Layout and design of the whole complex is terrible. Blind spots everywhere getting around a corner. Garbage bins always full or being rummaged thru by homeless people and the residents get blamed or charged. The location and maintenance crew are the only good things about this place.

The COOP board is either unable or unwilling to assist in fixing the problem. Spend the extra money and find a better place. This is one step above a hostel.
