Do not use this company. Damaged my RV while in for repairs and have been a complete joke trying to get repaired.

Any reputable company would be offering to buy our van back at full purchase price plus add-on…read morewarranty contract cost (which is worthless FYI), interest to cover finalizing the buy back deal and the months we've been paying now, and also damages to cover having to use PTO, diesel, food, and lodging to get to WA to an authorized dealer who is allowed to replace the entire lithium system they destroyed. I've never felt slimier doing business with a company than after Camper Valley. Won't list all the details because that's beyond this forum but RUN and don't believe a word they say. Should have refused delivery of our van (WAY more expensive than their typical flimsy campers) but stupidly took them at their word. They will either not disclose known issues, hide the issues, or never knew about them because they never inspected the rig you just paid big $$$ for. If you don't know how to fix something I guarantee randomly attaching electricity won't help but yeah that happened. Zero respect for women, only address the males, and take offense to questions asked questioning their "fixes." Oh, and you can only speak with your salesperson even while it's rotting away being destroyed in the service department. I sure would like to be able to use our expensive adventure van that's now sitting indefinitely down in WA awaiting repairs to what they destroyed and is not the condition it was when we signed our lives away. We purchased an RV from Camper Valley recently. They admittedly FUBAR'd the house battery. But will…read morethey pay for our expenses incurred in taking it to a certified Renogy/Jayco dealer to fix their admitted FUBAR? Don't hold your breath on that. Have a lawyer ready. Instead, they decided to barely get it working so they could hand it over to us with multiple electrical fault codes. They didn't even bother to recalibrate the Firefly system once the battery was "OK" likely because they couldn't, it was still in protection mode. After contacting Renogy we were told it was hazardous to operate the battery in the condition it was in with a 5000mv cell imbalance. This was all also after two alleged pre delivery inspections in which it was held for 6 days to perform.

My husband has been searching for 2 years for a particular truck with particular options.. we were…read moreat the point of looking out of state. A few months ago we came upon THE truck here at frontier. We live about 4 hours away so asked a friend to drive it. He went over and drove it and really didnt have anything bad to say and the staff were easy to deal with. Fast forward 3 months and endless searching high and low.... My husband asked me to go check out the truck when I went to do errands in Anchorage. So pressed for time I swung in and asked for particulars on the truck and unceremoniously climbed under it an did my inspection:-) then up top I went looking at everything my eyes could see... hmmmmmmmmmmm I will tell we have 3 other trucks like it so I had a good idea what I was looking at/for. I personally wasnt stoked about buying another truck but whatever..I knew it was the truck for my honey . Steve was awsome to talk to. He let me look at it without demeaning me or talking to me like I was a dumb girl. Which I have found many other salesmen do. So I appreciated how Steve respected my knowledge and answered my questions. Now I left in a hurry after driving the truck I had so many things to do... My husband, based on what I had to say about the truck and the way I was treated and the air of honesty I felt while talking with Steve and Thomas, decided to buy the truck... You should know the truck was a older model that banks dont typically finance. Thomas handled the loan app and got it sent to the right bank for us. OMG the communication! Thomas stayed on top of the app and it went through and in short.. I am thrilled. These guys were awsom from start to finish. I love the bank they sent us to(I never even hear of it) so Tom and Steve's knowledge there was invaluable. My husband has his dream truck. Thank you guys, our 2 year search is finally over!!!!!!!!!

Their RV's are garbage. Bought a brand new Apex Coachman and it has broken TWICE. The first time…read moreit was repaired immediately because it happened the same day I bought it. The second time it broke is right after I de-winterized 6 months later. We used the camper for 3 days so far, the parts they use must be from China. Now they are closed for the weekend and I have to wait days just to get an appointment to fix this garbage camper. How do you have a service department that just shuts down everything for a long weekend and doesn't answer their phone?

So you are better off going south to get what you want for the price you want. Just don't expect any warranty service from anyone in Alaska unless you have one of the few brands sold here. Even then, you might get the AK Dealer saying: "sorry, we can't service your trailer/toy hauler/5th wheel or do any warranty work on it since you did not buy it from us. If we do warranty work on it, we expect you to pay for us for it in advance and you try to get reimbursed from the manufacturer". Have your purchase inspected from top to bottom, front to back testing all fixtures, drawers, lights, heat/cooling as part of the PDI (pre-deliver inspection). Don't leave the lot until every item is fixed to your satisfaction.

The RVs are boxed in so tight none of the slide-outs were able to operate. The saleman tried to push us away from the class B transit we wanted to see and showed us used class c's I suppose they needed to sell. He had no floor plans or brochures and he went on Google to look up the RV model from the supplier website and stumbled through the specs - wow lol. The sales manager later told me they emphasize renting so they can't really accommodate people purchasing RVs. They have several RVs that are 2-3 years old and are new with 4000 miles on them - something really weird is going on here with their lack of customer service - this place is nothing like the lower 48 - buyer beware.

Cumulatively: Leak in water system that flooded floor, TV fell on wife's head, flaky hot water heater, balky generator, TV wouldn't respond to remote control, gas fumes in unit if gas tank was filled more than 75%, expired vehicle registration, propane tank empty upon pickup (inconveniently discovered a few days later), and some other issues. But hey, these problems were spread out over 3 separate rentals so I'm not particularly upset (NOW, anyway), but the customer really needs to do due diligence before setting out. Bedding and linens were clean, and pickup and drop-off at airport went smoothly. Customer Service was reasonably good and polite, considering the volume of business and the assortment of jerks they have to deal with.

ABC gave us a vehicle to go have breakfast and do our shopping. There are no mileage charges and do not charge for dumping, cleaning, or any other charges that some companies apply to the bill. Would highly recommend. This was our first time to rent a motorhome and it has been a great experience.
