Drove down from North Pole and brought our son and daughter in law along with us (separate…read morevehicles). We bought a brand new Montana 5th wheel and they bought a new hideout Travel Trailer, our salesman Scott was super nice and made the process effortless even though we already knew pretty much what we were going to buy. The service guy Barry worked to find me a new 5th wheel hitch in a timely manner and kept me Informed along the way.

Actually, you get nothing once you make an offer. If I could give them negatvie stars I would. I purchased a used RV from them three months ago. Needed a little work (RV sat for a few years so the batteries were shot). It took several calls and days to get the batteries replaced with new ones. They changed them out but would not give us the receipt for the "New" batteries. Claimed they would handle any warrantee work for the batteries, no need for the receipt. Once we took delivery and did the walk through, they did not answer any questions or take any calls. We did have a charging problem that they took several days to troubleshoot and fix (in fairness - a few of the days was waiting on parts). But still took entirely too long. We never received the DMV paperwork. Crossing the border we found out the registration was not sent to us. (Valley RV did the DMV paperwork). We contacted Lex, our salesman, to see where the paperwork was. It's been two weeks and he still has not even responded. So if you imagine the worse used car salesman, that is him. Very nice and will work with you until he has your money. Then he will not respond. No texts, no calls. Nothing. Just disappears. Maybe ignoring us is more accurate because the texts are showing "READ" the day we sent it. Which might be even more troubling that he knows we needed immediate help and failed to respond. Just sad. Use me as the example or be the example. So many other businesses will treat you so much better. I will not spend another dollar or minute at this business. Please do not use this place.

It's blowing cold air, had been blowing warm air when we crossed the Yukon Territory. After trying (and failing) to sort the issue, started calling around to RV service places. They all gave the same scripted answer about checking the propane, even after I'd told them we were plugged in and not running propane. Mike was the first one to actually listen and try to talk me through other possible generic fixes. He finally hit on it when he asked for the make and model of the unit to research any specific issues - turns out it's just an A/C unit and not a heat pump as I assumed. Thinking back to our trek across the Yukon, we didn't use the rear thermostat to set anything so it was just the front heat pump unit working. I kinda felt dumb but I'm so glad and thankful that Mike took the time to listen and work with me. Mike's Mobile RV Services is definitely on speed dial and has a loyal customer, should anything actually go wrong that we can't handle ourselves.

Any reputable company would be offering to buy our van back at full purchase price plus add-on…read morewarranty contract cost (which is worthless FYI), interest to cover finalizing the buy back deal and the months we've been paying now, and also damages to cover having to use PTO, diesel, food, and lodging to get to WA to an authorized dealer who is allowed to replace the entire lithium system they destroyed. I've never felt slimier doing business with a company than after Camper Valley. Won't list all the details because that's beyond this forum but RUN and don't believe a word they say. Should have refused delivery of our van (WAY more expensive than their typical flimsy campers) but stupidly took them at their word. They will either not disclose known issues, hide the issues, or never knew about them because they never inspected the rig you just paid big $$$ for. If you don't know how to fix something I guarantee randomly attaching electricity won't help but yeah that happened. Zero respect for women, only address the males, and take offense to questions asked questioning their "fixes." Oh, and you can only speak with your salesperson even while it's rotting away being destroyed in the service department. I sure would like to be able to use our expensive adventure van that's now sitting indefinitely down in WA awaiting repairs to what they destroyed and is not the condition it was when we signed our lives away.
