck at the airport waiting on these people. There are better options. read more

I booked a return reservation with Cabo Transfer online. Communication via email and text was quick and easy from start to finish. I was very concerned about getting dropped off at the airport to go home and to not be late. I had originally booked an earlier pick up time and I was assured that whatever time I booked that the driver would be there at that time. So, last minute, I changed my pick up time to later so I could enjoy the last bit of sunshine on vacation. No problem and no penalty to change my pick up time last minute. Much appreciated. Pick up and drop at the airport was on-time (early actually!) and great. Our driver was Oscar for pick up and Raul for drop off. Very friendly and helpful with all our luggage. The new Cadillac Escalade were extemely clean, luxurious and comfortable. We selected the grocery stop service, which was a great choice and super convenient and really helped us get into vacation mode as soon as we arrived. I highly recommend Cabo Transfer. Second time to Cabo. Booked this transfers round trip with a private van for family of 7. We added a 1 hour stop at Costco which was the perfect amount of time. Drivers were very nice. I received emails confirming my pick up times. Only reason not 5 stars was because the Cabo Transfer person was hard to locate when we landed in Cabo. I was looking for a person holding a sign but never saw one. I ended up locating the rep past all the other transfer reps out by the second little bar and parking lot. Not sure if this is the normal place for them but it did make for a few minutes of stress. read more

Landed at 1 pm on Easter Sunday, they confirmed in their email that our pick up for a private transfer would be 1:15 pm... (seems fair to give time for baggage and customs). Go outside and into the chaotic scene of dozens of shuttle companies and cabo transfer was no where around. Eventually another company called them for us. Few minutes later a representative shows up to tell us our private van will be arriving shortly. We heard the same story for the next 20 minutes when the van finally showed up at 1:45 pm. Hands down Superb service and I'm never disappointed! They are easy to find at the airport and our driver Miguel was amazing! He took us to Costco, insisted on coming in with us so he could push the cart and he lifted all items into our cart. Also, he spoke Spanish to translate where to find certain groceries within Costco! we had an early flight home and they picked us up at 430am in order to make our flight. My boyfriend and I were the only passengers. I don't know if the driver was drunk, falling asleep at the wheel or both but we almost died! He was swerving across all lanes. Randomly stoping and speeding up. Drove off the rode a few times. Ran a red light. Then the cherry on top of the Sunday was when he started to veer off the road and came feet away from smashing into a large concrete median when I had to start screaming to alert him. We had set up a private airport transfer that was round trip. I got 3 confirmations, one when I booked, one a week out, and one when we were the day before. I felt comfortable getting them and their customer service was amazing. At the airport our driver was there the second we walked out. He had a nice air-conditioned expedition that was in great condition. He gave us each cold waters and spoke excellent English. For pick up, he arrived 2.5 hours prior to our departure time, so that we could be with the standard international airport recommendation for travel. I also got a confirmation for this pick up the day before. Very prompt and excellent service. We will be using this every time in Cabo...which is 2-3 times a year! Highly recommend! read more

Don't use this company, they first tried to pretend I hadn't paid, then that I had booked another company, then nine could read the confirmation, the ride from the airport then took 2 hours!!! This was our first time to Cabo and, based on some of the reviews I read for various transportation companies, was very worried about getting to and from the airport. We chose Cabo transfers and opted for the shuttle service. All communication was done via e-mail and was professional and thorough. Our drivers, Philip and Gabriel were very nice, spoke English well, and were very prompt. After we cleared customs at SJD we walked out of the airport and heard our name called. The nice man (I'm embarrassed that I don't remember his name) said he was picking up another couple and brought our luggage to a shaded spot at the bar for us to wait and get a drink. We could have also waited at the van and had a cold beer or water but... We waited with our drink for about 10 minutes before he came back with the other passengers. He brought all of our luggage to the van, introduced us to Philip (our driver) and we were on our way. Our resort was first geographically so the other couple was dropped off last. If you want to guaranty that you are dropped off first you should opt for the private transfer. As prompted in an e-mail and from our first driver Philip, we called Cabo Transfers the day before our return flight to arrange a pick-up time. They were at our resort early but would have waited 10 minutes after our agreed upon time before having to move on to other customers. Understandably. Again, if you want a service that is completely on your schedule, opt for their private service. We happen to be the only passengers though and went directly to the airport. I highly recommend Cabo Transfers if you want a stress free, professional, and comfortable ride to and from the airport. read more
