And I think we called and got an appointment the same week, though we had to wait for parts to be ordered, but they worked fast when they could.

While servicing it they noticed a few parts that were worn and needed replacing which I had them do. The technician was amazing, did great work, I have no problem with that. But when I saw the bill!! They charged me for labor for replacement of each part as if each part was all they were doing. Ended up being charged over 9 hours of labor for only 2 hours of actual work. No compromise just pay them over $1700 and that's it. This spring I fire up the and the furnace doesn't work and they won't back up their work because I talked to them roughly which I'm telling ya if they think that was rough they've got another think coming!! Get a quote for everything before letting them hose you not just the parts which was what I did.
